Claims (10)

  1. Récipient, en particulier conteneur palette (1), qui présente un fond (2), des parois latérales (3a-3d) et un couvercle (4) disposé de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur l'une des parois latérales (3b) ainsi que des appuis à glissement (7), auxquels le couvercle est fixé et qui sont reliés à une arête supérieure (5) de l'une paroi latérale (3b) et au moyen desquels le couvercle (4) est logé de manière à pouvoir être déplacé dans un sens perpendiculaire à une arête supérieure (5) de l'une paroi latérale (3b), caractérisé en ce que les charnières (6) sont fixées sur l'arête supérieure (5) de l'une paroi latérale (3b) à une certaine distance de ses angles.
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé
    en ce que la partie fixe (27) de l'appui à glissement (7) est reliée aux charnières (6) et la partie mobile (26) de l'appui à glissement (7) est fixée au couvercle (4).
  3. Récipient selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (4) est pourvu d'au moins une fixation (8) prévue pour être placée sur l'arête supérieure (5) mentionnée.
  4. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (3a-3d) sont reliées au niveau de leurs arêtes (9) verticales de récipient et peuvent être repliées, les parois latérales (3a-3d) s'ajustant de préférence, à l'état replié, sur le fond (2) et sous le couvercle (4), de manière à obtenir un empilement fermé.
  5. Récipient selon la revendication 4, caractérisé
    en ce que le récipient (1), à l'état redressé, est parallélépipédique et les parois latérales (3c, 3d) adjacentes à la paroi latérale (3b) pourvue des charnières (6) sont à chaque fois pourvues en leur centre d'une ligne de pliage (29) parallèle aux arêtes (9) verticales du récipient.
  6. Récipient selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le fond (2), qui est de préférence en une pièce façonnée en matériau synthétique et qui présente des creux façonnés vers le bas en tant que pieds (30), entre lesquels se trouve de la place pour l'insertion de la fourche élévatrice d'un élévateur à fourche, est pourvu sur son bord d'une rainure (11) périphérique, dans laquelle les parois latérales (3a-3d) doivent être enfoncées et appuyées
  7. Récipient selon la revendication 6, caractérisé
    en ce que des ergots d'encliquetage (12) sont disposés au niveau de la rainure (11), prévus pour s'agripper dans des évidements (13) des parois latérales (3c, 3d).
  8. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'une des parois latérales (3a, 3b) est reliée, sur son arête inférieure, par une autre charnière (15) au fond (2) et la charnière (15) est logée sur le fond (2) de manière à pouvoir être déplacée perpendiculairement au plan du fond (2).
  9. Récipient selon la revendication 8, caractérisé
    en ce que les charnières mentionnées (6,15) sont disposées sur l'arête supérieure et inférieure de la même paroi latérale (3b).
  10. Récipient selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une encoche d'arrêt (44) est prévue sur la face du fond (2) opposée à la face sur laquelle la charnière (15a, 15b) disposée sur l'arête inférieure (16) est logée, maintenue dans la position encliquetée par un ressort (45) et pouvant être déplacée dans une position ouverte à l'aide du pied et/ou de la main, destinée à s'agripper dans un évidement (43) disposé dans cette paroi latérale (3a).
