Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif d'aiguilletage d'une bande fibreuse avec au moins une barre d'aiguilles entraînée (1), avec un réacteur vertical (3) pour un mouvement oscillatoire de la barre d'aiguilles (1) en un mouvement vertical vers le haut et vers le bas, avec un réacteur horizontal (10) ou une installation d'ajustement de phase (36) attribuée au réacteur vertical (3), pour effectuer un mouvement oscillatoire interféré de la barre d'aiguilles (1) en un mouvement horizontal de va - et vient, le réacteur vertical (3) ayant des entraînements à manivelle séparés (4.1, 4.2), et avec une installation pour l'équilibrage des masses (9.1, 9.2) pour équilibrer la force de masse des entraînements à manivelle (4.1, 4.2), caractérisé en ce que l'installation pour l'équilibrage des masses (9.1, 9.2) est formée par au moins une masse d'équilibrage (9.2) qui est attribuée à l'entraînement à la manivelle (4.1) du réacteur vertical (3) et qui suivant un angle (α) de l'ordre de < 180° est agencée de façon décalée par rapport à un excentrique (6.1) de l'entraînement à la manivelle (4.1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la masse d'équilibrage (9.2) est agencée suivant l'angle de 90° de façon décalée par rapport à l'excentrique (6.1) de l'entraînement à la manivelle (4.1) et en ce qu'une deuxième masse d'équilibrage (9.2) est agencée suivant l'angle de 180° de façon décalée par rapport à l'excentrique (6.1) de l'entraînement à la manivelle (4.1).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux masses d'équilibrage (9.1, 9.2) ont la même taille ou n'ont pas la même taille.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le réacteur vertical (3) est formé par deux entraînements à la manivelle (4.1, 4.2) qui s'étendent de manière synchrone et circonférentielle et en ce que l'installation pour l'équilibrage des masses (9.1, 9.2) est formée par une pluralité de masses d'équilibrage (9.1, 9.2) qui sont attribuées aux deux entraînements à la manivelle (4.1, 4.2).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins respectivement une des masses d'équilibrage (9.1 - 9.2) est attribuée aux excentriques (6.1, 6.2) des entraînements à la manivelle (4.1, 4.2) du réacteur vertical (3).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'installation pour l'équilibrage des masses a un arbre d'équilibrage (22) supplémentaire avec une masse excentrique qui s'étend de manière périphérique (23) ou avec deux masses excentriques avec décalage suivant un angle de 90°(23.1, 23.2).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'installation d'ajustement de phase (36) a deux servomoteurs (34.1, 34.2) attribués aux vilebrequins (5.1, 5.2) des entraînements à la manivelle (4.1, 4.2) et en ce que l'arbre d'équilibrage (22) est agencé symétriquement par rapport aux vilebrequins (5.1, 5.2).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le réacteur horizontal (10) dispose au moins d'un entraînement à manivelle (11.1) séparé et en ce qu'au moins une masse d'équilibrage supplémentaire (16.1) est prévue qui est attribuée à l'entraînement à manivelle (11.1) du réacteur horizontal (10) et qui est agencée de façon décalée par rapport à un excentrique suivant un angle de l'ordre plus petit que 180°.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la masse d'équilibrage (16.1) est agencée suivant l'angle de 90° décalé par rapport à l'excentrique (13.1) de l'entraînement à manivelle et en ce qu'une deuxième masse d'équilibrage (16.2) est agencée suivant l'angle de 180°, décalée par rapport à l'excentrique (13.1) de l'entraînement à la manivelle (11.1).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le réacteur horizontal (10) est formé par deux entraînements à manivelle s'étendant synchroniquement de manière périphérique (11.1, 11.2) et qu'au moins une des masses d'équilibrage (16.1, 16.2) est attribuée à chacun des entraînements à manivelle (11.1, 11.2).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les entraînements à manivelle (11.1, 11.2) du réacteur horizontal (10) peuvent être entraînés de manière opposée et en ce que pour ajuster une course les couches des phases des deux entraînements à manivelle (11.1, 11.2) sont réalisées de manière à pouvoir être ajustées.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le réacteur horizontal (10) a une boite à vitesses de couplage (17) qui crée la liaison entre les entraînements à manivelle (11.1, 11.2) et la barre d'aiguilles (1).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les entraînements à manivelle (4.1, 4.2, 11.1, 11.2) ont respectivement un vilebrequin (5.1, 5.2, 12.1, 12.2) ou un excentrique entraîné et une bielle (7.1, 7.2, 14.1, 14.2) reliée avec le vilebrequin ou avec l'excentrique à l'intermédiaire d'une tête de bielle.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la masse d'équilibrage (9.2) ou les masses d'équilibrage (9.1 - 9.4, 16.1, 16.2) sont agencées sur le vilebrequin (5.1, 5.2, 12.1, 12.2) ou sur l'excentrique.
