Description

容器之帽

較佳地，墊具有一致深度。此改良了墊之總體質感並亦減小重複使用期間墊剝離之機會。一致意指大體一致，此乃因未考量任一已發生注射成型之澆道、流道或澆口。
較佳地，墊包括一注射通道。較佳地，墊係注射成型並最佳地，其係從後面(亦即，穿過形成墊周圍部分之材料)注射成型。此提供在美學上最令人滿意之墊並亦減小重複使用期間墊剝離機會，此乃因不存在可被剝離而因此減弱墊成為一個整體之前緣。

成漸細狀係允許在蓋上達成一懸突部而不損害帽之基底及頂部之大致圓形構形之最有效方法。
該帽之基底較佳包括一出孔，其用於使儲存於容器內之材料外流。
根據本發明之帽在使用時適當地附著至容器。該容器較佳係一可擠壓之管。
較佳地，儲存於容器中之材料係一個人產品成份，更佳係一清潔成份，例如一護髮產品或一個人洗滌產品。此等產品在使用期間往往會變濕且因此彈性體墊在使用期間提供一適合之抓握增強構件。
較佳地，墊係由注射成型製成。更佳地，該墊係由迴調(call-back)注射成型製成，藉此首先對帽之剛性材料實施注射或壓縮成型且一可移動模具代替墊。該可移動件接著撤除以在蓋中留下一空隙或凹部。不必將帽從模型移除，接著將墊成型於由可移動件留下之空間內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種用於一可流動成份之容器之帽，該帽包括以鉸接方式彼此連接之一蓋及一基底，該蓋包括一接觸該基底之基底接觸邊緣及一與該基底接觸邊緣分開之彈性體墊，其中所謂分開意謂該二元件間完全無接觸，並且其中該墊與該蓋齊平地安置，其中該墊安置於該蓋上之一凹部中。
  2. 如請求項1之帽，其中該墊具有一致深度。
  3. 如請求項1之帽，其中該墊包括一注射通道。
  4. 如請求項1之帽，其中該蓋及基底包括一剛性塑膠材料。
  5. 如請求項1之帽，其中該蓋包括一懸突部。
  6. 如請求項1之帽，其中該蓋包括一係圓形之上表面。
  7. 如請求項1之帽，其中該墊係相對於該蓋上之該鉸鏈而設置。
