Definitions
- the invention relates to a mining machine, in particular a surface miner according to the preamble of claim 1, and a method for removing and installing a transport device in a mining machine according to the preamble of claim 13.
- Such mining machines are used in opencast mining, earthworks and rock construction, such a mining machine being e.g. Rock cuts, breaks and loads in one go, without the need for blasting.
- the mining machine is also suitable for the extraction of gypsum, soft limestone or coal.
- a cutting roller is used, which transfers the decomposition material to a first transport device, which is arranged stationary but interchangeable within the machine frame.
- the excavation material is transported obliquely upwards on the first transport device to a discharge point at which the excavation material is dropped onto a second transport device whose lower end is located below the upper end of the first transport device.
- the second transport device also transports the decomposition material from a transfer point at the lower end of the second transport device up to a discharge point at which the mining material can either be dropped on a transport vehicle or laterally next to the mining machine.
- the second transport device is laterally pivotable by ⁇ 90 ° by a Bandauftress theory stressed for the second transport device is pivotable about a vertical axis, which passes virtually through the transfer point.
- the second transport means is pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis to bring the upper end of the second transport means to a desired discharge height.
- the figures vertical and horizontal are to be understood as meaning that the mining machine stands on a horizontal ground.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a mining machine of the type mentioned, and a method for installing and removing a stationary transport device in a mining machine, in which the installation and removal of the transport device with little expenditure of time is possible.
- the invention advantageously provides that the band suspension device can be pivoted together with the second transport device relative to the machine frame about a second horizontal pivot axis.
- the second transport device can be swiveled by a certain angle, for example 30 °, with the belt suspension device supporting it so that the lower end of the second transport device is no longer below the upper end of the first transport device.
- machine elements are used in an advantageous manner, which are present anyway on the mining machine.
- the band suspension device is pivotally connected to the machine frame and the second pivot axis is provided on the band suspension device such that the band suspension device can be pivoted out of the overlap region with the second transport device.
- the second horizontal pivot axis is offset at least in the height direction relative to the first pivot axis upwards.
- the second horizontal pivot axis at least during the pivoting of the tape suspension device has a vertical distance from the bottom, which is greater than the direct distance of the pivot axis to the lower outer end of the second transport device.
- the tape suspension device can be locked in a working position for pivoting the second transport device and in a swivel position for mounting and dismounting the first transport device.
- the tape hanger is pivotable relative to the machine frame, the second horizontal pivot axis being journalled in an element of the machine frame, which may also include locking devices that lock the tape hanger in two different pivot positions.
- the element of the machine frame consists of plates arranged on both sides of the tape suspension device, which on the one hand support the second horizontal pivot axis at their ends and, on the other hand, have bores angularly offset by a desired angle, eg 30 °, relative to the second horizontal pivot axis. Grab through these holes Bolt in the Bandauf Kunststoff worn, so that the Bandaufh briefly adopted can be fixed in the respective angular positions. It is understood that the locking pins can not only be set manually, but can also be brought by means of a drive in a locking or release position.
- a mounted on the machine frame slewing ring is pivotable about the vertical pivot axis and carries on one side of the turntable the Bandauftress discomfort experienced for the second transport device. On the opposite side may be additionally provided a counterweight.
- the counterweight is used to compensate for the forces acting on the machine frame moments due to the weight load and the pivot position of the second conveyor.
- the pivoting of the tape suspension device can be done with motor help, for example, in the region of the second horizontal pivot axis preferably a hydraulic rotary drive, possibly combined with a reduction gear, the Bandaufitational stressed pivoted relative to the machine frame to the second horizontal pivot axis.
- an actuator mounted on the turntable or on the machine frame may engage the tape hanger vertically spaced from the second horizontal pivot axis to pivot the tape hanger about the second horizontal pivot axis.
- an adjusting device of a traversing device for the counterweight can also be used for pivoting the tape suspension unit.
- the second transport device has an endlessly circulating conveyor belt, which is guided at the mutually ends via a drive roller and a deflection roller.
- the drive roller is preferably arranged at the upper end of the second transport device and can be displaced outwardly via a belt tensioning device for tensioning.
- the belt tensioning device consists of a grease tensioner. This has the advantage that the belt tensioning device can be operated from a remote location.
- a grease supply device may be provided for the grease seal which extends over the entire length of the second transport device and which has a grease feed connection at the lower end of the second transport device or on the machine frame such that the grease supply connection is accessible to a person standing on the ground ,
- the band suspension device In the working position, the band suspension device is connected to the machine frame via the second horizontal pivot axis and secured in the working position with locking pins, which are passed through an element of the machine frame and engage in the band suspension device.
- the lock for the pivot position of the tape suspension device is first repealed and pivoted by means of a drive Bandaufitational stressed to the second horizontal pivot axis until the desired and preset pivot position is reached. Subsequently, in turn, the locking means are introduced to lock the Bandaufitational worn in the pivot position.
- the lower end of the second transport device is pivoted in such a way that it no longer overlaps the upper end of the stationary transport device which is fastened in the machine frame. Then, with the help of eg a lifting device, in particular a pulley, the first at the top of the fixed stationary transport device to the machine frame are lowered.
- the lower end of the machine frame can be decoupled. Then the Bandaufmann Kunststoff soothing can be pivoted back into its working position and locked there. After the removed first transport device rests freely on the ground, the required maintenance work, e.g. a band exchange, easily accessible. The installation of the first transport device takes place in the opposite order.
- Fig. 1 shows a mining machine 1, namely a surface miner for working off mining material such as rock, limestone or coal u. like.
- the mining machine 1 has a machine frame 2, in which a cutting roller 4 is mounted, with which the decomposition material is milled from the bottom 3.
- cutting roller 4 is lowered for this purpose on the floor 3 and brought to a preset milling depth.
- the cutting roller 4 due to its rotation, raises the excavation material to a first stationary, but removable, first machine 6 supported in the machine frame 2 and extending obliquely upward from the cutting drum 4 in the machine frame 2.
- the first transport device 6 has an endlessly circulating conveyor belt 7, which discharges the decomposition material at the upper rear end 22 of the first transport device 6 onto a transfer point 18 of a second transport device 12.
- the first transport device 6 is suspended at its lower front end in a belt shoe 9 and at its upper end 22 releasably secured to the machine frame 2.
- the second transport device 12 also has an endlessly circulating conveyor belt 50, which transports the removal material from the transfer point 18 in the lower region of the second transport device 12 to a discharge point 20 at which the removal material can be unloaded onto a vehicle or laterally onto the ground 3 can be dropped.
- the second transport device 12 is supported by a belt hanger 10 which is pivotally attached to the machine frame 2.
- the band suspension device 10 consists for example of a portal 13, which receives the second transport device 12 between struts 11.
- the parallel, preferably vertically extending struts 11 of the portal 13 are angled at its lower end towards the front of the machine frame 2 and take at its the lower end 14 of the second conveyor end facing a horizontal pivot axis 24 to the second transport means 12 pivotally mounted in the band suspension device 10.
