Claims (11)
- Dispositif de retrait pour produits alimentaires, en particulier des produits de boulangerie et/ou de pâtisserie, avec une chambre de réserve (2) et un espace de retrait (3), séparés l'un de l'autre par une paroi de barrière (4), dans lequel les produits alimentaires sont transportés de la chambre de réserve (2) à l'espace de retrait (3) en passant par la paroi de barrière (4), au moyen d'une manette (5a, 5b) actionnée par un opérateur, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de barrière (4) comporte une surface de support (9) reliée côté espace de retrait, qui est agencée au-dessus d'une surface de base de l'espace de retrait (3).
- Dispositif de retrait selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface de retrait (9) présente une longueur de construction adaptée à la largeur (B) de la paroi de barrière (4).
- Dispositif de retrait selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de support (9) présente une largeur de construction adaptée à la largeur (S) des produits alimentaires à retirer, étendus en longueur.
- Dispositif de retrait selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface de support (9) est reliée à la paroi de barrière (4) en-dessous d'un point culminant de la paroi de barrière (6).
- Dispositif de retrait selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la surface de support (9) est reliée à la paroi de barrière (4), tout en étant inclinée vers celle-ci par rapport à une ligne horizontale (H).
- Dispositif de retrait selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la surface de support (9) et la paroi de barrière (4) forment une unité de construction (4, 7, 8, 9).
- Dispositif de retrait selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de construction (4, 6, 7, 9) est conçue de façon majoritairement transparente, par exemple avec des tiges de grille.
- Dispositif de retrait selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de barrière (4) présente une section transversale en forme de lambda, avec une rampe (7) inclinée en direction de la chambre de réserve (2), et une coupe de réception (8) en forme de L, située en-dessous de la surface de support (9).
- Dispositif de retrait selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de réserve (2) comporte une surface de support (10) du genre ondulée.
- Dispositif de retrait selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la manette (5a, 5b) comporte un manche (5b) présentant un coude.
- Dispositif de retrait selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la surface de support (9) est reliée de façon articulée à la paroi de barrière (4).
