Claims (11)

  1. Elément de sécurité, en particulier pour des étiquettes ou bandes adhésives de sécurité, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente les couches suivantes :
    a) un substrat porteur
    b) une couche réfléchissante ou une couche avec un indice de réfraction élevé
    c) une couche de vernis de séparation partielle
    d) une couche d'agent adhésif sur toute la surface
    e) un revêtement de colle sur toute la surface,
    la couche d'agent adhésif d) détruisant à chaque endroit où aucune couche de vernis de séparation c) n'est présente, l'adhérence de la couche b) au substrat porteur a) et lors d'un essai de manipulation par retrait, la couche b) étant séparée du substrat porteur a) dans les zones, dans lesquelles aucune couche de vernis de séparation c) n'est présente.
  2. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une ou plusieurs autres couches aux propriétés optiques, actives optiquement, diffractives, électroconductrices et/ou magnétiques sont situées entre les couches a) et b).
  3. Elément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le substrat porteur présente une couche de vernis avec une structure diffractive.
  4. Elément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche de vernis de séparation partielle c) est appliquée sous la forme de caractères, symboles, lettres, suites de lettres, logos, lignes, guillochis.
  5. Elément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche de vernis de séparation c) est une couche de vernis de séparation colorée ou pigmentée.
  6. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche de vernis de séparation c) est une couche aux propriétés optiques, luminescentes, électroconductrices et/ou magnétiques.
  7. Elément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la couche réfléchissante b) est une couche d'un métal ou d'un alliage.
  8. Elément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la couche avec un indice de réfraction élevé b) est une couche d'un composé métallique.
  9. Elément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'après un essai de manipulation, la surface non seulement de la partie retirée mais aussi restante sur l'objet à sécuriser de l'étiquette est sèche et n'est pas collante.
  10. Elément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la couche e) est un revêtement collant scellé à chaud ou à froid ou un revêtement autocollant.
  11. Utilisation de l'élément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 pour des étiquettes de sécurité, bandes adhésives ou feuilles de sécurité.
