Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Regeln der Beschleunigung einer Spulenantriebswalze (4) an einer Arbeitsstelle einer Kreuzspulen herstellenden Textilmaschine, bei der die Spulenantriebswalze (4) eine Auflaufspule (3) reibschlüssig antreibt, um nacheinander auf vorgebbare Beschleunigungsstufen zu beschleunigen, wobei die Winkelgeschwindigkeiten sowohl der Spulenantriebswalze (4) als auch der Auflaufspule (3) erfasst und miteinander verglichen werden und in Abhängigkeit vom Ergebnis dieses Vergleichs die Beschleunigung auf die nächste Beschleunigungsstufe gestartet wird und im letzten Drittel des Hochlaufs innerhalb einer Beschleunigungsstufe die Zeit gemessen wird, bis ein von der Auflaufspule (3) und der Spulenantriebswalze (4) den Gleichlauf der Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten repräsentierender Wert oder ein einstellbarer Wert darunter erreicht wird, und dass bei einer vorgebbaren Abweichung von einer Sollzeitspanne der Start der Beschleunigungsstufen für die folgenden Hochlaufvorgänge optimiert wird.
