Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Kühlen von Schüttgut hat ein Schüttgut-Eintragsmodul (2) und ein Schüttgut-Wärmetauschermodul (12). Letzteres hat eine Mehrzahl von Wärmetauscherelementen (17), die in thermischem Kontakt mit einem Kühlmedium stehen. Die Kühlvorrichtung (1) hat weiterhin ein Schüttgut-Austragsmodul (22). In das Schüttgut-Eintragsmodul (2) mündet eine Gas-Zuführleitung (7) zur Einleitung eines Trocknungsgases. Es resultiert eine Kühlvorrichtung, bei der ein unerwünschtes Anbacken des Schüttguts insbesondere an den Wärmetauscherelementen vermindert oder ganz vermieden ist.
