  • the present invention relates to a roller profiling machine which comprises several roller stations arranged in mobile heads and which allows the production of metal profiles with variable sections, according to the preamble of claim 1 (see for example DE-A- 10 011 755 ).
  • Profiling machines base their operation on the formation of metal sheets by means of several roller shaping stations. These stations are normally constituted by pairs of rollers mounted over horizontal axles, although they can have other layouts. The sheet undergoes a deformation as it passes between different rollers, deformation which gradually, when passing through several roller stations, gives shape to the material until the profile with the desired section is obtained.

Furthermore, over each head, a forming station is also installed provided with two parallel axles to house a pair of shaping rollers. A reduction motor provides rotation movement to the inferior axle, and it is transmitted to the superior axle by a simple gear system.
  • Every forming station can optionally use an independent structure that houses the superior axle.
  • This structure is symmetrically built to allow for two mountings, one at 180° from the other. It is therefore possible to install an axle with a two-way outlet, and in each one of them a superior roller can be installed, which, for example, can make it possible to process material of two different thicknesses.

Then, it would be possible to provide the machine with the capacity for profiling materials with two different thicknesses by mounting a superior roller or another according to the specific needs.

This material is adjusted with one or several rollers to ensure that there is no skid between it and the counting wheels. There is the possibility of placing as many wheels as deemed necessary to obtain a reliable reading of the piece from the point where its head gets in the first forming station until the tail goes out of the last one.
  • the counting wheels are supported by a side structure (16) facing the forming stations. On the rear side of the figure, in the side structure, there is a system of pulleys integral to each wheel, synchronized by belts. At the same time, this belt system transmits the movement to an encoder that sends the speed and position signal to the numerical control. The accuracy of this gauging is essential to accurately adjust the path that defines each head according to the requirements.

Claims (9)

  1. Walzenprofiliermaschirie, die mehrere Formgebungsstationen umfasst, welche ein vorgegebenes Material fortschreitend formen, bis ein vorher entworfenes Profil mit einem veränderlichen Schnitt entlang seiner gesamten Länge erzielt ist, wobei jede Formgebungsstation wiederum über einem Kopf (2) angeordnet ist, der Folgendes umfasst:
    - erste Mittel (3), die für eine Translationsbewegung angeordnet sind, welche horizontal und senkrecht zu der Richtung verläuft, in der das Profil befördert wird, und
    - zweite Mittel (4), die für eine Drehbewegung angeordnet sind,
    wobei der Kopf (2) außerdem in einem bestimmten Winkel (α) bezüglich der Horizontalen geneigt ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Maschine außerdem zumindest ein horizontales Rad (13) umfasst, das in einer Seitenstruktur eingerichtet ist, welche den Formgebungsstationen zugekehrt ist, und zum Stützen des Formmaterials, das von der Walzenlinie vorragt, und zum Aufzeichnen der Bewegung und Zirkulationsgeschwindigkeit des Formgebungsmaterials konfiguriert ist, wobei die Bewegung synchronisiert und auf ihre eigenen Messmedien übertragen ist, und dass
    die Information von den Messmedien und den ersten und zweiten Bewegungsmitteln (3, 4) von Steuermedien empfangen ist, die zum Berechnen der Position jeden Kopfes (2) während des gesamten Profiliervorgangs und zum Anweisen der Positionen für jedes der Mittel (3, 4) eingestellt sind.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei die ersten Mittel, die für eine Translationsbewegung angeordnet sind, welche horizontal und senkrecht zu der Richtung verläuft, in der das Profil befördert wird, eine erste Aktivierung (3) umfassen, die ihre Bewegung auf eine Stützplatte (14) übertragen, welche über mehreren linearen Schienen (10) angebracht ist.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 und 2, wobei die zweiten Mittel, die für eine Drehbewegung angeordnet sind, eine zweite Aktivierung (4) umfassen, die ihre Bewegung auf einen Drehzapfen (9) überträgt, der eine Drehplatte (7) stützt.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Köpfe (2) über der Drehplatte (15) liegen.
  5. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Kopf (2) Achsen umfasst, die auf unabhängigen Strukturen angebracht sind; wobei die untere Struktur eine Aktivierung (5) stützt, die Bewegung auf die untere Achse aufgibt, während die höhere Struktur die obere Achse stützt und zum Einfassen von zumindest zwei verschiedenen Anbringungen gebaut und konfiguriert ist; wobei die Anbringungen wiederum zum Einfassen von mehreren oberen Walzen (6, 7) konfiguriert sind.
  6. Maschine nach Anspruch 5, wobei jede der oberen Walzen (6, 7) zum Profilieren von Material mit mehreren unterschiedlichen Stärken benutzt ist, und wobei jede Position der notwendigen Anpassung an jede Stärke entspräche.
  7. Maschine nach Anspruch 5 und 6, wobei die höhere Struktur über ein Schnellspannflanschsystem an die untere Struktur geklammert ist, um die Anpassungszeiten der Maschine herabzusetzen.
  8. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei mehrere Räder (13) das Verarbeiten von Formmaterial ermöglichen, das entlang seiner gesamten Länge vorgeschnitten ist.
  9. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, wobei ein einzelnes Rad (13) die fortlaufende Verarbeitung des Formmaterials von einer Spule ermöglicht.
