Description

Einrichtung zum tropfenfreien Ausgießen von Flüssigkeiten
Die gegenständliche Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum tropfenfreien Ausgießen von Flüssigkeiten aus Flaschen bestehend aus einem elastischen Materialstück, welches zu einer Hülse einrollbar ist, welche in den Flaschenhals einsetzbar ist, wobei sie an dessen Innenfläche zur Anlage kommt und deren außen befindliche Berandung eine Abrisskante für die aus der Flasche ausfließende Flüssigkeit bildet.
Eine derartige Einrichtung ist z.B. aus der EP 560777 Bl bekannt. Es handelt sich dabei um ein elastisch verformbares Materialstück, welches mit einer flüssigkeitsabweisenden Oberfläche ausgebildet ist und welches zu einer Hülse einrollbar ist, die in den Hals einer Flasche, aus welcher eine Flüssigkeit entnommen werden soll, z.B. in eine Weinflasche, einsetzbar ist. Dabei kommt aufgrund der Elastizität des Materialstückes die Außenfläche der Hülse an die Innenfläche des Flaschenhalses zur dichten Anlage und bildet die außerhalb der Flasche befindliche Berandung der Hülse für die aus der Flasche austretende Flüssigkeit eine Abrisskante, wodurch ein tropfenfreies Beenden des Ausgießvorganges ermöglicht wird.
Bekannte derartige als Ausgießer bezeichnete Einrichtungen stellen Massenartikel dar, welche mit geringen Kosten erzeugt werden. In der Regel werden diese Ausgießer einzeln verpackt und derart in den Handel gebracht. Dabei verursacht die Verpackung solche Kosten, welche die Kosten der Herstellung überschreiten.
Insoweit als derartige Ausgießer in Haushalten verwendet werden, werden sie nur in geringer Stückzahl benötigt. Insoweit jedoch als derartige Ausgießer in Gastronomiebetrieben verwendet werden, wird für jede Flasche von Wein ein gesonderter Ausgießer verwendet. Da somit in Gastronomiebetrieben an derartigen Ausgießern ein sehr großer Bedarf besteht, ist es zweckmäßig, diese in einer großen Stückzahl zu verpacken, wodurch maßgebliche Kosteneinsparungen bewirkt werden.
Allerdings besteht in der Folge in Gastronomiebetrieben das Erfordernis, dem Gast zugleich mit dem Servieren einer Weinflasche auch einen Ausgießer zur Verfügung zu stellen. Sofern dieser Ausgießer verpackt ist, ist dies ohne Schwierigkeiten möglich. Sofern jedoch dieser Ausgießer deshalb unverpackt ist, weil er einer Packung mit einer großen Stückzahl entnommen worden ist, muss ein Weg gefunden werden, um den Ausgießer stilgerecht an den Gast zu übergeben.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass das Materialstück mit einem Schnitt ausgebildet ist, wodurch eine Lasche gebildet ist, welche um den Flaschenhals legbar ist, wodurch das Materialstück an der Flasche befestigbar ist.
Aufgrund dieser Ausbildung kann der nicht verpackte Ausgießer z.B. an einer Weinflasche befestigt und hierdurch mit dieser dem Gast übergeben werden.
Vorzugsweise verläuft der Schnitt nahe und insbesondere parallel zur Berandung des Materialstük- kes, wobei er eine Länge von 20% bis 50% der Berandung des Materialstückes aufweisen kann. Weiters sind vorzugsweise die an den Enden der Lasche zwischen dieser und dem verbleibenden Materialstück befindlichen Bereiche mit Sollbruchstellen ausgebildet, längs welcher die Lasche vom verbleibenden Materialstück leicht abgetrennt werden kann. Hierdurch kann der Ausgießer in einfacher Weise von der Flasche gelöst werden. Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist die Lasche eine Breite von 0.5 mm bis 6 mm auf.
Ein besonderer Vorteil eines derartigen Ausgießers besteht auch darin, dass er mit einem Aufdruck versehen sein kann, wodurch er zudem entweder als Werbeträger oder nach Art eines Anhängers dazu verwendet werden kann, mit Informationen über das Produkt, insbesondere über den betreffenden Wein, versehen zu sein.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten ersten Ausführungsform ist das Materialstück als Rechteck mit einem davon quer abragenden Fortsatz ausgebildet, dessen Breite etwas größer ist als der äußere Durchmesser eines Flaschenhalses, wobei dieser Fortsatz an seinem freien Ende etwa halbkreisförmig ausgebildet ist und sich der Schnitt längs der Berandung des Fortsatzes erstreckt, wodurch die Lasche angenähert als Halbring ausgebildet ist, welcher an den Flaschenhals zur Anlage kommt. Bei dieser Ausbildung umschließt die Lasche den Flaschenhals.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten zweiten Ausführungsform ist das Materialstück als Rechteck mit einem davon abragenden Fortsatz ausgebildet, wobei der Fortsatz angenähert als Dreieck ausgebildet ist, dessen Basis die gleiche Länge wie das Rechteck aufweist sowie welches gegenüber der Basis abgerundet ist, und wobei sich weiters der Schnitt längs der freien Berandung des Fortsatzes er- streckt, wodurch die Lasche angenähert als Bogen ausgebildet ist, welcher an den Flaschenhals zur Anlage kommt. Auch bei dieser Ausbildung umschließt die Lasche den Flaschenhals.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten dritten Ausführungsform ist das Materialstück als Rechteck mit einem davon abragenden Fortsatz ausgebildet, wobei der Fortsatz angenähert als Dreieck ausgebildet ist, dessen Basis die gleiche Länge wie das Rechteck aufweist sowie welches gegenüber der Basis abgerundet ist und wobei sich weiters der Schnitt an der Berandung des vom Fortsatz abliegenden Bereiches des Ausgießers befindet, wodurch eine Lasche gebildet ist, mittels welcher der Ausgießer am Flaschenhals befestigt werden kann.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand von drei in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Draufsicht sowie in angenähert natürlicher Größe, die FIG.4 sowie FIG.4a eine Flasche, an welcher dieser Ausgießer befestigt ist, in gegenüber FIG.3 verkleinertem Maßstab, gleichfalls in zwei unterschiedlichen Ansichten, FIG.5 ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Ausgießers, in
Draufsicht sowie in angenähert natürlicher Größe, und die FIG.6 sowie FIG.6a eine Flasche, an welcher dieser Ausgießer befestigt ist, in gegenüber FIG.5 verkleinertem Maßstab, gleichfalls in zwei unterschiedlichen Ansichten.
In FIG.l ist ein erster Ausgießer 1 dargestellt, welcher durch ein Materialstück gebildet ist, welches einen angenähert rechteckigen Bereich 11 und einen davon im rechten Winkel abragenden Fortsatz 12 aufweist, wobei der Fortsatz 12 an seinem freien Ende mit einer halbkreisförmigen Berandung ausgebildet ist. Dieser Ausgießer 1 besteht aus einer steifelastischen Folie aus Aluminium, welche beidseitig mit Polyester beschichtet ist und welche eine Dicke von etwa 0.15 mm aufweist. Zu seiner bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung wird dieser Ausgießer 1 zu einer Hülse zusammengerollt und mit dem Bereich 11 in die Mündung einer Flasche eingesetzt, wobei sich der Fortsatz 12 außerhalb der Flasche befindet. Durch die scharfkantige Berandung des Fortsatzes 12 wird eine Abrisskante gebildet, durch welche ein tropfenfreies Beenden der Ausgießvorgänge gewährleistet wird.
Der Fortsatz 12 weist eine Breite auf, welche etwas größer ist als der äußere Durchmesser des Flaschenhalses. Weiters ist der Ausgießer 1 längs der Berandung des freien Endes des Fortsatzes 12 mit einem parallel zu dieser Berandung verlaufenden Schnitt 2 ausgebildet, wodurch eine Lasche 3 gebildet ist, welche vom Ausgießer 1 wegbiegbar ist, sodass dieser mittels dieser Lasche 3 an einer Weinflasche 4 dadurch befestigt werden kann, dass die Lasche 3 über den Flaschenhals 41 gesetzt wird, wie dies in den FIG.2 und FIG.2a dargestellt ist. Die Lasche 2 weist z.B. eine Breite von 2.5 mm auf.
Auf diese Weise kann der Ausgießer 1 in attraktiver Weise zugleich mit einer Weinflasche 4 einem Gast übergeben werden, wodurch er nicht verpackt zu sein braucht. Da somit keine Verpackung erforderlich ist, wird eine maßgebliche Einsparung erzielt.
Um den Ausgießer 1 in einfacher Weise von der Flasche 4 lösen zu können, sind diejenigen Bereiche, in welchen die Lasche 3 in den Bereich 11 übergeht, mit Sollbruchstellen 31 ausgebildet, längs welcher der Ausgießer 1 von der Lasche 3 leicht abgetrennt werden kann.
Ein derartiger Ausgießer 1 kann zudem mit einem Aufdruck versehen sein, welcher entweder zu Werbezwecken dient oder welcher nach Art eines Anhängers als Information über das in der Weinflasche enthaltene Produkt, wie Angaben über den Wein, dient.
Durch einen erfindungsgemäßen Ausgießer werden somit einerseits maßgebliche Einsparungen erzielt. Andererseits kann ein erfindungsgemäßer Ausgießer als Werbeträger bzw. als Informationsträger verwendet werden. Da die Lasche 3 vom Ausgießer 1 entfernt wird, stellt die durch den Schnitt 2 gebildete Kante die Abrisskante für die Flüssigkeit dar.
Der in Fig.3 dargestellte Ausgießer Ia unterscheidet sich vom Ausgießer 1 gemäß FIG.l nur dadurch, dass an den angenähert rechteckigen Bereich IIa ein angenähert dreieckiger Fortsatz 12a anschließt, dessen Basis die gleiche Länge wie der angenähert rechteckige Bereich IIa aufweist, wobei dessen der Basis gegenüberliegende Kante gleichfalls abgerundet ist.
Auch dieser Fortsatz 12a ist mit einem parallel zu dessen Berandung verlaufenden Schnitt 2a ausgebildet, wodurch eine Lasche 3a gebildet ist, welche vom Ausgießer Ia wegbiegbar ist, sodass dieser mittels dieser Lasche 3a an einer Weinflasche 4 dadurch befestigt werden kann, dass er über den Flaschenhals 41 gesetzt wird, wie dies in den FIG.4 und FIG.4a dargestellt ist. Auch dieser Ausgießer Ia ist in denjenigen Bereichen, in welchen die Lasche 3a in den Bereich 11 übergeht, mit Sollbruchstellen 31a ausgebildet, längs welcher der Ausgießer Ia von der Lasche 3a leicht abtrennbar ist.
Der in FIG.5 dargestellte Ausgießer Ib unterscheidet sich vom Augießer Ia der FIG.3 dadurch, dass er an der dem dreieckigen Fortsatz 12b gegenüber liegenden Seite mit einem parallel zur Berandung des Ausgießers Ib verlaufenden Schnitt 2b ausgebildet ist, wodurch an derjenigen Seite des Ausgießers Ib, welche in den Flaschenhals 41 eingesetzt wird, eine Lasche 3b gebildet wird.
Der besondere Vorteil dieser Ausführungsform besteht darin, dass zwar die Lasche 3b vorgesehen ist, mit welcher der Ausgießer Ib an einer Flasche 4 befestigbar ist, dass jedoch diese Lasche 3b an derjenigen Seite des Ausgießers Ib vorgesehen ist, welche in den Flaschenhals eingesetzt wird. Hierdurch ist es nicht erforderlich, für einen Ausgießvorgang die Lasche 3b vom Ausgießer Ib abzutrennen.
Ansonsten weisen die Ausgießer Ia und Ib die gleiche Ausbildung, analoge Merkmale und die gleiche Funktion wie der Ausgießer 1 gemäß FIG.l auf.

Claims

ANSPRÜCHE
1. Einrichtung zum tropfenfreien Ausgießen von Flüssigkeiten aus Flaschen (4) bestehend aus einem elastischen Materialstück (1, Ia, Ib), welches zu einer Hülse einrollbar ist, welche in den Flaschenhals (41) einsetzbar ist, wobei es an dessen Innenfläche zur Anlage kommt und deren außen befindliche Berandung eine Abrisskante für die aus der Flasche (4) ausfließende Flüssigkeit bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Materialstück (1, Ia, Ib) mit einem Schnitt (2, 2a, 2b) ausgebildet ist, wodurch eine Lasche (3, 3a, 3b) gebildet ist, welche um den Flaschenhals (41) legbar ist, wodurch das Materialstück (1, Ia, Ib) an der Flasche (4) befestigbar ist.
2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schnitt (2, 2a, 2b) nahe einer Berandung des Materialstückes (1, Ia, Ib) und vorzugsweise parallel zu einer Berandung des Materialstückes (1, Ia, Ib) verläuft.
3. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Schnitt (2, 2a, 2b) über eine Länge von 20% bis 50% der Berandung des Materialstückes (1, Ia, Ib) erstreckt.
4. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an den Enden der Lasche (3, 3a) zwischen dieser und dem verbleibenden Materialstück (1, Ia) befindlichen Bereiche mit Sollbruchstellen (31, 31a) ausgebildet sind, längs welcher die Lasche (3, 3a) vom verbleibenden Materialstück (1, Ia) abtrennbar ist.
5. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (3, 3a, 3b) eine Breite von 0.5 bis 6 mm aufweist.
6. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Materialstück (1, Ia, Ib) mit einem Aufdruck versehen ist.
7. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Materialstück (1) als Rechteck (11) mit einem davon quer abragenden Fortsatz (12) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Fortsatz (12) eine Breite aufweist, die größer ist als der äußere Durchmesser eines Flaschenhalses (41) sowie weiters an seinem freien Ende etwa halbkreisförmig ausgebildet ist, und sich der Schnitt (2) längs der Berandung des Fortsatzes (12) erstreckt, wodurch die Lasche (3) angenähert als Halbring ausgebildet ist, welcher an den Flaschenhals (41) zur Anlage kommt.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Materialstück (Ia) als Rechteck (IIa) mit einem davon abragenden Fortsatz (12a) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Fortsatz (12a) angenähert als Dreieck ausgebildet ist, dessen Basis die gleiche Länge wie das Rechteck (IIa) aufweist sowie welches gegenüber der Basis abgerundet ist und wobei sich weiters der Schnitt (2a) längs der Berandung des Fortsatzes (12a) erstreckt, wodurch die Lasche (3a) angenähert als Bogen ausgebildet ist, welcher an den Flaschenhals (41) zur Anlage kommt.
9. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Materialstück (Ib) als Rechteck (IIb) mit einem davon abragenden Fortsatz (12b) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Fortsatz (12b) angenähert als Dreieck ausgebildet ist, dessen Basis die gleiche Länge wie das Rechteck (IIb) aufweist sowie welches gegenüber der Basis abgerundet ist und wobei sich weiters der Schnitt (2b) an der Berandung des vom Fortsatz (12b) abliegenden Bereiches des Materialstückes (Ib) befindet, wodurch eine Lasche (3b) gebildet ist.
