Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird ein Wirkmassenbehälter (1) für einen Wirkmassenblock (7) insbesondere mit Schutzfolie (8), bei welchem ein Anströmschutz in Form einer Kappe (2) mit integrierter Schutz-, Stütz-, Führungs- bzw. Positionierungsfunktion eingebunden ist. Die Anströmschutzkappe (2) ist vorzugsweise mit Dicht- und/oder Klebemasse versehen und auf zwei oder mehrere Kantenprofile (3, 4, 5, 6) des Wirkmassenbehälters (1) ausstoßseitig auf den in Schutzfolie (8) verpackten Wirkmassenblock (7) gesteckt. Positionierspitzen (9, 9.1) der Anströmschutzkappe (2) und des Wirkmassenbehälters (1) übernehmen die Positionierfunktion.

BESCHREIBUNG
Wirkmassenbehälter
Wirkmassenbehalter, beispielsweise für Nebelfunktionen, sind aus der Praxis reichlich bekannt Einen Wirkmassenblock bzw einen Wirkmittelkorper beschreibt zum Beispiel die DE 10 2004 047 231 A1
Submunitionen, die sich aus derartigen Wirkmassenbehaltem zusammensetzten, sind unter anderem aus der DE 601 19 735 T2 bekannt
Ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Tauschung IR-, RF- als auch Dual Mode gelenkter Flugkörper mit diesen Submunitionen ist der WO 2007/012371 A1 entnehmbar, Dual Mode Tauschkorper der DE 199 51 767 C2 Eine Zündvorrichtung einer Zundkette für Submumti- onskorper offenbart die DE 690 15 046 T2
Oftmals wird beim Ausstoßen unter Flugbedingungen (Anstromung) durch die auftretenden Kräfte die Schutzfolie des Wirkmassenblocks vorzeitig aufgerissen
Hier stellt sich die Erfindung die Aufgabe, eine Variante aufzuzeigen, die ein vorzeitiges Aufreißen verhindert
Gelost wird die Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 Vorteilhafte Ausfuhrungen sind den Unteranspruchen entnehmbar
Der Erfindung liegt die Idee zugrunde, eine Anstromschutzkappe als Anstromschutz einzubinden, die den Wirkmassenbehalter ausstoßseitig formschlussig mit der Wirkmasse abschließt Dazu werden beispielsweise vier Kantenprofile des Wirkmassenbehalters an die Ecken der Wirkmasse gedruckt und die mit Dicht- und / oder Klebemasse vorbereitete Anstromschutzkappe ausstoßseitig auf den in Schutzfolie verpackten Wirkmassenblock mit den vier anliegenden Kantenschutzprofilen gesteckt Die Positionierspitzen in der Anstromschutzkappe bewirken, dass der Wirkmassenblock in dieser zentriert und in der für die Wir- kung optimalen Position gehalten wird Die Anstromschutzkappe schließt ihrerseits mit dem Wirkmassenbehalter ausstoßseitig formschlussig ab
Neben der Vereinfachung (bessere Handhabbarkeit des Wirkmassenblockes) ist die Fehlerquellenreduzierung bei der Montage ein weiterer Vorteil Durch den Anstromschutz wird eine Beschädigung der Schutzfohe beim Einschieben des Wirkmassenblocks in die Hülse vermieden
Da die bekanntlich auftretenden Vibrationen nicht mehr direkt auf die in Schutzfolie verpackten Wirkmassenblocke einwirken können, ist auch das Einreißen der Schutzfohe auch unter Prufbedingungen (taktische / logistische Vibration) ausgeschlossen
Anhand eines Ausfuhrungsbeispiels mit Zeichnung soll die Erfindung naher erläutert werden

Fig 1 zeigt einen Wirkmassenbehalter 1 mit einer Anstromschutzkappe 2 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung von hinten (Ansicht anzundseitig), Fig 2 den gleichen Wirkmassenbehalter 1 mit der Anstromschutzkappe 2 in einer Vorderansicht (Ansicht ausstoßseitig) In dem Wirkmassenbehalter 1 und der Anstromschutzkappe 2 integriert die Schutz-, Stutz-, Fuh- rungs- bzw Positionierungsfunktion
Die Kappe 2, vorzugsweise mit Dicht- und / oder Klebemasse versehen, wird auf zwei oder mehrere Kantenprofile 3, 4, 5, 6 des Wirkmassenbehalters 1 ausstoßseitig auf dem in Schutzfolie 8 verpackten Wirkmassenblock 7 gesteckt
Die Kappe und der Wirkmassenbehalter 1 weisen des Weiteren vorzugsweise als Spitzen ausgeführte Positionierspitzen 9, 9 1 auf Diese bewirken, dass der Wirkmassenblock 7 in der Kappe 2 und dem Wirkmassenbehalter 1 zentriert und in einer funktionstechnisch optimalen Position gehalten wird

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Wirkmassenbehälter (1) mit Wirkmasse (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anströmschutzkappe (2) den Wirkmassenblock (1) schützt.
2. Wirkmassenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anströmschutzkappe (2) über eine Schutzfolie (8) des Wirkmassenblocks (1) angebracht ist.
3. Wirkmassenbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anströmkappe (2), vorzugsweise mit Dicht- und / oder Klebemasse versehen, auf zwei oder mehrere Kantenprofile (3, 4, 5, 6) des Wirkmassenbehälters (1) ausstoßseitig auf dem Wirkmassenblock (7) gesteckt ist.
4. Wirkmassenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser in Verbindung mit der Anströmschutzkappe (2) in sich eine Schutz-, Stütz-, Führungs- bzw. Positionierungsfunktion verkörpert.
5. Wirkmassenbehälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Positionierspitzen (9, 9.1) der Anströmschutzkappe (2) und des Wirkmassenbehälters (1) die Positionierfunktion übernehmen.
