The movable piece then retracts to leave a gap or recess in the lid. Without the cap being removed from the mould the pad is then moulded into the space left by the movable piece.
  • the injection moulding of the pad takes place through a channel in the lid. This is the preferred way of moulding an elastomeric pad in a shallow recess which has no non-flush part from where injection moulding can occur.

Claims (10)

  1. Kappe für einen Behälter für eine fließfähige Zusammensetzung, wobei die Kappe einen Deckel (1) und eine Basis (2), die über ein Scharnier miteinander verbunden sind, umfasst, wobei der Deckel (1) eine Basiskontaktkante, die mit der Basis in Kontakt ist, und ein elastomeres Kissen (4), das von der Basiskontaktkante beabstandet ist, aufweist, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kissen (4) gegenüber dem Scharnier (6) an dem Deckel angeordnet ist.
  2. Kappe nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kissen (4) in einer Aussparung in dem Deckel angeordnet ist.
  3. Kappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Kissen (4) bündig mit dem Deckel angeordnet ist.
  4. Kappe nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Kissen (4) eine gleichmäßige Tiefe hat.
  5. Kappe nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Deckel einen Einspritzkanal aufweist.
  6. Kappe nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Deckel (1) und die Basis (2) einen starren Kunststoff enthalten.
  7. Kappe nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Deckel (1) einen Überhang aufweist.
  8. Kappe nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Deckel (1) eine obere Oberfläche aufweist, die im Wesentlichen kreisförmig ist.
  9. Kappe nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei eine Kante der Basis (2) gegenüber dem Deckel im Wesentlichen kreisförmig ist.
  10. Kappe nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, die nach außen zu einer Kante der Basis (2) gegenüber dem Deckel (1) konisch zuläuft.
