Claims (10)

  1. Waggon (1) zur Handhabung von Schwerlasten, wie zum Beispiel Schienen (2), umfassend zum einen eine verlängerte Plattform (10) zum Transport von Lasten auf einem Schienenweg, wobei die Plattform mindestens eine Lade- und Entladevorrichtung (30) zum seitlichen Fördern der Lasten auf die Plattform aufweist, und zum anderen ein Dach (60) zur Überdeckung der Plattform, welches über der Lade-und Entladevorrichtung bzw. den Lade- und Entladevorrichtungen angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Dach (60) sowohl mindestens ein festes Dachelement (721, 721), das fest mit der Plattform (10) verbunden ist und einen ersten Längsabschnitt (10A, 10B) der Plattform überdeckt als auch mindestens ein bewegliches Dachelement (741, 761, 742, 762) aufweist, welches relativ zu dem festen Dachelement zwischen einer ausgefahrenen Stellung, in der sich das bewegliche Dachelement, zumindest im Wesentlichen, über das feste Dachelement in Längsrichtung der Plattform hervorstehend erstreckt und auf diese Weise einen an den ersten Abschnitt der Plattform angrenzenden zweiten Längsabschnitt (10C, 10D, 10E, 10F) der Plattform überdeckt, und einer eingefahrenen Stellung, in der das bewegliche Dachelement und das feste Dachelement, zumindest im Wesentlichen, einander in vertikaler Richtung derart überlagern, dass der zweite Abschnitt der Plattform nach oben nicht überdeckt ist, bewegbar ist, und
    dass der Waggon weiterhin Steuerungsmittel (92) umfasst, welche die Lade- und Entladevorrichtung(en) (30) deaktivieren, sofern sich das bewegliche Dachelement bzw. mindestens eines der beweglichen Dachelemente (741, 761, 742, 762) nicht in seiner ausgefahrenen Stellung befindet, und welche eine Verwendung der Lade- und Entladevorrichtung(en) (30) zum seitlichen Fördern der Lasten auf die Plattform (10) ermöglichen, sofern sich das bewegliche Dachelement bzw. alle beweglichen Dachelemente in der ausgefahrenen Stellung befindet bzw. befinden.
  2. Waggon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen weiterhin motorisierte Mittel (86) zum Antrieb des beweglichen Dachelements bzw. jedes der beweglichen Dachelemente (741, 761, 742, 762) zwischen dessen ausgefahrener und eingefahrener Stellung umfasst, wobei die motorisierten Mittel bevorzugt ein manuelles Auskupplungssystem umfassen.
  3. Waggon nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungsmittel (92) zum Steuern der motorisierten Antriebsmittel (86) ausgebildet sind.
  4. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungsmittel (92) mit Endschalterdetektoren (90) verbunden sind, welche zum Erkennen des Vorhandenseins des beweglichen Dachelements bzw. jedes der beweglichen Dachelemente (741, 761, 742, 762) ausgebildet sind, zumindest wenn dieses sich in seiner ausgefahrenen Stellung befindet.
  5. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungsmittel (92) mit mindestens einer Warnleuchte (94) und/oder einer akustischen Warneinrichtung (96) verbunden sind.
  6. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feste Dachelement bzw. jedes der festen Dachelemente (721, 722) jeweils zwei beweglichen Dachelementen (741, 761, 742, 762), welche in ihrer ausgefahrenen Stellung jeweils an den beiden in Längsrichtung der Plattform (10) einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des festen Dachelements angeordnet sind, zugeordnet sind.
  7. Waggon nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch zwei feste Dachelemente (721 und 722), die in Längsrichtung der Plattform (10) angeordnet sind, derart, dass die beweglichen Dachelemente (761 und 742), die den beiden festen Dachelementen jeweils zugeordnet und zwischen diesen angeordnet sind, sich aneinanderfügen oder einander überlappen, wenn sich alle beide in ihrer ausgefahrenen Stellung befinden.
  8. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feste Dachelement bzw. eines der festen Dachelemente (721, 722) vertikal lotrecht zu der Lade- und Entladevorrichtung bzw. jeder der Lade- und Entladevorrichtungen (30) angeordnet ist.
  9. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bzw. jede Lade- und Entladevorrichtung (30) einen Arm (40) zum Heben der Lasten (2) aufweist, welcher von der Plattform (10) schwenkbar um eine Vertikalachse (38) zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in der sich der Arm in Längsrichtung der Plattform längs erstreckt und vollständig von dem festen Dachelement bzw. einem der festen Dachelemente (721, 722) überdeckt wird, und einer Arbeitsstellung, in der sich der Arm im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Längsrichtung der Plattform erstreckt, getragen ist.
  10. Verwendung eines Waggons (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    wobei Schwerlasten, wie zum Beispiel Schienen (2), seitlich auf die Plattform (10) des Waggons mittels einer oberirdischen Einrichtung gefördert werden, wobei die oberirdische Einrichtung durch mindestens einen durchbrochenen Bereich (Z), der in dem vertikal lotrecht zum zweiten Abschnitt bzw. zu den zweiten Abschnitten (10C, 10D, 10E, 10F) der Plattform ausgerichteten Dach (60) vorhanden ist, sofern sich das bewegliche Dachelement bzw. jedes der beweglichen Dachelemente (741, 761, 742, 762) in seiner eingefahrenen Stellung befindet, teilweise eingeführt wird, während sich der Waggon (1) in einer Wartungsstation ohne Oberleitung befindet, und
    wobei Schwerlasten, wie zum Beispiel Schienen (2), nur dann seitlich auf die Plattform (10) mittels der Lade- und Entladevorrichtung(en) (30) gefördert werden, wenn sich das bewegliche Dachelement bzw. alle beweglichen Dachelemente (741, 761, 742, 762) in der ausgefahrenen Stellung befindet bzw. befinden, während sich der Waggon (1) auf einem Schienenweg, der mit einer mit Strom versorgten Oberleitung versehen ist, befindet.
