Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a dishwasher, in particular a domestic dishwasher, comprising a base assembly and a washing container arranged above the base assembly, at least one guide device for holding and guiding at least one line of the dishwasher being provided on the base assembly and the at least one guide device being an integral part the floor assembly is.
  • Dishwashers in particular domestic dishwashers, generally have a base assembly, also referred to as a base support, and a washing container seated on the base assembly.
  • An outer housing can optionally be provided around the inner container.
  • the floor assembly is arranged below the washing compartment and makes contact with the floor.
  • it can be designed as a rectangular frame viewed in plan view. In particular, from a spatial perspective, it can have approximately the shape of a cuboid box.
  • the respective dishwasher includes, for its operation, at least one control / logic unit for one or more operating elements or control panels and / or one or more display elements or display panels, which are located in or on a wall part of the door facing an operator, such as in or on the Front wall of the door, in particular in an upper edge region of the door front wall, and / or in or on the top narrow side, in particular the top inner strip or the inner frame of the door are provided.
  • the control elements and / or display elements can optionally also be provided elsewhere on the dishwasher, for example in the area of the front outer housing wall above the door or in the ceiling area of the outer housing.
  • the control / logic unit can include electronic components and / or optical components and in particular at least one microprocessor. It is preferably installed in the interior of the door of the dishwasher and connected via at least one line to a control device, in particular a main control device, in the interior of the base assembly of the dishwasher.
  • the respective control / logic unit assigned to the one or more operating elements and / or display elements can also be provided in the area of a side wall, ceiling wall and / or rear wall of the dishwasher, in particular in a space there between the washing container and the outer housing.
  • At least one line from a first location such as an outlet opening in the front wall of the floor assembly, from the interior of which the at least one line emerges, becomes a location remote therefrom, such as an access opening into the interior of the door , laid open on the outside of the floor assembly.
  • a location remote therefrom such as an access opening into the interior of the door , laid open on the outside of the floor assembly.
  • a general problem in the transition area between the rinsing container and the base assembly is that the lines are often not adequately held and routed so that they can be subjected to inadmissible stress or even damage.
  • the transition area between the door and the base assembly is critical if the lines, starting from the control / logic unit in the interior of the pivotable door, are led out of the latter and into the base assembly.
  • the lines which are preferably combined to form a line bundle, can in particular be subjected to kink stresses by the folding movements of the door, that is to say by opening and closing the door.
  • a first and a second tubular section are provided, each of which has a bent, essentially cylindrical cross-section.
  • the two sleeve regions fixed by means of separate fastening elements are connected to one another in such a way that they can be rotated relative to one another.
  • This construction can be too complex and cumbersome under some practical circumstances.
  • the disadvantageous introduction of the electrical lines through the sleeve regions of the device and, in particular, the complex fastening of this separate device to the household appliance, in particular to the dishwasher can be disadvantageous.
  • the two tubular sections of the device can cause the electrical cables to be passed or threaded through, for example before the device is attached to the dishwasher, as an additional component.
  • the assembly of such a device for holding and guiding electrical lines to the household appliance is complex and time-consuming.
  • the fastening elements of the device usually require corresponding counter contours or holding parts such as, for example, backing parts on the household appliance. In practice, this can be too complicated since the counter contours are often difficult to access. For example, due to their position in the area of the axis of rotation of the door, these can usually be covered by a protruding area or swiveling area of the door of the household appliance, which is why the door can only be installed after the device has been fastened. With the installation of this device on the household appliance before the door is attached to the household appliance, errors can also occur during the installation process of the household appliance. In particular, at the subsequent installation of the door on the household appliance, the device, but also the lines, are damaged.
  • the publication EP 0 243 632 A2 discloses a dishwasher with a rinsing container arranged in a housing and a bottom pan arranged in the bottom of the device.
  • the floor pan forms both a mounting pan for receiving the equipment and a safety device against water damage as well as a machine base on which the washing container with the housing is arranged.
  • a hose entry extending from the outside inwards in a funnel shape and open upwards in a slit shape can be provided.
  • the hose insertion can have retaining ribs running transversely to the insertion direction.
  • the publication DE 199 07 196 A1 discloses a water-carrying household appliance, in particular a dishwasher or a washing machine, with openings arranged on the rear for the entry and exit of the supply and disposal lines into and out of a housing with a guide element.
  • Each supply and disposal line is assigned a guide element which is arranged directly at the opening, which predetermines an exit direction and which has a protective device in the other direction against kinking of the line.
  • the exit direction can run from the view of the rear of the housing to the bottom left and the other direction to the bottom right.
  • the guide element can also be made at least partially in one piece with the rear of the housing of the water-carrying household appliance.
  • the publication DE 10 2007 052 073 B3 discloses a domestic appliance, at least comprising an at least partially housed in a cable duct and a grounding cable connected to a ground connection of a household power supply, which is electrically conductively connected to an electrically conductive component of the domestic appliance.
  • the cable harness guided by the cable duct contains the grounding cable, the first contact element, which is electrically conductively connected to the grounding cable, is held on the cable duct and, by means of an assembly movement of the cable duct, the first grounding cable comes into electrical contact with a second contact element, which is electrically connected to one of the sections conductive component of the household appliance is provided.
  • the household appliance can be provided with a front door which can be folded down for opening and closing a treatment container, wherein the cable duct can be fastened to a support pillar which serves to pivot the front door.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a dishwasher, in particular a household dishwasher, of simple construction, in which at least one line can be laid in a faultless manner along a predetermined path section in the area of its base assembly.
  • a dishwasher in particular a domestic dishwasher, of the type mentioned at the outset in that at least one electrical or optical line, which is laid from the control device arranged in the interior of the floor assembly to the guide device, leads into the interior of a door from the guide device with which the loading opening of the washing container can be closed and the guide device has at least one spring-elastic element for holding the respective line.
  • the at least one guide device for holding and guiding at least one line of the dishwasher is therefore not an additional component which is subsequently attached to the base assembly of the dishwasher, but is already part of the base assembly, that is to say an integral part of the base assembly.
  • integral means in particular that the at least one guide device is also produced directly during the manufacture of the base assembly.
  • the guide device is molded onto and / or molded into the base assembly.
  • An advantage of the dishwasher, in particular domestic dishwashing machine, is in particular that it is no longer necessary to subsequently mount additional guide elements on the base assembly in order to hold and guide the lines. That means an elaborate and complicated screwing, clamping or other locking or fixing additional guide elements is eliminated.
  • At least one guide device means in particular that a single guide device, but also a plurality of guide devices, can be formed on the base assembly.
  • the guide device can be molded in and / or molded onto and / or onto the wall material of the base assembly.
  • the base assembly therefore already has the guide device as part of its geometric structure "from the start", that is to say from the beginning.
