Claims (15)
- Panneton (1) pour une ferrure de verrouillage de fenêtre ou de porte, avec un boulon (2) et une douille (3) disposée mobile en rotation sur le boulon (2), sachant que la douille (3) peut être immobilisée axialement par rapport au boulon (2) dans au moins une position au moyen d'une rainure annulaire (7, 8) prévue sur le boulon (2) et d'un élément d'enclenchement (9, 35) s'engageant dans la rainure annulaire (7, 8), caractérisé en ce que la douille (3) présente à l'une de ses extrémités une butée axiale (10, 31 - 34) pour l'élément d'enclenchement (9, 35), sachant que l'élément d'enclenchement (9, 35) est fixé sur la douille (3).
- Panneton selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la butée (10, 31 - 34) est enfoncée du côté frontal dans la douille (3).
- Panneton selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'enclenchement (9, 35) est fixé par complémentarité de forme et/ou par liaison de matière sur la douille (3).
- Panneton selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie (12, 38) de la douille (3) est repoussée tout autour pour la fixation de l'élément d'enclenchement (9, 35).
- Panneton selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la butée (10) est circulaire et l'élément d'enclenchement (9, 35) n'est pas circulaire, en particulier est ovale, polygonal ou en forme de U.
- Panneton selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la butée (31 - 34) est rectiligne.
- Panneton selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'enclenchement (9, 35) est disposé lié en rotation sur la douille.
- Panneton selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boulon (2) présente plusieurs rainures annulaires (7, 8) axialement distantes.
- Panneton selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la douille (3) est réalisée en forme de tête de champignon.
- Panneton selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boulon (2) présente un collet (14) et la douille (3) présente une deuxième butée axiale (15) empêchant la douille (3) de se dégager du boulon (2).
- Panneton selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boulon (2) présente deux parties de boulon (5, 6) disposées excentriquement l'une par rapport à l'autre, sachant que la douille (3) est disposée sur la partie supérieure de boulon (6) et que la partie inférieure de boulon (5) est disposée à rotation relative dans un coulisseau (4) ou dans une tige de crémone.
- Panneton selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur le boulon (2) une prise d'outil combinée (17), pour au moins deux outils différents.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un panneton selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel une butée axiale (10, 31 - 34) est enfoncée à une extrémité d'une douille (3), un boulon (2) pourvu d'une rainure annulaire (7, 8) est introduit dans la douille (3), et un élément d'enclenchement (9, 35) est fixé sur la butée (10, 31 - 34) avant ou après l'introduction du boulon (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'enclenchement (9, 35) est fixé sur la butée (10, 31 - 34) par déformation d'une partie de la douille (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que la douille (3) et le boulon (2) sont fabriqués sans usinage par enlèvement de matière, en particulier sont exclusivement martelés à froid.
