Description

  • Wirkmassenbehälter, beispielsweise für Nebelfunktionen, sind aus der Praxis reichlich bekannt. Einen Wirkmassenblock bzw. einen Wirkmittelkörper beschreibt zum Beispiel die DE 10 2004 047 231 A1 , der einen Anströmschutz aufweist. Dieser wird aus einer Schutzkappe und einer Schutzfolie gebildet. Der Wirkkörper selbst weist einen Wirkmassenblock auf, der spezifische Strukturen an / auf der Oberfläche und / oder im Inneren mit feinstrukturierten Materialien, die durch Anzündsätze initiiert werden.
  • Submunitionen, die sich aus derartigen Wirkmassenbehältern zusammensetzten, sind unter anderem aus der DE 601 19 735 T2 bekannt.
  • Ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Täuschung IR-, RF- als auch Dual Mode gelenkter Flugkörper mit diesen Submunitionen ist der WO 2007/012371 A1 entnehmbar, Dual Mode Täuschkörper der DE 199 51 767 C2 . Eine Zündvorrichtung einer Zündkette für Submunitionskörper offenbart die DE 690 15 046 T2 .
  • Die GB 2 300 035 A beschreibt eine Infrarotpatrone, die aus einer Anordnung von Teilen besteht, die zusammen einen festen, starren, dichten Körper bilden und weist einen Deckel auf. Die den Deckel bildende Wand ist dicht, hat jedoch große Längslöcher. Die Anzahl und die Anordnung der Löcher, deren Ziel es zum einen ist, die Verbindung der Hauptladung mit der Umgebungsatmosphäre zu erleichtern und zum anderen die tubusförmige Wand zu schwächen, um sie durch Verbrennung leichter beseitigen zu können, können frei gewählt werden.
  • Die DE 38 28 501 C betrifft einen Munitionskörperstapel, der durch Flachbänder zusammengehalten wird, die mit angeformten Haken von einem Spannmittel zusammengespannt werden. Das Spannmittel weist eine Trenneinrichtung für das Kappen des Spannmittels, hier Draht, verantwortlich ist.
  • Oftmals wird beim Ausstoßen unter Flugbedingungen (Anströmung) durch die auftretenden Kräfte die Schutzfolie des Wirkmassenblocks vorzeitig aufgerissen.
  • Hier stellt sich die Erfindung die Aufgabe, eine Variante aufzuzeigen, die ein vorzeitiges Aufreißen verhindert.
  • Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausführungen sind den Unteransprüchen entnehmbar.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Idee zugrunde, eine Anströmschutzkappe als Anströmschutz einzubinden, die den Wirkmassenbehälter ausstoßseitig formschlüssig mit der Wirkmasse abschließt. Dazu werden beispielsweise vier Kantenprofile des Wirkmassenbehälters an die Ecken der Wirkmasse gedrückt und die mit Dicht- und / oder Klebemasse vorbereitete Anströmschutzkappe ausstoßseitig auf den in Schutzfolie verpackten Wirkmassenblock mit den vier anliegenden Kantenschutzprofilen gesteckt. Die Positionierspitzen in der Anströmschutzkappe bewirken, dass der Wirkmassenblock in dieser zentriert und in der für die Wirkung optimalen Position gehalten wird. Die Anströmschutzkappe schließt ihrerseits mit dem Wirkmassenbehälter ausstoßseitig formschlüssig ab.
  • Neben der Vereinfachung (bessere Handhabbarkeit des Wirkmassenblockes) ist die Fehlerquellenreduzierung bei der Montage ein weiterer Vorteil. Durch den Anströmschutz wird eine Beschädigung der Schutzfolie beim Einschieben des Wirkmassenblocks in die Hülse vermieden.
  • Da die bekanntlich auftretenden Vibrationen nicht mehr direkt auf die in Schutzfolie verpackten Wirkmassenblöcke einwirken können, ist auch das Einreißen der Schutzfolie auch unter Prüfbedingungen (taktische / logistische Vibration) ausgeschlossen.
  • Anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels mit Zeichnung soll die Erfindung näher erläutert werden.

  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Wirkmassenbehälter 1 mit einer Anströmschutzkappe 2 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung von hinten (Ansicht anzündseitig), Fig. 2 den gleichen Wirkmassenbehälter 1 mit der Anströmschutzkappe 2 in einer Vorderansicht (Ansicht ausstoßseitig). In dem Wirkmassenbehälter 1 und der Anströmschutzkappe 2 integriert die Schutz-, Stütz-, Führungs- bzw. Positionierungsfunktion.
  • Die Kappe 2, vorzugsweise mit Dicht- und / oder Klebemasse versehen, wird auf zwei oder mehrere Kantenprofile 3, 4, 5, 6 des Wirkmassenbehälters 1 ausstoßseitig auf dem in Schutzfolie 8 verpackten Wirkmassenblock 7 gesteckt.
  • Die Kappe und der Wirkmassenbehälter 1 weisen des Weiteren vorzugsweise als Spitzen ausgeführte Positionierspitzen 9, 9.1 auf. Diese bewirken, dass der Wirkmassenblock 7 in der Kappe 2 und dem Wirkmassenbehälter 1 zentriert und in einer funktionstechnisch optimalen Position gehalten wird.

Claims (4)

  1. Wirkmassenbehälter (1) mit Wirkmasse (7) und einer Anströmschutzkappe (2), die den Wirkmassenblock (1) schützt , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anströmschutzkappe (2), vorzugsweise mit Dicht- und / oder Klebemasse versehen, auf zwei oder mehrere Kantenprofile (3, 4, 5, 6) des Wirkmassenbehälters (1) ausstoßseitig auf den Wirkmassenblock (7) gesteckt ist.
  2. Wirkmassenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anströmschutzkappe (2) über eine Schutzfolie (8) des Wirkmassenblocks (1) angebracht ist.
  3. Wirkmassenbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser in Verbindung mit der Anströmschutzkappe (2) in sich eine Schutz-, Stütz-, Führungs- bzw. Positionierungsfunktion verkörpert.
  4. Wirkmassenbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Positionierspitzen (9, 9.1) der Anströmschutzkappe (2) und des Wirkmassenbehälters (1) die Positionierfunktion übernehmen.
