Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de détection d'une ou plusieurs espèces chimiques ou biologiques, apte(s) à subir une réaction redox ou bien pouvant générer directement ou indirectement une molécule apte à subir une réaction redox, le courant généré par ladite réaction redox étant détecté par au moins une électrode. Le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : 1. positionnement d'une certaine quantité, variant dans le temps, de l'espèce ou de la molécule, contre ou au voisinage de ladite au moins une électrode, pendant un temps t1-t2, 2. commutation répétée de ladite au moins une électrode pendant le temps t1-t2 entre deux potentiels différents, de façon que l'électrode prenne par rapport à une électrode de référence des potentiels se trouvant dans la zone du potentiel d'oxydation des espèces mentionnées ou de la molécule mentionnée, ou au-delà, ou dans la zone du potentiel de réduction des espèces mentionnées ou de la molécule mentionnée, ou en-deçà, ce qui va provoquer en alternance une réduction et une oxydation des espèces mentionnées de la molécule mentionnée, et 3. détection de l'oxydation et de la réduction, répétées pendant le temps t1-t2, des espèces/de la molécule, dans le courant formé par l'au moins une électrode. Par ailleurs, l'invention fournit un réseau d'électrodes pour la mise en oevre de ce procédé, comprenant au moins une position de mesure et au moins une électrode de mesure par position de mesure ainsi qu'une électrode de référence, le réseau d'électrodes étant configuré de telle sorte que l'électrode de mesure puisse être, par rapport à l'électrode de référence, montée en alternance en tant que cathode et en tant qu'anode.
