Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hausgerät (1), insbesondere ein wasserführendes Haushaltsgerät, wenigstens aufweisend einen Standfuß, der mittels eines Gewindes höhenverstellbar ausgebildet ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass Klemmbereiche vorgesehen sind, die eine Erhöhung der für eine Gewindebetätigung erforderlichen Kraft bewirken.

Description

Hausgerät mit wenigstens einem höhenverstellbaren Standfuß
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hausgerät mit wenigstens einem höhenverstellbaren Standfuß.
Hausgeräte, wie Waschmaschinen, Wäschetrockner oder Geschirrspülmaschinen, kön- nen höhenverstellbare Standfüße aufweisen, die z.B. einen Fußteller mit einem Gewindeschaft und eine auf dem Gewindeschaft aufgeschraubte Gewindemutter umfassen. Durch eine Bewegung im Betrieb des Hausgerätes kann sich jedoch eine eingestellte Höhe des Standfußes ändern. Um ein Gewindespiel dieses Standfußes zu eliminieren und ein Verstellmoment zu sichern, offenbart die DE 42 21 079 A1 auf dem Gewindeschaft oder dem Gewinde der Fußmutter eine Beschichtung aus Kunststoff aufzubringen. Die Beschich- tung ist z.B. als Ringkreis oder Halbkreis ausgeführt oder ist segmentartig oder punktförmig aufgebracht.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Hausgerät mit wenigstens einem wei- teren höhenverstellbaren Standfuß anzugeben, bei dem eine Gefahr einer unbeabsichtigten automatischen Verstellung der eingestellten Höhe zumindest verringert ist.
Die Lösung er Aufgabe geht aus von einem Hausgerät, insbesondere wasserführendes Haushaltsgerät, wenigstens aufweisend einen Standfuß, der mittels eines Gewindes hö- henverstellbar ausgebildet ist.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung wird dadurch gelöst, dass Klemmbereiche vorgesehen sind, die eine Erhöhung der für eine Gewindebetätigung erforderlichen Kraft bewirken, sodass auf einfach Wiese ein ungewolltes Verstellen der Standfüße, bspw. durch Vibrationen während des Betriebs des Hausgeräts, verhindert ist.
Bevorzugt weist der Schaft mit ein Außengewinde auf. Der Schaft mit dem Außengewinde ist z.B. aus Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polypropylen, gefertigt. Der Schaft mit dem Außengewinde kann insbesondere einstückig ausgeführt sein. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Standfuß in einen Bohrung in der Bodenwand des Hausgerätes eingesetzt. Die Bohrung weist eine zylinderförmige Innenwand auf, an der ein Innengewinde angeordnet ist. Der Radius der zylinderförmigen Innenwand ist größer als der Außenradius des Außengewindes des Schafts, sodass der Schaft mit seinem Außengewinde in das Innengewinde des Lochs geschraubt werden kann. Je nach Verschraubung ragt der Schaft unterschiedlich weit aus dem Loch, also aus der Bodenwand des Hausgerätes. Dadurch kann die Höhe des Standfußes eingestellt werden.
An dem nach außen bezüglich des Hausgerätes gerichteten Ende des Schafts kann ein Fußteller angeordnet sein, um z.B. die Auflagefläche des Standfußes zu vergrößern. Der Fußteller kann einstückig mit dem Schaft ausgeführt sein.
Beispielsweise durch eine Bewegung des Hausgerätes während seines Betriebs kann sich eine eingestellte Höhe des Standfußes unbeabsichtigt verstellen. Um dies zu verhin- dem oder zumindest eine Gefahr dieser ungewollten Verstellung zu verringern, weist die Innenwand der Bohrung wenigstens eine Aufdickung auf. Im Bereich dieser Aufdickung ist der Radius der Innenwand kleiner als der Außenradius des Außengewindes, d.h. die Bohrung ist im Bereich der Aufdickung enger als der mit dem Außengeweinde versehene Schaft. Dadurch drückt die Aufdickung gegen das Außengewinde des Schafts, wodurch insbesondere der Schaft gegen den Bereich der Innenwand drückt, der sich gegenüber der Aufdickung befindet. Dadurch verklemmt der Schaft in der Bohrung, wodurch eine ungewollte Verstellung der Höhe des erfindungsgemäßen Standfußes z.B. durch die obenstehend erwähnte Bewegung des Hausgerätes während seines Betriebs zumindest verringert wird.
Nach einer Variante der Erfindung weist die Innenwand des Lochs mehrere bezüglich einer Querschnittsfläche der Bohrung angeordnete Aufdickungen auf, in deren Bereichen der Radius der Innenwand kleiner als der Radius des Außengewindes ist. Gemäß dieser Ausführungsform sind mehrere Aufdickungen an der Innenwand bezüglich einer Quer- Schnittfläche angeordnet, d.h. die einzelnen Aufdickungen sind im Wesentlichen ringförmig an der Innenwand angeordnet. Aufgrund der mehreren Aufdickungen wird die Wahrscheinlichkeit erhöht, dass bei einer gewünschten eingestellten Höhe des Standfußes das Außengewinde mit einer der Aufdickungen in Kontakt steht.
Aufgrund der Aufdickung wird der in der Bohrung befindliche Schaft gegen den Bereich der Innenwand gedrückt, der sich gegenüber der Aufdichung befindet, wodurch der Schaft mit der Innenwand verklemmt wird. Nach einer Variante des erfindungsgemäßen Standfußes ist die Innenwand in Bereichen gegenüber den einzelnen Aufdickungen frei von Aufdickungen. Dies erlaubt einerseits eine zuverlässige Verklemmung des Schaftes mit der Innenwand und erlaubt ferner ein Verschrauben des Schaftes mit der Bohrung.
An der Innenwand der Bohrung des erfindungsgemäßen Standfußes kann eine ungerade Anzahl von Aufdickungen angeordnet sein, die insbesondere in regelmäßigen Abständen zueinander an der Innenwand angeordnet sein können. Diese Ausführungsform kann relativ einfach hergestellt werden und stellt sicher, dass in Bereichen der Innenwand gegenüber einer Aufdickung die Innenwand frei von Aufdickungen ist.
Das Innengewinde der Bohrung kann insbesondere lediglich einen einzigen Gang aufwei- sen. Aufgrund des Gewindes ergibt sich eine Schraubenlinie. Einen vollen Umlauf dieser Schraubenlinie wird als Gang bezeichnet. Aufgrund der Verwendung eines einzigen Ganges für das Innengewinde gemäß dieser Ausführungsform kann die Höhe der Bohrung relativ klein ausgeführt werden.
Aufgrund der wenigstens einen Aufdickung der Innenwand wird der Schaft in der Bohrung mit der Innenwand verklemmt. Dies hat zwar zur Folge, dass der Schaft in seiner eingestellten Stellung sich weniger leicht z.B. durch eine Bewegung des im Betrieb befindlichen Hausgerätes verstellt. Andererseits wird durch die Aufdickung ein gewolltes Verstellen der Höhe des Stellfußes erschwert. Eine gewollte Verstellung der Höhe des Standfußes wird erleichtert, wenn nach einer Ausführungsform das Außengewinde wenigstens eine längs des Schafts verlaufende Abflachung aufweist, in deren Bereich der Außenradius des Außengewindes kleiner als der Radius der Innenwand in Bereichen der Aufdickungen ist. Das Außengewinde kann insbesondere genau zwei gegenüberliegende Abflachungen aufweisen. Insbesondere die Ausführungsform mit mehreren Aufdickungen, die derart an der Innenwand angeordnet sind, dass die Innenwand in Bereichen gegenüber einer Aufdickung frei von Aufdickungen ist, in Kombination mit dem Schaft, dessen Außengewinde die Abflachung aufweist, kann relativ einfach gewollt verstellt werden, bietet jedoch gleichzeitig einen relativ guten Schutz gegen ein ungewolltes Verstellen des Standfußes durch den Betrieb des Hausgerätes.
Die Anzahl der Abflachungen kann insbesondere ungleich der Anzahl von Aufdickungen sein. Die wenigstens eine Aufdickung, die Innenwand und das Innengewinde können einstückig ausgeführt sein und z.B. aus Kunststoff, beispielsweise Polypropylen, gefertigt sein.
Die Bohrung des Standfußes kann sich insbesondere direkt in der Bodenwand befindet, wobei das Innengewinde, die Innenwand sowie die Aufdickungen einstückig mit der Bo- denwand ausgeführt sind. Die Bodenwand kann aus Kunststoff, z.B. aus Polypropylen, gefertigt sein. Dies erlaubt eine relativ kostengünstige Herstellung der Bodenwand des erfindungsgemäßen Hausgerätes. Das Hausgerät ist beispielsweise eine Waschmaschine, ein Wäschetrockner oder eine Geschirrspülmaschine.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist exemplarisch in den beigefügten schematischen Zeichnungen dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 ein Hausgerät,
Fig. 2 ein Loch mit einer zylinderförmigen Innenwand,
Fig. 3 ein Standfuß des Hausgerätes, und
Fig. 4 einen Schaft mit einem Außengewinde.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Geschirrspülmaschine 1 als Beispiels eines Hausgerätes, die eine Bodenwand 2 aufweist. Die Bodenwand 2 ist beispielsweise aus Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polypropylen beispielsweise mittels eines Spritzgussverfahrens gefertigt.
Im Falle des vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiels befinden sich in der Bodenwand 2 vier Löcher 3, die jeweils Teil eines höhenverstellbaren Standfußes 4 der Geschirrspülmaschine 1 sind. Es sind jedoch drei Löcher 3 ausreichend. Eines der Löcher 3 ist in der Fig. 2 und einer der Standfüße 4 ist in der Fig. 3 näher dargestellt.
Im Falle des vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiels weisen die Löcher 3 jeweils eine zylinderförmige Innenwand 5 mit einem Innenradius r auf. An der Innenwand 5 ist ein Innengewinde 6 angeordnet, das im Falle des vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiels einen einzigen Gang 7 umfasst und einstückig mit der Innenwand 5 ausgebildet ist. Des Weiteren sind im Falle des vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiels fünf Aufdickungen 8 an der Innenwand 5 angeformt und mit dieser einstückig ausgebildet. Die Fig. 2 zeigt drei der Aufdickungen 8. Die Aufdickungen 8 sind ringförmig an der Innenwand 5 in regelmäßigen Abständen angeformt und sind derart ausgeführt, dass Bereiche gegenüber einer Aufdickung 8 frei von Aufdickungen 8 sind. Die einzelnen Löcher 3 mit ihren Innengewinden 6, ihren Innenwän- den 5 und ihren Aufdickungen 8 können, wie diese hier der Fall ist, mit der Bodenwand 2 einstückig ausgeführt sein.
Die Standfüße 4 weisen ferner jeweils einen in der Fig. 4 näher dargestellten Schaft 9 auf, an dem ein Außengewinde 10 mit mehreren Gängen angeformt ist. Im Falle des vorlie- genden Ausführungsbeispiels ist der Schaft 9 mit seinem Außengewinde 10 einstückig, z.B. aus Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polypropylen, gefertigt. Das Außengewinde 10 ist derart ausgeführt, dass es den Innengewinde 6 der Löcher 3 entspricht, sodass in jedes der Löcher 3 ein Schaft 9 geschraubt werden kann. Ein Loch 3, in dessen Innengewinde 6 ein Schaft 9 mit seinem Außengewinde 10 geschraubt ist, stellt somit einen der höhenver- stellbaren Standfüße 4 des Hausgerätes 1 dar.
Das in der Fig. 4 nicht gezeigte Ende des Schafts 9 ragt dabei aus der Bodenplatte 2 heraus und ist dafür vorgesehen, mit einer Fläche, auf der die Geschirrspülmaschine 1 steht, in Kontakt zu stehen. An dem in der Fig. 4 nicht gezeigten Ende des Schafts 9 kann auch ein nicht dargestellter Fußteller insbesondere einstückig mit dem Schaft 9 am Schaft 9 angeordnet sein, mit dem das Hausgerät 1 auf der Fläche steht. Durch unterschiedliches Verschrauben des Schafts 9 im Loch 3 ergibt sich eine Höhenverstellung des Standfußes 4.
Der Außenradius R des Außengewindes 10 ist kleiner als der Innenradius r des Lochs 3 Die Aufdickungen 8 der Innenwand 5 eines Lochs 3 ragen jedoch soweit in das Innere dieses Lochs 3, dass in ihren Bereichen der Radius des Lochs 3 kleiner als der Außenradius R des Außengewindes 10 ist. Dadurch drückt die relevante Aufdickung 8 in diesem Bereich gegen das Außengewinde 10 und drückt dadurch den Schaft 9 gegen den der re- levanten Aufdickung gegenüberliegenden Bereich der Innenwand 5 des Lochs 3. Dadurch verklemmt der Schaft 9 mit der Innenwand 5, wodurch eine Gefahr einer Verstellung des Schafts 9 im Loch 3 z.B. aufgrund einer Bewegung der Geschirrspülmaschine 1 während ihres Betriebs zumindest verringert wird. Im Falle des vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiels weist das Außengewinde 10 noch zwei gegenüberliegende Abflachungen 11 auf. Im Bereich der Abflachungen 11 ist der Außendurchmesser R' des Gewindes 10 nicht nur kleiner als der Radius r des Lochs 3, sondern auch kleiner als der Radius des Lochs 3 in Bereichen seiner Aufdickungen 8. Dadurch wird ein gewolltes Verstellen des Schafts 9 innerhalb des Lochs 3 vereinfacht.
Die Abflachungen 1 1 am Schaft 9 sind optional. Der Schaft 9 kann auch nur eine Abflachung 1 1 oder mehr als zwei Abflachungen 1 1 aufweisen.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Hausgerät (1 ), insbesondere wasserführendes Haushaltsgerät, wenigstens aufweisend einen Standfuß, der mittels eines Gewindes höhenverstellbar ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Klemmbereiche vorgesehen sind, die eine Erhöhung der für eine Gewindebetätigung erforderlichen Kraft bewirken.
2. Hausgerät (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Standfuß ein an einer Innenwand (5) angeordnetes Innengewinde (6) aufweist und ei- nes mit dem Innengewinde (6) zusammenwirkenden Außengewindes (10) vorgesehen ist,
3. Hausgerät (1 ) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmbereiche durch Abschnitte gebildet sind, in denen der Radius der Innenwand (5) kleiner als der Außenradius (R) des Außengewindes (10) ist.
4. Hausgerät (1 ) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmbereiche durch Abschnitte gebildet sind, in denen der Radius der Innenwand (5) größer als der Außenradius (R) des Außengewindes (10) ist.
5. Hausgerät (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Außengewinde (10) an einem Schaft (9) des Standfußes angeordnet ist.
6. Hausgerät (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenwand (5) in einer zylinderförmigen Bohrung in der Bodenwand (2) des Hausgerätes (1 ) angeordnet ist.
7. Hausgerät (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Innenwand (5) wenigstens eine Aufdickung (8) angeordnet ist, in deren Bereich der Radius der Innenwand (5) kleiner als der Außenradius (R) des Außengewindes
(10) ist.
8. Hausgerät (1 ) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gegenüber den einzelnen Aufdickungen (8) die Innenwand (5) frei von Aufdickungen (8) ist und/oder bei dem an der Innenwand (5) eine ungerade Anzahl von Aufdickungen (8) angeordnet sind.
9. Hausgerät (1 ) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufdickungen (8) in regelmäßigen Abständen zueinander an der Innenwand (5) angeordnet sind.
10. Hausgerät (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innengewinde (6) einen einzigen Gang (7) aufweist.
11. Hausgerät (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufdickungen (8), das Innengewinde (6) und die Innenwand (5) einstückig ausgeführt sind.
12. Hausgerät (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Außengewinde (10) wenigstens eine längs des Schafts (9) verlaufende Abflachung (11 ) aufweist, in deren Bereich der Außenradius (R) des Außengewindes (10) kleiner als der Radius (r) der Innenwand (5) in Bereichen der Aufdickungen (8) ist.
13. Hausgerät (1 ) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Außengewinde (10) genau zwei gegenüberliegende Abflachungen (11 ) aufweist und/oder bei dem die Anzahl der Abflachungen (1 1 ) ungleich der Anzahl von Aufdickungen (8) ist.
14. Standfuß (4) für ein Hausgerät einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
