Claims (20)

  1. Dispositif de dégazage constitué d'un boîtier doté d'un espace dans lequel est disposé un composant rotatif, en particulier un arbre, et présentant un palier et/ou une étanchéité d'arbre, au moins une nervure dotée d'une extrémité libre et formant un interstice parallèle à l'axe étant disposée dans l'espace et s'avançant jusqu'au composant rotatif, un espace de dégazage d'un liquide étant disposé en aval de l'interstice,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une surface (18) de paroi de division de faisceau divisant un faisceau (17) d'interstice est disposée dans l'espace (2) à distance de l'espace et face à l'espace et
    en ce que la surface (18) de paroi de division de faisceau est dotée d'une ou plusieurs ouvertures (15) de raccordement à l'espace de dégazage situées à distance latérale d'une saillie (B) de l'interstice sur la surface de la paroi de division de faisceau.
  2. Dispositif de dégazage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la nervure (12) configurée comme nervure de boîtier proche de l'axe de rotation s'avance de manière étanche jusqu'au composant rotatif (3) en formant un interstice d'accélération (14).
  3. Dispositif de dégazage selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface (18) de paroi de division de faisceau est disposée à un angle (α) et en particulier dans la direction de la normale à un faisceau d'interstice (17) qui sort de l'interstice d'accélération (14).
  4. Dispositif de dégazage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'inclinaison sélectionnée pour la surface de paroi de division de faisceau est de l'ordre de grandeur d'un angle aigu (α) par rapport à la normale du faisceau d'interstice (17).
  5. Dispositif de dégazage selon les revendications 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la surface (18) de paroi de division de faisceau est configurée comme partie d'une paroi du boîtier éloignée de l'axe de rotation ou d'une nervure (26) du boîtier.
  6. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la surface (18) de paroi de division de faisceau est configurée en coupe transversale comme passante par rapport au composant rotatif (3).
  7. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la nervure (12) du boîtier proche de l'axe de rotation qui délimitent l'interstice d'accélération (14) ainsi que la surface (18) de paroi de division de faisceau sont disposées à l'intérieur d'un quadrant spatial (I.) de boîtier de l'espace (2).
  8. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des extrémités libres des nervures (12, 26) de boîtier s'étendent dans des directions opposées.
  9. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un espace (11) en dépression est formé dans l'espace (2) entre la nervure (12) du boîtier et la surface (18) de paroi de division de faisceau sur le côté du faisceau d'interstice (17) éloigné de l'axe de rotation.
  10. Dispositif de dégazage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'espace (11) en dépression s'étend dans la direction opposée au composant rotatif (3).
  11. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la surface (18) de paroi de division de faisceau éloignée de l'axe de rotation ou la paroi de boîtier ou nervure de boîtier (26) qui en est dotée forment une paroi de l'espace de dégazage (4).
  12. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que par rapport à l'axe de rotation (10), l'espace en dépression (11) est disposé entre la nervure (12) proche de l'axe de rotation et l'espace de dégazage (4) éloigné de l'axe de rotation.
  13. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la surface (18) de paroi de division de faisceau et/ou son prolongement disposé en direction de l'ouverture de raccordement (15) est située sur une paroi intérieure (18.1) de division du faisceau qui délimite l'espace (11) en dépression et en ce que le long de la paroi intérieure (18.1) de division du faisceau, un écoulement partiel (28) d'un cylindre de tourbillonnage (19) qui tourne dans l'espace en dépression (11) débouche dans l'espace de dégazage (4).
  14. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de dégazage (4) est doté d'une ouverture de dégazage (21).
  15. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que deux ou plusieurs dispositifs de dégazage sont disposés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction de l'axe et en ce que chaque espace de dégazage (4) est doté d'une ouverture de dégazage (21).
  16. Dispositif de dégazage selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi de séparation (22) est disposée entre deux espaces de dégazage (4.1, 4.2) et en ce qu'une ouverture de dégazage (21) est disposée dans la partie de raccordement en forme de T située entre la paroi de séparation (22) et la paroi extérieure.
  17. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture de dégazage (21) qui s'étend obliquement par rapport à l'axe de rotation (10) est disposée sur une partie d'extrémité axiale d'un espace de dégazage (4, 4.1, 4.2).
  18. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de dégazage (4, 4.1, 4.2) fait partie intégrante du boîtier (1) ou en est un composant séparé.
  19. Dispositif de dégazage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce que l'espace (2) qui entoure le composant rotatif (3) et en particulier la surface de sa paroi périphérique présente en tout ou en partie un contour (16) en forme de spirale.
  20. Dispositif de dégazage selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que dans l'espace qui se développe en spirale depuis le contour intérieur (16), la nervure (12) proche de l'axe de rotation est disposée dans la partie du quadrant spatial (I.) du boîtier qui présente la plus grande extension radiale par rapport à l'axe de rotation (10).
