Definitions

  • the invention relates to an automatic spray gun for coating liquid according to claim 1 and its combination with a robot.
  • Automatic spray guns are also referred to as automatic spray guns or spray guns.
  • An automatic spray gun is known for example from German Utility Model DE 20 2007 004 372 Ul. It can be connected to a robot arm by means of an intermediate body extending transversely to its spraying direction away from it. The intermediate body and the robot arm extend at right angles to the spray direction of the spray gun away from the spray gun. Furthermore, it is known to arrange spray devices obliquely to their injection direction by means of an intermediate body on a robot arm. The robot can be programmed so that it can not only pivot the spray gun transversely to the spraying direction, for example by 90 degrees or more, but also around the spray axis z. B. can rotate 90 degrees.
  • Turning the spray gun about its spray axis is particularly important if it has shaping air nozzles which are arranged on diametrically opposite sides of the spray jet, so that the round spray jet of compressed air jets of the shaping air nozzles is compressed into a flat jet.
  • An object of the invention is to provide a way by which faster positioning of the spray jet relative to the object to be coated is possible.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide a way by which the spray gun or parts of the spray gun is or are interchangeable in a short time.
  • Yet another object of the invention is to optimize the spray gun so that in the modular system several embodiments using a plurality of identical components are possible.
