Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for rehabilitation and / or expansion of drivable tunnels, with track bed and two or more tracks, in which the tunnel wall cleaned, drilled, solidified or broken sections of the tunnel wall provided with mortar and plastered during the downtime or the low-traffic periods if necessary, the track bed is cleaned or supplemented, the required working machines being parked on site and brought out of the tunnel tube after completion or interruption of the work or parked on side tracks.
  • the invention also relates to a system for the rehabilitation and / or expansion of passable tunnel tubes and thus for carrying out the method according to the method claims.
  • the JP 2007 138 423 A A system is to be taken in which the sprayed when spraying the tunnel wall, the water-wetted dust is fed to a filter system and cleaned there.
  • the working machines and the filter system can be moved on a track in the tunnel tube.
  • the collecting device for the wetted dust is located close to the origin of the dust.
  • the JP 61075200 A describes a system in which the tunnel wall is cleaned and repaired with cutting tools. The shredded material and the dust are collected as far as possible and dedusted with the carrier air.
  • the tunnel tube is equipped with a working area, which is secured against the rest of the roadway by a shield consisting of plate elements.
  • the dust that accumulates during tunnel rehabilitation can not affect driving on the road open to traffic, and also when the new tunnel wall is being installed. The resulting dust is rendered harmless.
  • the working machines and the filter are arranged next to each other in the area of the working face.
  • the dust produced at the face is taken by the air and deposited in the filter.
  • the dust-laden air is sucked in and treated in the filter.
  • the invention has the object, in multi-track tunnel tubes to enable further operation and the environmental protection regulations and safety regulations sufficient renovation.
  • the object is achieved by a method according to claim 1 and by a system according to claim 4.
  • the dust-containing and exhaust-containing air is sucked through a filter, the pollutants, especially the dust, are deposited there, so that pure air leaves the filter system on the back.
  • the filters must be cleaned at regular intervals, which is easily possible above, since the movable filter system together with the anyway other mobile machines must be moved out of the tunnel tube after relatively short periods of time anyway, so that then enough time is available to clean the filter. Not only the cleaning of the air is to be emphasized as a positive result of this process, but at the same time air is sucked into the tunnel tube, initially clean air, so that there is always enough weather or air available in the working area.
  • the filter system In order to detect the resulting dust with the necessary security and supply the filter system is provided according to the invention that it is parked in the direction of the weather behind the work machines and here the dusty weather sucks and cleans, so behind clean air is available, not can lead to impairments of traffic because it no longer contains any dust and no exhaust gases entrained components.
  • no dust on the rails and in particular not on the contact wires or lines can deposit under the tunnel ridges.
  • the filter system is extremely important for the overall operation, which is ensured by the fact that the filter system is powered by its own generator set, which is also designed to provide the work machines with energy mitversorgend. This ensures that the important filter system is always in operation and the electricity produced by demand is available to the other machines Can be made available, but she always has an adequate supply of energy.
  • the work machines that need to be illuminated, for example, can remove energy from the power unit of the filter system without being able to affect their operation.
  • a great advantage of the method according to the invention is that always sufficient amounts of fresh bettors are available in the work area.
  • the tunnel tube is already largely renovated, it may be more difficult to get the necessary weather into the work area with the necessary safety.
  • the latter zuorder acceleration fan can be arranged in the weather direction in front of the working machines and the filter system. This accelerator fan sucks in the air volumes and can thus ensure that sufficient fresh air is available in the work area, which is then loaded by the work and then relieved again in the filter system.
  • the filter system is equipped with suction lines or Lutten, which are designed to heranvrad to the tools of the machines.
  • suction lines or Lutten are designed to heranvrad to the tools of the machines.
  • the work area is limited to a single track, while the neighboring track is open to traffic, albeit limited traffic.
  • the invention provides that the work area is limited to a track that is shielded air against the remaining neighboring track.
  • the im Work area released dust is thus prevented from being dragged or sucked by the passing train or by passing tractors. Rather, the entire work area is foreclosed so far that the pull of passing trains and tractors can not have a negative impact. About the already mentioned acceleration fan can then be ensured that the foreclosed working area always gets the necessary fresh air.
  • a system in which the working machines associated with them a movable dust filter system, the suction fan is formed during the renovation work resulting dust-containing air as close as possible at the point of origin suction.
  • the dust filter system can be designed as dry or wet deduster, with the dry deduster is to give preference, because in the wet deduster with the accumulated water must be removed from the tunnel tube or vacuumed, which requires additional work.
  • the method described above is advantageous to realize because the work machines and the dust filter system are transported together to the work area and used there, so that the work is affected only slightly by the dust-containing air or exhaust gases. In particular, however, the dust released can not be deposited on the catenary or the tracks and there cause adverse effects that would otherwise burden the overall operation heavily.
  • the dust filter system should not only remove dust from the air or bettors, if possible, but also clean the air contaminated with exhaust gases. Therefore, the filter system is also designed to purify the air polluted with exhaust gases.
  • the movable dust filter system is ensured by the fact that it is assigned its own generator set, preferably with diesel engine and equipped with an external connection.
  • the generator is Part of the actual filter system and ensures that the required power for the drive of the suction fan and the other parts of the filter system is always available, with the external connection has the opportunity to use excess power for other machines and systems simultaneously.
  • the invention provides for the movable dust filter system to be preceded by one or more acceleration fans.
  • these have an advantageous effect if the working area is already located in the middle of the tunnel or even further away from the tunnel entrance, so that the necessary air is made available for the working area via this acceleration ventilator.
  • this accelerator fan also ensures that the weather direction always remains the same, even if, for climatic or other reasons, the ventilation could be impaired in any way.
  • the dusty weather or the dusty air should be recorded as possible at the place of origin and the filter system to be supplied, which is achieved in that the movable dust filter system in addition to the air inlet one or more, be assigned to the working machines Luttentechnischen.
  • These Lutten Oberen consist of a wire helix, which are covered by a determined thereto flame retardant plastic film. As a result, these Lutten are very flexible and can also be laid close to the machines, because they are to be laid in curves.
  • the invention provides that the dust filter system is mounted on a railway flat car with walls and stakes, which corresponds to the vehicles or trolleys carrying the machines Couplings has. This has the great advantage that these railway flat cars can be pulled or pushed out of the tunnel tube at very short notice during a shift change. The same applies to the working machines, if they are also associated with corresponding car or flat car. It is even conceivable that the work machines are equipped with drives that allow them to move on the flat car itself and there to fix by suitable cylinders to perform the work with the necessary security can.
  • the accelerator fan is mounted on a railway flat car, so he drove in the train with the work machines and the dust filter system into the tunnel and can be moved out again.
  • the time window which is always very narrow available, optimally utilized, since the corresponding railway flatcar can be moved much better and faster on the tracks, as separate, the machines associated substructures.
  • the railroad flatcar and the car carrying the work machines a combinable, at least the work area against the or the neighboring tracks protective cover is assigned. It is conceivable to use simple, thick-walled protective tarpaulins or separate other grids or the like, which should be as airtight as possible in order to prevent that on the one hand the dust penetrates to the outside, on the other hand, the dust filter system must also suck air from this area and thus possibly would be overloaded.
  • cover protection there are several ways, where they are assigned to the work machines and the railway flat car, so with these together in the tunnel in and out of the tunnel can be moved out again.
  • a quick assembly and disassembly of the entire storage filter system is advantageously possible if the dust filter system in a container trained protective housing is housed with all auxiliary units, the container is parked in commercial dimensions on a railway flat car without stanchions and walls and connected to this. If required, the entire dust filter system can be taken to another location very quickly. Above all, however, it is ensured that all the necessary individual parts are available and operational in the event of use.
  • the invention is characterized in particular by the provision of a method and a plant with which the renovation work and also the expansion work in tunnel tubes, in particular in long tunnel tubes, can be carried out in such a way that on the one hand the workers are under little load, but in particular Tracks and the power rails or wires are not affected by depositing dust, which could easily build up to a great deal of damage.
  • the work can be carried out specifically in a time window, whereby the required machine aggregates in total and of course the dust filter system can be brought into the work area at very short notice and also out of this when the time window closes.
  • the remaining traffic or operation is relatively little affected and in peak hours then both lanes are available again, so that the overall renovation work can be done quite quickly and extensively, but without burdening the overall operation all too much.
  • FIG. 1 shows a sketchy representation of a tunnel cutout, this tunnel tube 1 is to be rehabilitated in the work area 25.
  • the refurbishment works in the area of track 2, while the neighboring track 3, as well as out FIG. 2 is still to be available for railway operations or traffic.
  • the railway flatcar 7 and also the flat rail car 21, which carries an acceleration fan 20 is equipped with walls 8 and stanchions 9 so as to facilitate the setting up and fixing of the individual components here, in particular the protective housing 13 of the dust filter unit 6.
  • the individual railway flatcar 7 and carriage 5 are equipped with corresponding couplings 10, so that they bring in an overall unit in the tunnel and pull out again.
  • FIG. 3 further shows that in the direction of the weather behind the working area 25, this dust filter unit 6 is arranged.
  • the dust filter system 6 has its own generator unit 16 with an external connection 18.
  • a tank 19 stores the diesel required for the generator, the exhaust air drawn in by the suction fan 14 and cleaned in the filter 15 leaving the unit again via the exhaust air line 17.
  • the working machines 4, 4 'or other units can be supplied with power that is not required by the dust filter system 6 itself.
  • FIG. 2 shows the tunnel tube 1 in section in the region of the work area 25, which is clear that this actual work area 25 is covered by a cover 26 against the rest of the tunnel tube, whereby from the tunnel wall 27 ago constructions are conceivable to foreclose this work area 25 as possible.
  • the dust filter system 6 is on its railway flat car 7 beyond the cover 26, which on a support structure 31 at the tunnel trough is fixed or can be pushed back and forth on a rail laid there.
  • a weight 32 is attached, which ensures that this cover 26 also depends straight down.
  • This protective housing 13 is shown for the dust filter system.
  • This protective housing 13 is a commercial container 33, which thus fits exactly on a railway flat car 7 or other standardized base and is safe to connect to this.
