Claims (12)
- Dispositif pour le montage de serpentins de ressorts ensachés (3) pour obtenir une armature pour matelas, comprenant
des logements (19) pour les serpentins de ressorts ensachés (3) constitués de ressorts ensachés, un moyen de transfert (13) destiné à transférer des serpentins de ressorts ensachés (3) acheminés individuellement d'une position d'insertion (a) dans une position de transfert (c), ainsi que des moyens d'introduction (31) destinés à transférer les serpentins de ressorts ensachés (3) du moyen de transfert (13) à un dispositif de montage (25),
caractérisé en ce que
le moyen de transfert comprend un tambour (13) monté rotatif sur la périphérie duquel sont formés des logements en forme de rainure (19) dans lesquels les serpentins de ressorts ensachés (3) peuvent être insérés et peuvent être transférés de la position d'insertion (a) dans une station de collage (b) au-dessus de laquelle est disposé un dispositif d'application (21) destiné à appliquer une colle. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la largeur des logements (19) peut être réglée sur la hauteur des ressorts à utiliser par un déplacement parallèle des supports (17) formant les logements (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de montage (25) est réglable en hauteur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dispositif d'introduction (31) servant à transférer les serpentins de ressorts ensachés (3) soumis à l'effet d'une colle dans le dispositif de montage (25) est disposé dans le tambour (13).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (13) peut être tourné manuellement ou automatiquement d'une manière indexée suivant respectivement une distance des logements (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que deux bandes de transport (33), dont les compartiments (35) opposés les uns aux autres sont espacés les uns des autres d'une distance inférieure à la hauteur des serpentins de ressorts ensachés (3) et pouvant être entraînées en rotation parallèlement à l'axe de rotation du tambour (13) sont disposées devant le tambour (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les compartiments (35) opposés les uns aux autres sont disposés de manière à s'étendre les uns sur les autres de façon conique dans la zone d'entrée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que des moyens d'avancement (37) destinés à transférer les serpentins de ressorts ensachés (3) dans les logements (19) sont disposés devant les bandes de transport (33).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que des éléments d'écartement (41) maintenant les ressorts positionnés avec précision dans les serpentins de ressorts (3) sur le tambour (13) sont disposés sur la périphérie du tambour (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'écartement (41) sont disposés sur le diamètre respectif des ressorts de manière à pouvoir être mobiles axialement dans les serpentins de ressorts (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'écartement (41) sont fixés sur des baguettes parallèles à l'axe (11) permettant de déplacer les éléments d'écartement (41) de manière axiale sur une demi-distance entre respectivement deux ressorts dans le serpentin de ressort ensaché (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement axial des éléments d'écartement (41) s'effectue manuellement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un entraînement.
