Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de corps d'ouvrages à reliure encollée constitués de feuillets d'impression (1) rassemblés, dans lequel les feuillets d'impression (1) constituant le corps d'ouvrage (2) non relié sont respectivement délivrés, à l'état dressé sur le dos (3) sur un segment de transfert (4), à une bride ouverte de transport (5) d'un système de reliage par encollage, et sont ensuite fermement retenus par une force d'immobilisation développée par la bride de transport (5) fermée, avec répartition sur une région partielle des faces extérieures planes (6) dudit corps d'ouvrage (2), sachant que, sur un segment d'alignement (7, 13) situé en aval du segment de transfert (4) dans la bride de transport (5), les feuillets d'impression rassemblés (1) du corps d'ouvrage (2) sont dissociés d'avec ladite bride, sont alignés avec guidage, puis sont sollicités par ladite bride de transport (5) par fermeture de cette dernière à l'issue de l'alignement et avant de quitter ledit segment d'alignement (7, 13) destiné à aligner lesdits feuillets d'impression (1), en vue d'un convoyage de traitement ultérieur au niveau des faces extérieures planes (6) dudit corps d'ouvrage (2) contre des surfaces d'enserrement (9) de ladite bride de transport (5), sous l'action de la force d'enserrement requise par le traitement sur un trajet de traitement (12) du système de reliage par encollage, lesdits feuillets étant ainsi coincés rigidement, sachant que la force d'immobilisation est moindre que ladite force d'enserrement.
  2. Dispositif dévolu à la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant un segment de transfert (4), un segment d'alignement (7, 13) et un trajet de traitement (12) d'un système de reliage par encollage, un dispositif de convoyage (11) formant une zone de transfert (10) avec ledit segment de transfert (4), et ledit trajet de traitement (12) situé en aval dudit segment de transfert (4), ledit système de reliage par encollage présentant des brides de transport (5) fixées à un moyen de traction (16) en révolution, à intervalles réguliers, et dédiées à des corps d'ouvrage (2) délivrés par ledit dispositif de convoyage (11), sachant que lesdites brides de transport (5), comportant un organe d'entraînement (15) assigné au corps d'ouvrage (2) à l'extrémité (14) occupant une position postérieure dans la direction de convoyage (F), sont respectivement composées d'une première partie de coincement (18) reliée rigidement audit moyen de traction (16) et matérialisant un premier mors de blocage (17), et d'une seconde partie de coincement (20) matérialisant un second mors de blocage (19) et disposée sur ladite première partie avec mobilité transversale par rapport à ladite direction de convoyage (F), en vue de l'ouverture et de la fermeture d'une bride de transport (5), ledit second mors de blocage (19) étant doté d'un dispositif d'immobilisation (21) qui dépasse au-delà de la surface d'enserrement (9) dudit mors, agit sur une partie de la superficie d'une face extérieure plane (6) dudit corps d'ouvrage (2), et est rétracté de ladite surface d'enserrement (9), un segment d'alignement (13) étant situé en aval du segment de transfert (4) du système de reliage par encollage, segment d'alignement auquel est affecté un ensemble de guidage (30) recevant, en position dressée, les feuillets d'impression (1) d'un corps d'ouvrage (2) dissociés d'avec la bride de transport (5) par un mouvement d'ouverture commandé.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la seconde partie mobile de coincement (20) est réalisée sous la forme d'un dispositif d'immobilisation (21) qui dépasse au-delà d'une surface d'enserrement (9) du second mors de blocage (19), agit sur une région partielle d'une face plane (6) d'un corps d'ouvrage (2), et est rétracté de ladite surface d'enserrement (9).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que des moyens d'actionnement (8, 22) distincts sont affectés, respectivement, au second mors de blocage (19) ou au dispositif d'immobilisation (21).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'immobilisation (21) comprend plusieurs éléments d'assujettissement (23) doués de mobilité perpendiculairement à la surface d'enserrement (9), qui sont actionnés en commun.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments d'assujettissement (23) prennent respectivement appui en opposition à une force élastique.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments d'assujettissement (23) sont conjointement associés à un dispositif de rétraction (24).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2-7, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif est équipé d'une commande pilotant le mouvement d'ouverture, sachant que le corps d'ouvrage (2) est retenu sous l'action d'une force d'immobilisation dans la zone de transfert gagnant le segment de transfert du segment d'alignement (7, 13) situé en aval, par le dispositif d'immobilisation (21) de la bride de transport considérée (5) qui agit sur une partie de la superficie et sur les faces extérieures planes (6) dudit corps d'ouvrage (2), ladite bride de transport (5) est fermée avant de quitter ledit segment d'alignement (13), et ledit corps d'ouvrage (2) est coincé rigidement au niveau des faces extérieures planes (6) entre les surfaces d'enserrement (9) des premier et second mors de blocage (17, 19), sous l'action de la force d'enserrement requise par le traitement, en vue du convoyage de traitement ultérieur, sachant que la force d'immobilisation est moindre que ladite force d'enserrement.
