Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un boulon de fermeture (1) d'une ferrure de verrouillage. Le boulon de fermeture (1) est constitué d'un boulon à collet (2) fixé à une bielle mobile et d'un rouleau (3) logé de manière rotative sur le boulon à collet (2), sachant que le rouleau (3) et le boulon à collet (2) peuvent être fixés en position l'un par rapport à l'autre au moyen d'un dispositif de fixation. Le dispositif de fixation est constitué d'un manchon (15) qui se trouve entre le rouleau (3) et le boulon à collet (2) et qui est lui-même constitué d'une bague supérieure et d'une bague inférieure (50, 51) qui sont reliées par des nervures (521 à 524), sachant qu'au moins une languette (17) s'étendant axialement dépasse entre les nervures (521 à 524) depuis la bague inférieure (51) en direction de la bague supérieure (50), et sachant qu'une contre-dépouille est prévue sur au moins une partie de la circonférence du boulon à collet (2). Selon l'invention, afin de simplifier le procédé de fabrication, ce dernier comprend au moins une opération de déformation selon laquelle le manchon (15) est, par une sollicitation en force, déformé de telle sorte que la ou les languettes (17) engagent la contre-dépouille par l'arrière.

Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un boulon de fermeture (1) d'une ferrure de verrouillage pour fenêtre ou porte, avec un boulon à bride (2), qui est fixé sur une tringle d'entraînement déplaçable, et avec un rouleau (3), qui est monté en rotation sur le boulon à bride (2), en particulier procédé dans lequel le rouleau (3) présente la forme d'une tête de champignon, et dans lequel l'extrémité (11) du rouleau (3), éloignée de la tringle d'entraînement, est dotée d'une tête (13), dont le diamètre est agrandi par rapport au fût (12), sachant que le rouleau (3) et le boulon à bride (2) peuvent être fixés l'un par rapport à l'autre au moyen d'un dispositif de fixation, ledit dispositif de fixation étant constitué par une douille (15), qui, située entre le rouleau (3) et le boulon à bride (2), est composée d'une bague supérieure et d'une bague inférieure (50, 51), qui sont reliées au moyen de pattes (521 à 524), sachant qu'au moins une languette (17), qui s'étend axialement, fait saillie, entre les pattes (521 à 524), dans la direction de la bague supérieure (50), une dépouille étant prévue sur le boulon à bride (2), au moins sur une partie de la périphérie, caractérisé par au moins une opération de déformation, au cours de laquelle la douille (15) est déformée par l'application d'une force, de sorte qu'au moins la languette (17), au moins prévue, s'agrippe derrière la dépouille.
  2. Procédé (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'application de force est effectuée dans la direction axiale.
  3. Procédé (1) selon revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (3) est dote d'un collet, en saillie en direction du boulon à bride (2), contre lequel la douille (15) s'appuie pendant le processus de déformation.
  4. Procédé (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le boulon à bride (2), la douille (15) et le rouleau (3) sont conformés les uns aux autres de sorte que, lors du processus de déformation, la douille (15) s'appuie, avec la bague inférieure (51), contre le collet (55) du rouleau (3), tandis qu'au moins la langue (17) au moins prévue se trouve à la hauteur de la dépouille, pratiquée sur le boulon à bride (2).
  5. Procédé (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la bague inférieure (51) est dotée de dégagements (57), dans la région des pattes (521 à 524).
  6. Procédé (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la douille (15) est constituée par une découpe de tôle en forme de cylindre, dans laquelle les languettes (17) sont formées par enlèvement d'une section de paroi latérale en U.
  7. Procédé (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la douille (15) est dotée d'une fente (64) et que le diamètre extérieur de la douille (15) est légèrement plus grand que le diamètre intérieur du rouleau (3).
