Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufspulen von Kreuzspulen mit Präzisionswicklung auf einer eine Vielzahl von Zwirnstellen (1) aufweisenden Doppeldrahtzwirnmaschine, bei welchem ein Faden von einer auf einer Zwirnspindel (2) angeordneten Vorlagespule abgezogen, verzwirnt und durch eine Changiereinrichtung (9) und einer Spulenantriebseinrichtung (15) zu einer Kreuzspule (10) aufgespult wird, wobei die Changiereinrichtung (9) in Abhängigkeit von der Spulenantriebseinrichtung (15) angesteuert wird, so dass die Verlegegeschwindigkeit der Changiereinrichtung (9) und die Antriebsgeschwindigkeit der Spulenantriebseinrichtung (15), die zur Realisierung der Präzisionswicklung in einem festen Verhältnis zueinander stehen, entsprechend variiert werden, so dass die Windungen des verzwirnten Fadens innerhalb einer Fadenlage nebeneinander auf der Kreuzspule (10) zu liegen kommen.
