Definitions

  • the invention relates to a system for packaging elongated parts such as profiles and the like, and a method for this.
  • Door systems include a plurality of profiles, for example frame profiles for doors.
  • profiles for example frame profiles for doors.
  • To transport such profiles usually several profiles are combined to form a unit and wrapped together with a film to protect the profiles from external damage.
  • cutting tools are used to cut the film. It can happen that the cutting tool comes into contact with one of the profiles and scratched it. This is particularly unfavorable in painted profiles, since they have to be repainted laboriously, which is complicated and expensive.
  • profiles made of bright polished stainless steel for example, such damage to the fact that the profile is unusable and must be replaced by a new profile, associated with costs and again with the risk of damaging.
  • the FR 2 471 321 A3 discloses a system for packaging elongate members, comprising at least one receiving member comprising two mutually parallel, opposite outer sides and on one or both outer sides continuous grooves which extend at a predetermined angle to a longitudinal extension of the receiving part and are formed, one of the elongated parts at least at a predetermined part substantially stationary.
  • One of the two outer sides is formed as a support or insertion section.
  • the object of the invention is at least to reduce the disadvantages of the prior art, especially at low cost to create an easy-to-do way to store and absorb elongated parts stable and safe for transport.
  • a system for packaging elongated parts such as profiles and the like comprises at least one receiving part.
  • the at least one receiving part has two mutually parallel, mutually remote outer sides. Continuous grooves are formed on one or both outer sides, which extend at a predetermined angle to a longitudinal extent of the receiving part and are adapted to receive one of the elongated parts at least at a predetermined part substantially stationary. Ie. the elongated parts are inserted into these grooves, which is very easy to do.
  • the predetermined one Angle allows, for example, a diagonal course of the groove, so that the packaging arrangement thus formed optimized in length, ie can be minimized.
  • this preferably has in the same direction as the grooves extending engagement grooves.
  • the engagement grooves are designed to be positively and / or positively engaged with corresponding engagement projections of a corresponding (other receiving) part.
  • the receiving part on this outside protruding and preferably in turn extending in this direction engaging projections.
  • These engagement projections are designed to be positively and / or positively engaged with corresponding engagement grooves of a corresponding (again other receiving) part.
  • One of the two outer sides is formed according to the invention as a support or insertion section.
  • the receiving part is arranged by means of this section to serve as a support for the entire packaging arrangement.
  • the lowermost receiving part is not only set up to receive elongated parts, but at the same time serves as a base or underlay for the entire packaging arrangement.
  • no additional measures are required to separately stabilize or support the packaging arrangement with regard to the absorption of the weights, for example the elongated parts have to. If a plurality of elongated parts are accommodated, the additional intermeshing of the parts of the packaging system also reduces the risk of deflection in the direction of the juxtaposed elongated parts.
  • the number of engaging projections on the respective outer side of the at least one receiving part is less than or equal to the number of engagement grooves on the other outer side.
  • the engaging projections of this receiving part are formed to a respective one of the engagement grooves preferably of the same receiving part on the other outer side of the receiving part is substantially complementary. In a depth direction substantially along the protruding direction and across the longitudinal extent of the respective insertion protrusion, it is preferably arranged at a position corresponding to a position of the respective ones of the engagement grooves on the other outside of the receiving part of the receiving part rotated by 0 ° or 180 ° in that direction matches.
  • two identical or rotationally symmetrical receiving parts can be inserted into each other via the corresponding pairings of engagement projections and engagement grooves, without going beyond the height in the overall arrangement over the outer dimensions of the individual receiving parts.
  • grooves are formed on both outer sides of the receiving portions, and they may be arranged so that, when the receiving portions are mated, at least some of the opposing grooves of the adjacent receiving portions each include a cavity, so that the respective elongate portion may be inclined with respect to the aforementioned predetermined portion remaining part of the mounted receiving part is added.
  • the respectively used elongated part of two instead of only one receiving part supported.
  • the grooves are less deep and thus more stable form, which increases the stability of the entire packaging arrangement.
  • the aforementioned angle is 0 ° or 90 °.
  • the received elongated parts are arranged along or transversely to the longitudinal extension of the respective receiving part.
  • the receiving part it is possible to use the receiving part as an entire base for the elongated parts received in the grooves.
  • the assembly is further simplified, since in extreme cases, only one receiving part is required to store the recorded elongated parts safely.
  • Both variants have the advantage of being able to produce the receiving parts very easily and inexpensively, for example by means of extrusion molding and subsequent cutting to length. This results in a second advantage, namely that only one type of receiving parts is necessary, which helps further reduce the manufacturing costs.
  • the engagement projections and the corresponding engagement grooves are preferably designed so that they engage with each other positively and / or positively when mating two identical trained receiving parts. Frictional connection takes place by means of clamping or friction effect. Positive locking can be realized by, for example, at least one of the engagement grooves as a groove and the associated engagement projection are designed as a spring of a dovetail guide. The force and / or form fit allows the waiver of any additional Fasteners such as brackets, screws, etc., whereby the packaging system remains very clear in terms of the different parts used.
  • the system according to the invention preferably also has at least one cover part which is set up to be placed on the outside of the corresponding receiving part facing away from the support or insertion section.
  • the respective cover part is formed on its side facing the corresponding receiving part outside as the support or insertion portion of the corresponding receiving part. Ie. Also, at least one lid part can be easily inserted into the associated receiving part, whereby the assembly is still kept simple.
  • the length of the thus formed packaging assembly is determined by the length of the longest elongated part received.
  • the packaging system according to the invention preferably also has at least one spacer.
  • the at least one spacer is designed and configured to be arranged fixedly on at least one receiving part to one of its grooves, so that the spacer at least partially covers the groove.
  • the passage is reduced or divided with respect to the respective groove. Due to this, the spacer forms an end stop for a received in the same groove oblong part.
  • the spacer may also be inserted into the respective groove. This has the advantage, for example, to arrange the spacer externally on an outermost receiving part.
  • the spacer can provide protection against any frontal damage to the respective elongate member.
  • the system may further comprise at least one holding part, which is designed to receive the at least one receiving part stationary.
  • the at least one receiving part that is, the lowest arranged receiving part, inserted by means of its support or insertion portion in the holder.
  • the holding part may be formed as a cardboard.
  • This solution is particularly suitable for relatively short elongated parts, such as linkage arms of a rotary wing drive or door closer, slide rails or the like. Since this type of elongated parts is usually relatively lightweight, the carton does not have to take such weight that its stability is compromised.
  • the holding part can also be designed like a frame.
  • the holding part is designed to be open on a side facing the support or insertion section of the respectively inserted receiving part.
  • the frame part is particularly suitable for very long and especially heavy elongated parts, such as cover panels for double-leaf doors, rail profiles for double-leaf sliding doors, etc., a suitable solution.
  • the frame of the holding part is for example by means of very dimensionally stable profiles, such as welded square profiles, formed and stabilized the packaging assembly additionally against twisting and sagging.
  • the at least one receiving part preferably has insertion recesses and / or projections at least on a side facing the holding part.
  • the holding part accordingly has, at least on one side of the at least one receiving part facing side with EinschubausEnglishept and / or projections corresponding, substantially complementary formed insertion projections or grooves.
  • the system according to the invention preferably also has at least one edge termination part.
  • This at least one edge termination part is set up to be arranged on an outer receiving part of the system such that the at least one recorded profile part is supported with an end face on the at least one edge termination part. This serves to protect the elongated parts on the front side of the packaging arrangement thus formed. In the case of the carton, the marginal end part can be easily inserted. Otherwise (frame-like support), the edge termination part can be fixed to the packaging arrangement, for example by means of clamping with the adjacent receiving part.
  • An inventive method for packaging elongated parts has a first step of establishing a first receiving plane.
  • the first receiving level thus represents the aforementioned base of the entire packaging arrangement.
  • This first step comprises as a first sub-step arranging at least one of the aforementioned receiving parts with its support or insertion portion such that the other of the two outer sides of this receiving part is freely accessible. Ie. the grooves for receiving elongated parts of the receiving part are also freely accessible.
  • the at least one elongated part is now inserted into a corresponding one of the at least one freely accessible groove of this at least one receiving part. This completes this first recording level.
  • the step of constructing a respective receiving plane in each case comprises arranging a plurality of these receiving parts such that predetermined grooves of immediately adjacent receiving parts of the same receiving plane are aligned with each other.
  • the step of saving preferably comprises a step of establishing an additional picking plane substantially in accordance with the step of establishing the first picking plane.
  • the second patch receiving part fulfills two tasks. On the one hand, it secures the elongated parts, which are received in the lower receiving part, on which it is placed. This eliminates any additional securing means. On the other hand, it opens a second level for receiving additional elongated parts.
  • the securing takes place by placing at least one of the aforementioned cover parts with its support or insertion section, in turn, on the other of the two outer sides of the at least one receiving part of the receiving plane to be secured. Ie. the placement takes place as in the aforementioned other receiving part, except that it simultaneously closes the entire packaging arrangement upwards.
  • the cover part has the advantage that upwardly advantageously no protrusions protrude, which could break off, which in particular benefits the transport safety.
  • each of the steps of erecting the respective receiving plane preferably comprises in each case a non-positive and / or positive insertion of the respective receiving part into one of the aforementioned holder parts.
  • the packer can be indicated how many profiles belong to a door system as elongated parts.
  • the packer can check directly when inserting the elongated parts in the respective recording level, if all necessary elements are present.
  • each record level is assigned to a separate door system, so that there is greater security, not to mix parts of different door systems with each other or even forgotten. This is promoted in particular by the fact that after removal of the elongated parts of a receiving plane once their receiving parts must be removed before access to the elongated parts of the lower receiving level, ie the other door system exists.
  • the method requires, apart from perhaps a crane system for transporting the elongated parts to the packaging location, which would also be required in the prior art, no further machines.
  • the packaging can be done simply by means of manual insertion and mating of the receiving parts and the elongated parts in the / the receiving part / s of the respective receiving level, which in particular improves the ability to control.
  • the method according to the invention preferably further comprises, at the end, a step of securing the receiving parts against falling apart.
  • This can be done by wrapping the entire assembly with a film. Although this corresponds to the procedure in the prior art, but here the receiving parts are wrapped. And they are able to ensure a distance of the film to the elongated parts. Ie. when using a cutting tool for cutting the film, such as a knife or the like, this comes, if at all, only in contact with the receiving parts in which scratches are completely irrelevant. In order to scratch the elongated parts, the cutting tool would have to go much deeper into the interior of the packaging arrangement. Ie. the risk of damaging one of the elongated parts is much lower. Also, the packaging assembly does not need to be wrapped as often as in the prior art, since the receiving parts require little protection against surface damage, which helps to reduce costs.
  • the method according to the invention can furthermore have a step of arranging at least two edge closure parts respectively on an end side of the elongated parts or the packaging arrangement formed by the method.
  • identically designed receiving parts can be used and the entire packaging arrangement can be protected against damage on the front side.
  • Figure 1A shows a packaging assembly 1 according to a first embodiment of the invention.
  • the packaging assembly 1 is by means of a system 10 for packaging (and transporting) elongated parts 100, here of doors belonging to a door drive 101 - 104, formed.
  • the elongate members 100 include four types of profiles 101-104, by way of example, of two associated door operators.
  • the packaging system 10 has at least one receiving part 20, which in Figure 1A shown in cross section.
  • the receiving part 20 preferably has insertion recesses 21 q which, as described later in relation to FIG FIG. 1B described, serve the insertion in a holder 30, not shown.

  • the profiles 101 are inserted into associated grooves 21 a, 21 b of the receiving part 20, while the profiles 102 - 104 are received in only one associated groove 21 c, 21 d and 21 e of the receiving part 20.
  • the block arrows indicate with which part or in which orientation the relevant profile 101 - 104 is inserted into an associated respective groove 21 a - e of the receiving part 20.
  • the grooves 21a-e are preferably designed in such a way that the profiles 101-104 are completely received, that is, upwards in FIG FIG. 1 A can not survive.
