Abstract

Mehrstückverpackung aus Karton od. dgl. für wenigstens zwei Behälter (1), die vorzugsweise rund und dosenförmig ausgebildet sind. Die Verpackung wird von einer Falthülle gebildet, die einen Bodenwandabschnitt (103), einen Rückwandabschnitt (104) und einen Vorderwandabschnitt (106) aufweist. Darüber hinaus sind Seitenwandlappen (110,111) vorgesehen, die am Rückwandabschnitt angeformt oder befestigt und am Vorderwandabschnitt befestigt sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mehrstückverpackung für wenigstens zwei hintereinander angeordnete, im Querschnitt vorzugsweise runde Behälter wie z. B. Dosen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Mehrstückverpackung der genannten Art zu - schaffen, die einfach und kostengünstig herstellbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß im unteren Bereich der Behälter ein banderolenartiger Streifen um die Behälter gelegt ist, dessen Endabschnitte einander überlappend in wenigstens einer Klebenaht miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Ein derartiger Streifen ergibt einen völlig ausreichenden Zusammenhalt der Behälter, bringt eine zusätzliche Werbefläche und-was bei Verwendung automatischer Registrierkassen von großer Bedeutung ist -deckt die Preiscodierung der Einzelbehälter wirksam ab, so daß nur der Preis der Mehrstückverpackung automatisch gelesen und registriert wird.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft kann as auch sein, wenn gemäß der Erfindung die Behälter untereinander verklebt sind.
  • Damit wird insbesondere bei mehr als zwei hintereinander angeordneten Behältern ein sehr guter Halt der Mehrstückverpackung erzielt. Erfindungsgemäß ist es aber auch möglich, daß die Behälter, insbesondere bei mehr als zwei in Reihe hintereinander angeordneten, mit dem Streifen wenigstens punktförmig verklebt sind. Dadurch ist ein guter Halt der Behälter an dem banderolenartigen Streifen gewährleistet.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird bei einem banderolenartigen Streifen aus Karton vorgeschlagen, daß die punktförmige Verklebung innerhalb einer kreisförmigen Ritzlinie im Kartonmaterial angeordnet ist, wobei beim Abrießen des banderolenartigen Streifens vom Behälter eine Materialspaltung im Kartonmaterial innerhalb des von der Ritzlinie eigeschlossenen Bereiches erfolgt.
  • Hierdurch wird ein sauberes Ablösen des Streifens von den Behältern erreicht, ohne daß deswegen die Festigkeit und Haltbarkeit der Mehrstückverpackung beeinträchtigt wird.
  • Eine weitere erfindungsgemäße Lösung liegt darin, daß an einem Bodenwandabschnitt über eine Faltlinie ein Rückwandabschnitt angelenkt ist, an welchem zwei Seitenwandlappen befestigt sind, die die. beiden äußeren Behälter umgreifen und die wenigstens zum Teil an einem Vorderwandabschnitt festgelegt sind.
  • Eine derartige Mehstückverpackung ist sehr leicht mit einfachen Maschinen oder sogar von Hand herstellbar. Sie stellt aber trotzdem eine haltbare und feste Verpackung für die Behälter dar.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt auch darin, daß der Rückwandabschnitt über die ganze Höhe der Behälter reicht und an seinem oberen Ende über eine Faltlinie mit einer Deckfläche verbunden ist, daß sich der Vorderwandabschnitt ebenfalls über die ganze Höhe der Behälter erstreckt und an der Deckfläche angelenkt ist, und daß der Vorderwandabschnitt über einen angeformten Streifen und eine Klebenaht mit dem Bodenwandabschnitt verbunden ist, wobei die am Rückwandabschnitt angeformten Seitenwandlappen am Vorderwandabschnitt festgeklebt sind.
  • Damit ist eine Mehrstückverpackung geschaffen, welche den Behältem einen außerordentlich festen Halt gewährleistet
  • Eine ebnenfalls sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß der Vorderwandabschnitt am Bodenwandabschnitt über eine Faltlinie angeformt ist, daß der Rückwandabschnitt höher ausgebildet ist als der Vorderwandabschnitt und vorzugsweise bis zur Oberkante der Behälter reicht, und daß sich die Seitenwandlappen vom Rückwandabschnitt ausgehend zum Vorderwandabschnitt hin verschmälern.
  • Mit dieser Mehrstückverpackung erhalten die Behälter ebenfaliseinen ausreichenden Halt trotzdem ist die Oberfläche der Behälter weitgehend sichtbar, so daß deren Werbefläche voll wirken kann.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückwandabschnitt wenigstens annähernd bis zur Oberkante der Behälter reicht und mit einem über diese hinausstehenden Handgriff verbunden ist Insbesondere bei einer Mehrstückverpackung für viele und schwere Behälter ist damit eine leichtere Handhabung gewährleistet.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es bei einer Mehrstückverpackung für in zwei Reihen angeordnete Behälter, wenn erfindungsgemäß zwei einreihige Mehrstückverpackungen mit ihren Rückwandsbschnitten gegeneinander angeordnet und über einen Handgriff miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Durch die mittige Anordnung eines Handgriffteils wird eine symmetrische Gewichtsverteilung erzielt, was sich auf die Handhabung sehr günstig auswirkt.
  • Dabei kann gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung der Handgriff als separates Bauteil ausgebildet und zwischen den beiden Rückwandabschnitten befestigt sein.
  • Eine sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß der Bodenwandabschnitt im wesentlichen dreieckförmig mit der Behälterform angepaßten Ecken ausgebildet ist, daß der mit den Seitenwandlappen versehene Rückenwand abschnitt am einen Schenkel des Bodenwandabschnittes angelenkt ist, und daß an den beiden anderen Schenkeln je ein Vorderwandabschnitt angelenkt ist, wobei die beiden Vorderviandabschnitte über an ihnen angeformte Lappen miteinander verbunden sind.
  • In einer derartigen Mehrstückverpackung werden drei Behälter optisch sehr wirkungsvoll verpackt, wobei eine hervorragende Stabilität und Sicherheit erzielt ist.
  • Eine sehr stabile Mehrstückverpackung für in zwei Reihen angeordnete Behälter wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erzielt, daß die Seitenwandlappen über einen Seitenwandabschnitt am Bodenwandabschnitt angeformt und sowohl mit dem Vorderwandabschnitt als auch mit dem Rückwandabschnitt durch Kleben od. dgl. verbunden sind.
  • In der Zeichnung sind mehrere Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 ein Schaubild einer Mehrstückverpackung mit drei in einer Reihe angeordneten dosenförmigen Behältern,
    • Fig. 2 ein Schaubild einer weitgehend geschlossenen Mehrstückverpackung mit ebenfalls drei in einer Reihe angeordneten dosenförmigen Behältern,
    • Fig. 3 ein Schaubild einer etwa zur Hälfte offenen Mehrstückverpackung, ebenfalls mit drei in einer Reihe angeordneten dosenförmigen Behältern,
    • Fig. 4 ein Schaubild einer Mehrstückverpackung mit in zwei Reihen angeordneten Behältern, wobei zwei Mehrstückverpackungen gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 3 über einen gemeinsamen Handgriff zusammengefaßt sind,
    • Fig. 5 ein Schaubild einer dreieckförmigen Mehrstückverpackung, in der drei Behälter zusammengefaßt sind und
    • Fig. 6 ein Schaubild einer Mehrstückverpackung ähnlich dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 2, mit in zwei Reihen angeordneten dosenförmigen Behältern.
  • Mit 1 sind in den Zeichnungen dosenförmige Behälter bezeichnet, von denen in Fig. 1, 2 und 3 drei hintereinander in einer Mehrstückverpackung angeordnet sind.' Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 ist um diese drei Behälter ein banderolenartiger Streifen 2 gelegt, der die Behälter zusammenhält. Der Streifen 2 ist entlang einer Klebenaht (K) verschlossen und an seiner Innenseite im Bereich jedes Behälters 1 mit zwei kreisförmigen Ritzlinien (nicht dargestellt) versehen. Innerhalb dieser Ritzlinien ist jeweils ein Hotmelt -Kleber angebracht, der für eine innige Verbindung von Streifen und Behälter sorgt. Beim Abreißen des Streifens erfolgt innerhalb der Ritzline eine Spaltung des Kartonmaterials, so daß das Hotmelt mit einem kreisförmigen Abschnitt 4 der halben Kartonstärke am Behälter verbleibt, wie dies an dem aufgebrochenen Mittelabschnitt dargestellt ist.
  • Anstelle der Verklebung zwischen Behälter und Streifen ist es auch möglich, die Behälter miteinander zu verkleben. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 2 sind die Behälter 1 von einer Kartonhülle umfaßt, die einen Bodenwandabschnitt 3, einen nicht dargestellten Rückwandabschnitt, eine Deckfläche 5 sowie einen Vorderwandabschnitt 6 aufweist. Die Deckfläche 5 ist durch je eine Faltlinie 7 bzw. 8 mit den beiden benachbarten Wandabschnitten verbunden. Am Vorderwandabschnitt 6 ist ein Streifen 9 angeformt, der über den Bodenwandabschnitt 3 gefaltet und mit diesem in einer Klebenaht verbunden ist. An den beiden freien Seitenkanten des Rückwandabschnittes sind Seitenwandlappen 10 bzw. 11 angeformt, die die beiden äußeren dosenförmigen Behälter umfassen und mit dem Vorderwandabschnitt 6 verklebt sind.
  • Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 3 sind die drei in einer Reihe stehenden dosenförmigen Behälter 1 in einer Mehrstückverpackung zusammengefaßt. Bei der dazu vorgesehenen Kartonhülle ist an einem Bodenwandabschnitt 103 sowohl ein Rückwandabachnitt 104 als auch ein Vorderwandabschnitt 106 direkt angeformt. Der Vorderwandabschnitt 106 reicht nur etwa bis zur halben Höhe der Behälter 1, während der Rückwandabschnitt 104 höher ausgebildet ist und bis zur Oberkante der Behälter reicht. An diesem Rückwandabschnitt sind Seitenwandlappen 110 und 111 angeformt, welche die beiden äußeren Behälter umfassen und mit dem Vorderwandabschnitt 106 verklebt sind. Die beiden Seitenwandlappen 110 und 111 verschmälern sich vom Rückwandabschnitt zum Vorderwandabschnitt und entsprechen an diesem etwa dessen Höhe.
  • Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 4 sind zwei solche Mehrstückverpackungen, wie sie anhand der Fig. 3 beschrieben wurden, miteinander. verbunden. Die Rückwandabschnitte 104 sind dabei einander zugekehrt und über einen dazwischengeklebten Handgriff 12 miteinander verbunden.
  • Es ist aber auch möglich, einen zweilagigen Handgriff vorzusehen, die beiden Lagen an dem jeweiligen Rückwandabschnitt anzuformen und beide Lagen über eine an ihrem oberen Ende an- . geordnete Faltlinie miteinander zu verbinden.
  • Darüber hinaus ist es möglich, einen solchen Handgriff auch bei einer einreihigen Mehrstückverpackung anzubringen bzw. - anzuformen.
  • Die Mehrstückverpackung gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 5 ist für drei dosenförmige Behälter 1 vorgesehen, die auf einem dreieckförmigen Bodenwandabschnitt 203 stehen. Die Ecken dieses Bodenwandabschnittes sind zur Anpassung an die runden Behälter abgerundet. Am einen der geraden Schenkel des Bodenwandabschnittes ist ein Rückenwandabschnitt 204 angelenkt, an dem zwei Seitenwandlappen 210 und 211 angeformt sind. An den beiden anderen Schenkeln ist je ein nicht dargestellter Vorderwandabschnitt angelenkt, an denen die Seitenwandlappen befestigt sind. Darüber hinaus sind an den Vorderwandabschnitten ebenfalls nicht dargestellte Lappen angeformt, die zum Verbinden der beiden Vorderwandabschnitte untereinander dienen.
  • In Fig. 6 ist eine Mehrstückverpackung dargestellt, die in ihrer Ausführung ähnlich der in Fig. 2 dargestellten ist. Sie dient jedoch der Verpackung von zwei Reihen von dosenförmigen Behältem 1.
  • An einem Bodenwandabschnitt 303 sind ein Rückwandabschnitt 304, ein Vorderwandabschnitt 306 sowie zwei Seitenwandabschnitte 314 (nur einer sichtbar) angelenkt. Die beiden Seitenwandabschnitte 314 tragen jeweils zwei Seitenwandlappen 310 bzw. 311, die mit dem Vorderwandsabschnitt bzw. dem Rückwandabschnitt verklebt sind. Am Rückwandabschnitt ist ein Verbindungsstreifen 313 angelenkt, der unter eine am Vorderwandabschnitt angelenkte Deckfläche 305 gefaltet und mit dieser verklebt ist. Im Vorderwandabschnitt-306 sind zwei Perforationslinien 315 vorgesehen, die über dessen ganze Breite verlaufen und zwischen sich einen Aufreißstreifen abgrenzen, der zum Öffnen der Mehrstückverpackung dient.

Claims (12)

1. Mehrstückverpackung für wenigstens zwei hintereinander angeordnete, im Querschnitt vorzugsweise runde Behälter wie z. B. Dosen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im unteren Bereich der Behälter (1) ein banderoienartiger Streifen (2) um die Behälter (1) gelegt ist, dessen Endabschnitte einander überlappend in wenigstens einer Klebenaht (K) miteinander verbunden sind.
2. Mehrstückverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälter (1) untereinander verklebt sind.
3. Mehrstückverpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälter (1), insbesondere bei mehr als zwei in Reihe hintereinander angeordneten, mit dem Streifen (2) wenigstens punktförmig verklebt sind.
4. Mehrstückverpackung nach Anspruch 3, mit einem banderolenartigen Streifen aus Karton, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die punktförmige Verklebung innerhalb einer kreisförmigen Ritzlinie im Kartonmaterial angeordnet ist, wobei beim Abreißen des banderolenartigen Streifens (2) vom Behälter (1) eine Materialspaltung im Kartonmaterial innerhalb des von der Ritzlinie eingeschlossenen Bereiches (kreisförmiger Abschnitt 4) erfolgt.
5. Mehrstückverpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem Bodenwandabschnitt (3,103,203,303), über eine Faltlinie ein Rückwandabschnitt - (104,204,304) angelenkt ist, an welchem zwei Seitenwandlappen (10,11; 110,111; 210,211; 310,311) befestigt sind, die die beiden äußeren Behälter (1) umgreifen und die wenigstens zum Teil an einem Vorderwandabschnitt (6,106,306) festgelegt sind.
6. Mehrstückverpackung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Rückwandabschnitt über die ganze Höhe der Behälter (1) reicht und an seinem oberen Ende über eine Faltlinie (7) mit einer Deckfläche (5) verbunden ist, daß sich der Vorderwandabschnitt (6) ebenfalls über die ganze Höhe der Behälter erstreckt und an der Deckfläche (5) angelenkt ist, und daß der Vorderwandabschnitt über einen angeformten Streifen (9) und eine Klebenaht mit dem Bodenwandabschnitt (3) verbunden ist, wobei die am Rückwandabschnitt angeformten Seitenwand-lappen (10,11) am Vorderwandabschnitt festgeklebt sind.
7. Mehrstückverpackung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorderwandabschnitt (106) am Bodenwandabschnitt (103) über eine Faltlinie angeformt ist daß der Rückwandabschnitt (104) höher ausgebildet ist als der Vorderwandabschnitt und vorzugsweise bis zur Oberkante der Behälter (1) reicht, und daß sich die Seitenwandlappen (110,111) vom Rückwandabschnitt (104) ausgehend zum Vorderwandabschnitt (106) hin verschmälern.
8. Mehrstückverpackung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückwandabschnitt (104) wenigstens annähernd bis zur Oberkante der Behälter (1) reicht und mit einem über diese hinausstehenden Handgriff (12) verbunden ist.
9. Mehrstückverpackung nach Anspruch 8 für in zwei Reihen angeordnete Behälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei einreihige Mehrstückverpackungen mit ihren Rückwandabschnitten (104) gegeneinander angeordnet und über einen Handgriff (12) miteinander verbunden sind.
10. Mehrstückverpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (12) als separates Bauteil ausgebildet und zwischen den beiden Rückwandabschnitten (104) befestigt ist.
11. Mehrstückverpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bodenwandabschnitt (203) im wesentlichen dreieckförmig mit der Behälterform angepaßten Ecken ausgebildet ist, daß der mit den Seitenwandlappen (210,211) versehene Rückenwandabschnitt (204) am einen Schenkel des Bodenwandabschnittes angelenkt ist, und daß an den beiden anderen Schenkeln je ein Vorderwandabschnitt angelenkt ist wobei die beiden Vorderwandabschnitte über an ihnen angeformte Lappen miteinander verbunden sind.
12. Mehrstückverpackung nach Anspruch 6 insbesondere für in zwei Reihen angeordnete Behälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwandlappen (310,311) über einen Seitenwandabschnitt - (304) am Bodenwandabschnitt (303) angeformt und sowohl mit dem Vorderwandabschnitt (306) als ' auch mit dem Rückwandabschnitt (304) durch Kleben od. dgl. verbunden sind.
