Claims (12)

  1. Système de porte (10) pour un appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation comprenant :
    au moins une porte d'appareil (100) d'un appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation,
    au moins une plaque frontale (200),
    au moins un premier moyen de support (110) qui est disposé contre et/ou sur la porte d'appareil (100) et est distancé de l'arête supérieure horizontale de la porte d'appareil (100), notamment est en dessous de l'arête supérieure horizontale de la porte d'appareil (100),
    au moins un deuxième moyen de support (210) qui est disposé sur la plaque frontale (200) et peut être relié au premier moyen de support (110), et un moyen de pré-positionnement en hauteur (220) au moyen duquel l'orientation verticale du deuxième moyen de support (210) est réglable, l'introduction de charge de la charge résultant du poids de la plaque frontale (200) pouvant être introduite dans la porte d'appareil (100) par l'intermédiaire du premier et du deuxième moyens de support (110, 210) lorsque la plaque frontale (200) est accrochée sur la porte d'appareil (100), et
    le moyen de pré-positionnement en hauteur (220) étant réalisé comme un rail muni d'un embout (222) coudé ou présentant un rail muni d'un embout (222) coudé, et l'embout (222) pouvant être mis en butée sur un petit côté supérieur ou inférieur de la plaque frontale (200),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen de pré-positionnement en hauteur (220) est guidé dans des guidages coulissants (212) du deuxième moyen de support (210) et peut y être déplacé.
  2. Système de porte (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la porte d'appareil (100) présente au moins une charnière de porte supérieure et au moins une charnière de porte inférieure et en ce que le premier moyen de support (110) est disposé de manière à ce que le poids de la plaque frontale (200) puisse être introduit dans la porte d'appareil (100) entre une charnière de porte supérieure et une charnière de porte inférieure de la porte d'appareil (100), notamment l'introduction de charge dans la porte d'appareil (100) ayant lieu dans la partie côté sol de la porte d'appareil (100) ou, de préférence, l'introduction de charge dans la porte d'appareil (100), en vue en direction verticale de la porte d'appareil de réfrigération, ayant lieu de manière symétrique entre les deux charnières de porte.
  3. Système de porte (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième moyen de support (210) peut être accroché et/ou enclenché dans le premier moyen de support (110).
  4. Système de porte (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier moyen de support (110) comprend un ou plusieurs boulons portants, des tôles de support, des pièces de support et/ou une tôle de logement commune ou est réalisé en tant que tel et/ou en ce que le deuxième moyen de support (210) est réalisé comme tôle de montage de façade de meuble,
    notamment
    en ce que le premier moyen de support (110) sont deux pièces de support et en ce que le deuxième moyen de support (210) est une tôle de montage de façade de meuble, dans laquelle deux moyen de pré-positionnement en hauteur réalisés comme rails sont guidés de manière coulissante,
    ou en ce que le premier moyen de support (110) sont deux boulons portants enfoncés dans les petits côtés verticaux de la porte d'appareil (100) et en ce que le deuxième moyen de support (210) est une tôle de montage de façade de meuble, dans laquelle deux moyens de pré-positionnement en hauteur réalisés comme rails sont guidés de manière coulissante, ainsi qu'avec deux rails fixés sur la tôle de montage de façade de meuble, lesquels entourent les petits côtés de la porte d'appareil (100),
    ou en ce que le premier moyen de support (110) sont deux tôles de logement disposées côté sol de la porte d'appareil (100) et en ce que le deuxième moyen de support (210) est une tôle de montage de façade de meuble, en ce qu'il est guidé de manière coulissante dans un moyen de pré-positionnement en hauteur réalisé comme rail, un point d'encollage étant présent en plus dans la partie supérieure de la porte d'appareil (100), proche de la charnière, au moyen duquel la plaque frontale (200) accrochée peut être reliée indirectement avec la porte d'appareil (100),
    ou en ce que le premier moyen de support (110) est une tôle de logement commune fixée sur la porte d'appareil (100) et en ce que le deuxième moyen de support (210) est une tôle de montage de façade de meuble, dans laquelle un moyen de pré-positionnement en hauteur réalisé comme rail est guidé de manière coulissante.
  5. Système de porte (10) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que respectivement deux baguettes de fixation angulaires disposées à distance l'une de l'autre et disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autres sont ménagées sur les deux petits côtés de la porte d'appareil (100), au moyens desquelles le premier moyen de support (110) peut être fixé et/ou ajusté sur la porte d'appareil (100) et au moyen desquelles la charge et/ou la force ayant prise sur le premier moyen de support (110) peuvent être introduites dans la porte d'appareil (100).
  6. Système de porte (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un recouvrement est ménagé pour recouvrir des pièces en saillie du système de porte (10).
  7. Système de porte (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un moyen d'ajustement vertical est ménagé, au moyen duquel la plaque frontale (200) et la porte d'appareil (100) sont déplaçables l'une par rapport à l'autre, et/ou en ce qu'au moins un moyen d'ajustement horizontal est ménagé, au moyen duquel la plaque frontale (200) et la porte d'appareil (100) sont déplaçables l'une par rapport à l'autre, et/ou en ce qu'au moins un moyen d'ajustement en direction en profondeur est ménagé, au moyen duquel la plaque frontale (200) et la porte d'appareil (100) sont déplaçables l'une par rapport à l'autre, et/ou en ce qu'au moins un moyen d'ajustement d'inclinaison est ménagé, au moyen duquel la plaque frontale (200) et la porte d'appareil (100) sont déplaçables l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  8. Système de porte (10) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'ajustement vertical et/ou le moyen d'ajustement horizontal et/ou le moyen d'ajustement en direction en profondeur et/ou le moyen d'ajustement d'inclinaison sont réalisés en tant qu'un moyen à broche et/ou en tant qu'un moyen à excentrique et/ou en ce qu'ils comprennent un moyen à broche ou un moyen à excentrique.
  9. Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation comprenant au moins un système de porte (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  10. Procédé de montage d'un système de porte (10) pour un appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation, le système de porte étant un système de porte (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 et/ou l'appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation étant un appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon la revendication 9, comprenant au moins une porte d'appareil (100) d'un appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation et au moins une plaque frontale (200), au moins un premier moyen de support (110) étant ménagé, lequel est disposé contre et/ou sur la porte d'appareil (100) et est distancé de l'arête supérieure horizontale de la porte d'appareil (100), notamment est en dessous de l'arête supérieure horizontale de la porte d'appareil (100), au moins un deuxième moyen de support (210) étant ménagé, lequel est disposé sur la plaque frontale (200) et peut être relié au premier moyen de support (110), la charge, au moment de l'accrochement de la plaque frontale (200) sur la porte d'appareil (100), résultant du poids de la plaque frontale (200) étant introduite dans la porte d'appareil (100) par l'intermédiaire du premier et du deuxième moyens de support (210).
  11. Procédé de montage d'un système de porte (10) pour un appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :
    insertion de l'appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation dans une niche de montage, l'appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation comprenant une partie préassemblée d'un système de porte (10) comprenant un premier et un deuxième moyens de support (210),
    réglage d'une unité de montage constituée du deuxième moyen de support (210) et d'au moins un moyen de pré-positionnement en hauteur,
    orientation et fixation de l'unité de montage sur une plaque frontale (200), accrochement de la plaque frontale (200) sur la porte d'appareil (100) par accrochement du deuxième moyen de support (210) dans le premier moyen de support (110).
  12. Procédé de montage d'un système de porte (10) pour un appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la façade de meuble, après l'accrochement en direction verticale, en direction horizontale, en direction en profondeur et/ou au regard de l'inclinaison, est ajustée avec précision, de préférence dans l'ordre en direction verticale, en direction horizontale, en direction en profondeur et de manière particulièrement préférée, ensuite au regard de l'inclinaison.
