Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a brush piece structure, in particular to a brush piece structure of a toothbrush without a metal piece.
Background
Along with the fact that the oral health care is gradually valued by people, people can utilize the toothbrush to clean food residues on teeth after eating food so as to keep the oral cavity clean, and therefore people can have a white and clean tooth when interacting with people and exposing smile, so as to bring other people clean and tidy feeling and further draw close relations.
The present brush structure of toothbrush comprises a fixing plate and a plurality of bristle bundles, wherein the bottom end of the bristle bundles is inserted through the fixing plate, and the bottom surface of the fixing plate and the bottom end of the bristle bundles are heated, so that the bottom end of the bristle bundles is thermally melted and adhered to the bottom surface of the fixing plate, and the brush structure is clamped in a groove of a base body.
However, the heating method of the bristle bundle and the fixing plate is to melt and adhere the whole bottom end of the bristle bundle to the bottom surface of the fixing plate in a large area, which not only is not easy to cause bad hot melting effect due to incomplete hot melting of the bottom end of the bristle bundle, but also causes the poor adhesion effect of the bristle bundle and the fixing plate, and if the adhesion effect is improved in order to improve the hot melting effect, the heating time of the fixing plate and the bristle bundle must be prolonged, but also the deformation of the fixing plate and the bristle bundle due to thermal effect will be caused.
In addition, when the brush sheet structure is applied to an electric toothbrush, the adhesion effect between the bristle bundle and the fixing sheet is poor, when the electric toothbrush vibrates, the bottom end of the bristle bundle collides with the bottom surface of the fixing sheet to generate noise, and therefore, the toothbrush in the prior art has a space to be improved on the fixed bristle bundle.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems of the prior art, it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a brush structure of a toothbrush without metal sheet, wherein a plurality of recesses are formed on a sheet-shaped body, bottom ends of bristle bundles are respectively inserted into the corresponding recesses, and a reinforcing column is provided for fusing and fixing the bristle bundles to each other, so that the bristle bundles in each recess are fused and fixed to the corresponding recesses in a small area, thereby improving the bonding capability between the bristle bundles and the sheet-shaped body, and further improving the poor fusing effect caused by the conventional method of fusing and fixing all the bottom ends of the bristle bundles in a large area.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a brush piece structure of a toothbrush without a metal piece, comprising:
the sheet body is provided with a top surface and a bottom surface, the bottom surface of the sheet body is provided with a plurality of concave parts, more than one through hole is respectively formed in each concave part to communicate the top surface and the bottom surface of the sheet body, and more than one reinforcing column is respectively formed in each concave part;
the top ends of the bristle bundles penetrate through the corresponding through holes respectively through the bottom surface of the sheet-shaped body, and the bottom ends of the bristle bundles and the corresponding reinforcing columns are thermally melted in the corresponding concave parts to form mutual melting, bonding and fixing.
Preferably, the inner side wall of each recess is a vertical surface, and each reinforcing column is formed on the bottom surface of the corresponding recess.
Preferably, the inner side wall of each recess is a vertical surface, and each reinforcing column is formed on the inner wall surface of the corresponding recess.
Preferably, the inner side wall of each recess is a slope, and each reinforcing column is formed on the bottom surface of the corresponding recess.
Preferably, the inner side wall of each recess is an inclined surface, and each reinforcing column is formed on the inner wall surface of the corresponding recess.
Preferably, the reinforcing columns are formed in two and are symmetrically arranged.
Preferably, the shapes of some adjacent through holes in the through holes are different.
Preferably, two or more adjacent concave parts are communicated with each other, so that the communicated concave parts are provided with a plurality of through holes.
Preferably, the bottom end of each reinforcing column does not exceed the bottom surface of the sheet-shaped body.
According to the structure, the bottom ends of the bristle bundles are arranged in a penetrating mode through the plurality of concave parts, and the bristle bundles and the reinforcing columns in each concave part are only required to be subjected to hot melting in a small-area mode, so that the bottom ends of the bristle bundles and the reinforcing columns are mutually fused and fixed in the corresponding concave parts, the combining capacity of the bristle bundles and the sheet-shaped body is improved, and the problem that the combining capacity is reduced due to the fact that the hot melting effect is poor due to the fact that the bottom ends of the bristle bundles are melted in a large area in the prior art is solved.
In addition, when the brush piece structure of the invention is applied to an electric toothbrush, because the bottom ends of the bristle bundles are completely fixed in the corresponding concave parts by hot melting, when the electric toothbrush vibrates, the bottom ends of the bristle bundles cannot collide with the concave parts and cannot generate noise, thereby improving the problem that the traditional method for hot melting the bristle bundles on the fixing plates in a large area mode causes poor hot melting effect, the bonding strength between the bristle bundles and the fixing plates is poor, and the bottom ends of the bristle bundles collide with the fixing plates to generate noise when the electric toothbrush vibrates.
