Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif (1) dévolu à la mise en forme d'un dos (5) d'une couverture de livre (4) positionnée avec étendue à plat, éventuellement muni d'une bande de renfort intégrée et destiné à être orienté sur un dos de corps d'ouvrage avec répartition sensiblement uniforme, constitué d'un outil (6) de mise en forme qui est mobile vers la face intérieure du dos (5) de la couverture, tournée vers le dos du corps d'ouvrage, soulève ledit dos de couverture entre deux rails latéraux (9, 10) de conformation par pliage, placés en vis-à-vis, et donne naissance à une nervure (14) sur le dos (5) de la couverture, caractérisé par le fait que outil (6) de mise en forme est configuré en une barrette et comprend deux listels d'appui (7, 8) espacés, s'étendant parallèlement aux rails (9, 10) de conformation par pliage, sachant que, en vue de régler la largeur de la nervure du dos (5) de la couverture, lesdits listels d'appui (7, 8) sont réalisés avec faculté de déplacement à l'aide d'au moins un dispositif respectif de guidage (23, 24), transversalement par rapport à l'étendue desdits rails (9, 10) de conformation par pliage, en faisant conjointement varier l'espacement mutuel, ledit dispositif de guidage (23, 24) étant composé d'un premier élément respectif de guidage (25, 26) relié à un bâti (29), et d'un second élément de guidage (21, 22) présentant un listel d'appui (7, 8) et guidé avec mobilité sur l'élément précité.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les listels d'appui (7, 8) sont entraînés avec faculté de réglage et de déplacement motorisés.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par l'entraînement d'au moins un second élément de guidage (21, 22) d'un dispositif de guidage (23, 24), affecté à un listel d'appui (7, 8).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les listels d'appui (7, 8) sont entraînés électromécaniquement ou pneumatiquement avec faculté de déplacement.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les listels d'appui (7, 8) peuvent être réglés et déplacés par l'intermédiaire d'un entraînement à crémaillère.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que les listels d'appui (7, 8) sont entraînés, avec faculté de réglage et de déplacement, par l'intermédiaire d'un moteur électrique (42) dont l'angle de rotation est commandé.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le second élément de guidage (21, 22) est respectivement pourvu d'une crémaillère (32, 33) reliée à une roue dentée (36, 37) pouvant être entraînée.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins deux dispositifs de guidage (23, 24), espacés l'un de l'autre et respectivement affectés à un listel d'appui (7, 8), sont installés sur le bâti (29) le long de l'outil (6) de mise en forme.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un dispositif respectif de guidage (23, 24), affecté à l'un (7, 8) des listels d'appui, est doté d'une unité d'entraînement constituée d'une crémaillère (32, 33) et d'une roue dentée (36, 37).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que les roues dentées (36, 37) d'une unité d'entraînement sont respectivement fixées à un arbre d'entraînement (34, 35).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que l'outil (6) de mise en forme est constitué de deux arbres d'entraînement (34, 35) parallèles.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que les listels d'appui (7, 8) sont reliés aux seconds éléments de guidage (21, 22) de manière interchangeable.
