Claims (18)

  1. Machine-outil portative pour des outils à queue à entraînement principalement frappant, notamment des marteaux-perforateurs et/ou burineurs, comprenant un axe de frappe et un arbre intermédiaire (807) parallèle à cet axe de frappe, comprenant un premier dispositif générateur d'excursion (813) possédant un élément d'excursion (820) pour un mécanisme d'entraînement de frappe, et comprenant au moins un deuxième dispositif générateur d'excursion (823) supplémentaire possédant au moins un deuxième élément d'excursion (820), monté contre ou sur l'arbre intermédiaire (807) et pouvant être entraîné par celui-ci pour l'entraînement d'un contre-oscillateur, un déphasage Δ différent de zéro et de 180° étant prévu entre un mouvement du premier élément d'excursion et un mouvement de l'au moins un deuxième élément d'excursion (830), caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif générateur d'excursion (823) possède un dispositif d'accouplement (872, 873) avec lequel le deuxième dispositif générateur d'excursion (823) peut être accouplé en rotation solidaire à l'arbre intermédiaire (807).
  2. Machine-outil portative selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le déphasage Δ est différent de 90°.
  3. Machine-outil portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le contre-oscillateur possède au moins une masse de contre-oscillateur qui est guidée le long d'une trajectoire de déplacement linéaire ou non linéaire, notamment le long d'une droite ou d'un arc de cercle.
  4. Machine-outil portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le contre-oscillateur possède une trajectoire de centre de gravité qui se trouve à proximité de l'axe de frappe, notamment parallèle à l'axe de frappe, de préférence orientée de manière coaxiale par rapport à celui-ci.
  5. Machine-outil portative selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'accouplement (873) est réalisé sous la forme d'un accouplement à enclenchement (872) avec lequel il est notamment prévu une course de translation axiale entre un état enclenché et un état ouvert.
  6. Machine-outil portative selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'une excursion de l'élément d'excursion du deuxième dispositif générateur d'excursion (823) varie linéairement avec la course de translation.
  7. Machine-outil portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif générateur d'excursion comprend un élément de déviation supplémentaire par le biais duquel peut notamment être entraîné un deuxième contre-oscillateur.
  8. Machine-outil portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier dispositif générateur d'excursion est réalisé sous la forme d'un premier entraînement à manivelle, lequel comprend une bielle et un plateau de manivelle doté d'une broche excentrique, la bielle agissant comme un premier élément d'excursion.
  9. Machine-outil portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, notamment selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un premier pignon conique est monté sur l'arbre intermédiaire et peut être entraîné en rotation par l'arbre intermédiaire.
  10. Machine-outil portative selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'il existe un deuxième pignon conique, lequel est monté sur un arbre de pignon conique disposé perpendiculairement à l'arbre intermédiaire et relié en rotation solidaire à celui-ci, le deuxième pignon conique pouvant être entraîné en rotation par le premier pignon conique.
  11. Machine-outil portative selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le plateau de manivelle qui comporte la broche excentrique est monté sur l'arbre de pignon conique et relié en rotation solidaire, de préférence en rotation solidaire amovible à l'arbre de pignon conique.
  12. Machine-outil portative selon au moins l'une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif générateur d'excursion est réalisé sous la forme d'un mécanisme d'entraînement en nutation qui comprend au moins une deuxième douille d'entraînement supportant une trajectoire de roulement, un palier de nutation et un plateau oscillant sur lequel est monté un tenon oscillant.
  13. Machine-outil portative selon au moins l'une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif générateur d'excursion est réalisé sous la forme d'un mécanisme d'entraînement à cames, notamment sous la forme d'un mécanisme d'entraînement à cames cylindriques comprenant une portion de trajectoire disposée sur une surface d'enveloppe qui dévie l'au moins un élément d'excursion supplémentaire, le contre-oscillateur étant dévié par l'au moins un deuxième élément d'excursion le long de la portion de trajectoire.
  14. Machine-outil portative selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme d'entraînement à cames est réalisé sous la forme d'un mécanisme d'entraînement à cames frontales ou d'un mécanisme d'entraînement à ergot, lequel possède un profil plat, un élément presseur agissant sur le contre-oscillateur de telle sorte que le contre-oscillateur peut être poussé contre le profil plat et peut être dévié en suivant le profil plat.
  15. Machine-outil portative selon au moins l'une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif générateur d'excursion est réalisé sous la forme d'un mécanisme d'entraînement à tige-poussoir, le contre-oscillateur étant en liaison fonctionnelle avec l'arbre intermédiaire par le biais d'une tige-poussoir.
  16. Machine-outil portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le déroulement d'un mouvement de l'au moins un élément d'excursion supplémentaire présente un tracé dans le temps différent d'une forme sinusoïdale.
  17. Machine-outil portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une déviation du premier élément d'excursion présente une première fréquence et en ce qu'une déviation du deuxième élément d'excursion de l'au moins un deuxième dispositif générateur d'excursion supplémentaire présente une deuxième fréquence F2, notamment différente de la première fréquence F1, la deuxième fréquence étant notamment égale à environ la moitié de la première fréquence.
  18. Machine-outil portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'entre le premier dispositif générateur d'excursion et l'au moins un deuxième dispositif générateur d'excursion supplémentaire se trouve un dispositif support (8) en position fixe par rapport à un carter de machine de la machine-outil portative, servant à supporter en rotation l'arbre intermédiaire dans le carter de machine.
