Definitions
- the invention relates to a brick with stone outer walls, of which at least one is designed as a joining surface for lateral connection with other bricks, and an open receptacle for a cutting.
- Such a brick is from the DE 10 2006 002 825 A1 known.
- the brick has webs which form separate cavities, which at least partially serve to receive an insulating material. In the cavities insulating material elements are inserted, which are frictionally held in the bricks.
- masonry in which the bricks described are used has relatively little insulation at the junctions between two adjacent bricks.
- the insertion of the cuttings in the formed between two bricks cavities is executed only after joining the bricks together on the site and thus requires an additional step in the creation of masonry.
- This object is achieved in that is attached in an open recording in a brick of the cutting in the direction of the normal of the joint surface by an undercut.
- the cuttings increases the insulation value in the area of the joint surface and can already be kept in the receptacle of a single brick from the factory and during transport, as falling out of the receptacle is reliably prevented by the attachment via the undercut.
- the provision The cuttings in the receptacle already in the factory during the production of the brick enable this step to be carried out under controlled process conditions and automated, and thus both cost-effective and quality-assured.
- the undercut allows insertion without excessive force, yet a secure fit of the cuttings is achieved.
- the receptacle has a dovetail shape to form the undercut.
- the dovetail shape is formed in the plane normal to the extension direction of the receptacle, so that the cutting can be easily inserted into the receptacle.
- the cutting has a shape corresponding to the recording, on the one hand to ensure a secure fit and on the other hand to completely fill the cavity of the recording, so that an optimal insulation effect is achieved.
- the receptacle has projections which run at least partially along the extension direction of the receptacle and behind which engages the cutting.
- the projections provide an alternative way of forming an undercut through which the cutting is mounted in the receptacle. Characterized in that the projections extend along the extension direction of the recording, the cutting can be easily used in this direction. The projections do not hinder such insertion movement, but securely secure the cutting in the direction of the normal of the joint surface.
- the brick on both end sides in Steinlssenscardi joining surfaces with recordings for cuttings.
- the receptacles on both end sides in the longitudinal direction of the stone, the area of increased insulation in the case of two adjoining bricks at the joint surface can be increased, without the individual receptacles having to be enlarged. This has an advantageous effect on the stability of the brick and increases the insulating value of the masonry created from the bricks.
- the receptacles are arranged in the joining surfaces, that adjoin one another in juxtaposed bricks the cuttings.
- a larger contiguous area can be created by the Insulating existing cuttings is filled, whereby the insulation value of the masonry can be increased.
- the receptacle extends in an edge region of the joining surface. This allows the provision of other functional elements in a central position, such as e.g. of grooves and springs for a connection between bricks. Furthermore, this feature makes it possible to provide a further receptacle in the opposite edge region of the same joining surface. Thus, the connection between the bricks is improved and increases the insulation value.
- the cutting consists of an elastically deformable material. This allows a simple insertion of the cuttings into the receptacle and a secure fit of the same therein, since it can adapt to the receptacle in the context of its elasticity. Furthermore, it can be achieved so that the cutting fills the receptacle and when joining another brick to the brick, which includes the billet, the cuttings is deformed so that it rests securely against the adjacent brick.
- the overhanging over the joining surface cutting can be partially absorbed by a recess of an adjacent brick.
- the insulation value in the joining area is further increased, since on the one hand, the joint surface is better insulated per se and on the other hand, a higher proportion of insulating material in relation to the remaining material of the brick can be achieved.
- a plurality of receptacles are provided in a joining surface, wherein the receptacles extend in particular in parallel.
- several recordings in a joint surface can improve the space utilization for insulation material by cuttings in the joint surface.
- the parallel extension of the images allows a rectangular area between the images to be kept free for Connecting means between the bricks, such as tongue and groove joints, can be used.
- the recordings extend in Steinrochraum and the normal of the joining surface extends in the Steinlssensraum.
- a joint surface with a normal in the longitudinal direction of the stone allows easy placement of adjacent bricks together.
- FIG. 1 a brick 1 is shown in a plan view. Several bricks 1 of this type are lined up to create a masonry with joining surfaces 9 together. Then mortar is applied to the upper side of the brick 1 and another row of bricks 1 placed on the existing row of bricks 1.
- the brick 1 according to FIG. 1 has on all sides stone outer walls 2, of which two as joining surfaces 9 for left and right adjacent bricks 1 are formed.
- the brick 1 consists of a limestone material.
- a cavity 3 is provided which can be provided with insulating material 4.
- the cavity 3 extends in the vertical direction and runs from the top of the brick 1 to the bottom of the brick 1.
- the webs of brick material delimiting the cavity 3 must have a certain width in order to allow sufficient stability of the brick 1. If these webs are designed to be too thin, parts can break out of the brick 1 during the transport, so that the brick 1 becomes unusable.
- insulating material is already provided in the production of the brick.
- suitable cuttings 4 which are used in the bricks 1.
- mineral and non-mineral insulation materials come into question.
- Possibilities for mineral insulating materials are eg rock wool or mineral wool.
- Possibilities for non-mineral insulation materials are phenolic foam, rigid polyurethane foam (PU) or expanded polystyrene (EPS). From this material preformed cuttings 4 can be provided, which are then inserted into the cavity 3.
- the cavity 3 is filled directly with a raw material of an insulating material. For that comes, for example Foaming the cavity 3 or the filling of the cavity 3 with mineral granules in conjunction with binders in question.
- the brick 1 has on its left side a receptacle 5, which is open to the joining surface 9.
- a cutting 10 is already used in the production of the brick 1.
- the dovetail shape of the receptacle 5 prevents falling out of the cuttings 10 in the direction of the normal N of the joining surface 9.
- the cuttings 10 can be made of the same materials and in the same manner as has already been described for the cutting 4.
- the receptacle 5 extends in the vertical direction of the brick 1 in the recording extension direction X. In this direction, the receptacle 5 forms a recess with a constant, dovetailed and thus undercut cross-section, in which the cuttings 10 can be attached by insertion from above.
- FIG. 2 The extension of the receptacle 5 with the inserted cutting 10 in the joining surface 9 is in FIG. 2 shown.
- the recording extension direction X of the cutting member 10 is secured in this embodiment by frictional engagement.
- the cutting member 10 has a slightly larger cross-sectional shape than the receptacle 5 and consists of an elastic material. This ensures that the cutting 10 does not fall out either in the direction of extension of the recording X or in the normal direction N of the joining surface 9, even if the brick 1 is subjected to external forces and accelerations during handling operations.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 illustrate another embodiment of a brick according to the invention.
- the recording 5 not over the entire stone uplift.
- the outer contours of the receptacle 5 are covered by the stone top and thus shown as a dashed line.
- a projection 12 is formed, which engages in the cutting 10 and thus secures it in the receptacle 5 by means of an undercut.
- the cutting 10 is used against the normal direction N of the joining surface 9 in the receptacle 5.
- the cutting 10 is made of a compressible material into which the projection 12 can engage, whereby the cutting 10 is secured in the receptacle 5. Furthermore, the cutting 10 is still slightly above the receptacle 5 via.
- the cutting 10 is pressed into the receptacle 5, so that it fills this fully and in particular rests tightly against the adjacent brick 1.
- the brick 1 has four identically shaped cavities 3b with cuttings 4b in the edge region and a central cavity 3c with cutting 4c.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 show a further embodiment of a brick according to the invention 1 in plan view and left side view.
- three projections 12 are provided on each side of the receptacle 5, which additionally engage in the cutting 10.
- the brick 1 has a central cavity 3 with a cutting 4.
- the receptacle 5 is made wider in order to increase the insulation in the region of the joining surface 9.
- the cutting member 10 is slightly above the receptacle 5 and consists of a compressible material.
- FIGS. 7 to 9 show a further embodiment of the brick according to the invention 1 in plan view, left side view and right side view.
- the cutting member 10 projects beyond the receptacle 5, which has a dovetail shape.
- the brick 1 on the opposite joining surface 9 a recess 11 which, as in FIG. 9 shown extending in the recording extension direction X over the entire height of the stone. If two bricks 1 according to FIG. 10 arranged with the respective joining surfaces 9 to each other, the protruding part of the cuttings 10 engages in the recess 11 of the adjacent brick 1 a. Thus, an even larger area is created near the joint surface 9 between two bricks 1, which is filled by a cutting 10, so that the insulation in the joints can be further increased.
- FIGS. 11 and 12 show a brick wall 1 according to the invention, in which the undercut for fixing the cuttings 10 is achieved by a receptacle 5 with convex-shaped side walls.
- a higher width of the cutting 10 in the region of the joining surface 9 can be achieved, whereby the insulating value is increased.
- the receptacle 5 does not extend over the entire height of the brick 1. So the cuttings 10 is in a lower region on the brick 1 and is thus secured against falling out of the brick 1.
- This modification of the receptacle 5 can also be provided in other embodiments according to the invention.
- FIGS. 13, 14 an embodiment of a brick according to the invention 1 is shown, in which the receptacle 5 for the cutting 10 has an asymmetric shape. This allows a simpler insertion of the cuttings 10 both against the direction of the normal N of the joining surface 9, as well as in the recording extension direction X done.
- the brick 1 FIGS. 13, 14 also possible to provide a recording analogous to FIGS. 3, 4 does not run along the entire height of the stone, as insertion of the cuttings from the front is simply possible.
- no cavities are formed in the brick 1 in this embodiment. Instead, the brick 1 at least in its interior on a material with higher insulation value.
- FIGS. 15, 16 show a further embodiment of the brick according to the invention 1, in which two projections 12 are provided in an otherwise rectangular shaped receptacle 5 to form an undercut and thus secure the cutting 10 in the receptacle 5 in the normal direction N in the joining surface 9.
- the cavities 3 all have the same cross-sectional shape, whereby the same type of cutting 4 can be used in each cavity 3.
- FIGS. 17, 18 show a further embodiment of the brick according to the invention in plan view and left side view.
- the receptacle 5 runs in this embodiment in the recording extension direction X conical, so that the cutting member 10 is received positively in the Steinhochraum.
- the cutting has a shape corresponding to the receptacle 5.
- the rear limits of the recording are shown as dashed lines.
- FIG. 19 are two joined together with their joining surfaces 9 bricks 1, which have a plurality of cavities 3 with cuttings 4.
- open receptacles 5 are provided, in which already cuttings 10 are used from the factory.
- the receptacles 5 are each provided in an edge region of the joining surface 9.
- the cavities 3 can be formed closer to the joining surface 9 of the brick 1 on the side of the brick 1, where there is no receptacle 5.
- the insulating value of the masonry can be increased.
- the insulation value of the masonry can be increased if, as in FIG. 20 shown in plan view, in each of the adjoining bricks 1 two receptacles 5 are provided with cuttings 10. By adjoining the adjacent cuttings 10 results in a high insulation value at this point. Furthermore, the total insulating value in the region of the joining surface 9 is increased by the fact that two receptacles 5 can be arranged by the eccentric arrangements per joining surface 9.
- an inventive brick wall 1 is shown in plan view, which additionally has 9 recesses 8 and projections 7 in its joining surfaces, which together form a tongue and groove connection between the bricks 1.
- the brick 1 has receptacles 5 at its joining surfaces.
- the receptacles 5 extend over the entire height of the brick 1 and have an undercut to secure the cutting tool 10 therein in the direction of the normal N of the joining surface 9.
- FIG. 22 is the left side view of the brick 1 shown, in which the extension of the projection 7, the recess 8 and the receptacle 5 is shown with the cutting 10 along the entire height of the stone in the recording extension direction X.
- the tongue and groove connection enables a positioning aid of the bricks 1 together.
- the formation of the tongue and groove connection advantageously has a maximum depth of approximately 2 to 4 mm. As a result of this relatively shallow depth, the further working steps in the region of wall ends, wall corners and window revealings in particular are simplified, since then there is an interface with only small depressions. Thus, the wall ends can be plastered easier or simple window can be used in this area. In general, however, tongue and groove designs with a depth of up to 11 mm can also be provided.
- FIG. 23 an inventive brick wall 1 is shown in plan view, which has in its interior cavities 3 in a flat toothing.
- cuttings 4 are also inserted to increase the insulation value of the brick.
- the cavities 3 a predominant expression in the stone longitudinal direction, while the width of the cavities 3 is low. Since the cavities 3 have a smaller volume, a plurality of cavities 3 are arranged within the brick 1. Due to the relatively small width of the cavities 3, these can be brought closer to the stone outer walls 2, without affecting the stability of the brick 1. Thus, the proportion of insulation material can be increased, whereby the insulation value of the entire masonry is increased.
- the brick 1 also has recordings 5 with cuttings 10 at its two joining surfaces 9, to further increase the insulation value at the joining surfaces 9.
- the brick 1 is shown in the left side view.
- the characteristics of the individual recordings can of course be combined with any brick.
- the size of the shots and cuttings can also be adjusted arbitrarily.
- the leg length of the dovetail shape of the recording can be varied.
- each brick according to the invention with recording of course, a supernatant of the cutting can be provided, in particular if the cutting consists of an elastically deformable material or the adjoining brick has a recess.
- the cavities and receptacles may be square or have curves.
- the square shape allows a higher proportion of insulating material in the stone, which increases the insulation value of the brick.

Abstract
Description

- In
- In
- In
- In
