Claims (16)

  1. Dispositif de chauffage électrique, en particulier comme chauffage d'appoint pour des véhicules automobiles, avec un boîtier ouvert (2) dans lequel au moins un élément chauffant PTC (16) et des éléments de radiateur (14) sont maintenus sous précontrainte, dans lequel le boîtier (2) comporte une partie supérieure de boîtier (6) et une partie inférieure du boîtier (4) qui laissent des ouvertures (10) libres pour le passage d'un moyen permettant d'irradier les éléments de radiateur, caractérisé
    en ce que la partie inférieure du boîtier (4) comporte au moins un élément de support (46 ; 72 ; 106) dépassant de son fond et en ce que la partie supérieure de boîtier (6) comporte un contre-élément (68 ; 74 ; 92) dépassant de sa surface de couvercle (67) sur l'élément de support (46; 72 ; 106), moyennant quoi l'élément de support (46 ; 72 ; 106) et le contre-élément (68 ; 74 ; 92) interagissent lors de la fermeture du boîtier (2) avec un élément de ressort (54 ; 76 ; 98) en matière synthétique qui est mis sous contrainte entre l'élément de support (46 ; 72 ; 106) et le contre-élément (68 ; 74 ; 92) et retient ainsi une partie de la déformation élastique ainsi obtenu.
  2. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (54 ; 76 ; 98) est constitué d'une corde en matière synthétique s'étendant selon la direction longitudinale du boîtier (2), qui est formée par des éléments de support et des contre-éléments pourvus de manière alternée selon sa direction longitudinale (46, 72, 106 ; 68, 74, 92) pour la rétention d'éléments de déformation élastiques.
  3. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la corde en matière synthétique est constituée par une bande en matière synthétique (54 ; 76) agencée dans le boîtier.
  4. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la bande en matière synthétique (54 ; 76) est constituée de matière synthétique élastique souple.
  5. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la corde en matière synthétique est produite par extrusion et intégrée dans la partie inférieure du boîtier (4) ou dans la partie supérieure de boîtier (6).
  6. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un élément de butée (58 ; 80 ; 92) dépassant de la partie inférieure du boîtier (4) ou de la partie supérieure de boîtier (6), grâce auquel la précontrainte est appliquée et qui peut pivoter par rapport à l'élément de boîtier (4, 6) autour d'un axe parallèle à l'élément chauffant PTC (16) et est intégré à l'élément de boîtier (4, 6).
  7. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de butée (58 ; 80 ; 92) est constitué sur le côté opposé à l'élément de ressort (54 ; 76) d'une surface de glissement inclinée (84).
  8. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le côté arrière opposé à la surface de glissement (84) de l'élément de butée (80) s'étend de manière essentiellement perpendiculaire au fond (52) et en ce qu'une surface oblique (78) de l'élément de support (72) inclinée par rapport à l'élément de butée (80) est inclinée en direction de l'élément de butée (80).
  9. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la surface oblique (78) se poursuit par un support (88) pour la bande en matière synthétique (54 ; 76) qui s'étend de manière essentiellement parallèle au fond (52).
  10. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface de contact (86, 96) transférant une partie des déformations élastiques sur l'élément PTC (18) et/ou l'élément PTC (18) sont pourvus de manière excentrique dans le sens de la hauteur du boîtier.
  11. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure du boîtier (4) ou la partie supérieure de boîtier (6) comporte une nervure de retenue (56) correspondant à au moins un élément PTC (18), ladite nervure s'étendant toujours progressivement en direction longitudinale du boîtier (2) et grâce à laquelle l'élément PTC est agencé à proximité d'un côté d'admission d'air du boîtier (2).
  12. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (98) constitue avec le contre-élément (92) un agencement en forme de U ouvert vers le fond (52) de la partie inférieure du boîtier (4).
  13. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un flasque (100) de l'élément de ressort reliant deux pattes (92, 98) dépassant en direction du fond (52) de la partie inférieure du boîtier (4) est pourvu entre la hauteur moyenne du logement de boîtier et une surface de couvercle lorsque le boîtier est fermé (2).
  14. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'une patte de ressort (98) pourvue de manière essentiellement parallèle sur le contre-élément (92) est connectée par adhésion ou fusion de matière au couvercle du boîtier (32).
  15. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de butée est constitué par le contre-élément (92).
  16. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon l'une des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (106) comporte une surface de précontrainte en forme de rampe contre laquelle l'élément de ressort (98) glisse lors de la fermeture du boîtier (2).
