Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, das Schwankungen der Drehzahl bei Kreuzspulen (8), insbesondere zu Beginn der Spulenreise reduziert, sowie eine Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. In den Arbeitsstellen (2) einer Spinnmaschine (1) werden im so genannten Spulapparat (4) neben zylindrischen auch konische Kreuzspulen (8) hergestellt, für deren gleichmäßigen Spulenaufbau die Zuführung des Fadens (7) mit einer konstanten Wickelspannung außerordentlich entscheidend ist. Schwankungen in der Wickelspannung können neben lockeren Fadenlagen auch zu Fadenbrüchen führen, die den kontinuierlichen Spinn- und Wickelprozess beeinträchtigen. Zur Vermeidung dieser Effekte ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass bereits vor einem Anlege- oder Anspinnvorgang die Drehimpulse der Kreuzspule (8) sensorisch erfasst werden, sowie aus der zeitlichen Abfolge der jeweilige Antriebsdurchmesser berechnet wird, um darauf basierend insbesondere bereits zu Beginn der Spulenreise die Drehzahl der Spulenantriebswalze (10) zu wählen.
