Definitions

  • the invention relates to a frame assembly according to the preamble of claim 1 and a plastic profile frame for this purpose.
  • a frame assembly of the type mentioned is known from the DE 82 02 221 U1
  • Another frame assembly with fiber reinforced profile sections is known from the DE 203 02 286 U1
  • a frame assembly with reinforcing components containing endless slivers or fiber strands or run as a deposit in the form of rovings, mats or braids are known from the EP 1 245 775 A2
  • Fibrous reinforcements are also known from the EP 0 902 148 A2 , of the EP 1 693 546 A1 and the WO 01/06079 A1 ,
  • the known, fiber-reinforced frame assemblies are either not suitable for mass production or require a fairly high material usage of fiber-reinforced plastic material.
  • the inventive approach to limit the cavities only partially by fiber-reinforced material also favors the design of extrusion tools for coextrusion of such frame profiles, since no closed profiles must be extruded on the one hand unreinforced and on the other hand of reinforced material.
  • Characterized in that the reinforcing components, where they define the inner cavities, are designed exposed, can be saved for the construction of the frame profiles of the frame assembly material. In general, it is the case that the reinforcing components are to cover the visible sides of the frame profiles with unreinforced plastic material of a certain layer thickness to ensure a pleasing surface design of the viewing walls of the frame profiles.
  • the wall thickness of a chamber wall of a frame profile is given by the required strength of the reinforcing component on the one hand and also by the required strength of a visible side coating with unreinforced plastic material on the other.
  • On the inner cavities facing side of the reinforcing components is not unnecessarily further unreinforced plastic material used.
  • the practically any cross-sectional distribution of the reinforced frame profiles on the one hand with fiber-reinforced wall sections and on the other hand with unreinforced wall sections is made possible by the coextrusion.
  • the reinforcing component as a flowable extrudate and also the unreinforced plastic component as a flowable extrudate.
  • An outer wall reinforcement according to claim 2 improves the strength of the frame assembly with respect to wind load.
  • An inner wall reinforcement according to claim 3 stiffens the frame assembly against forces acting from the inside. It is preferred if a profile frame simultaneously has an outer wall and an inner wall reinforcement, since then in particular a symmetry of the thermal expansion behavior of the frame profile is achieved. In the embodiments according to claims 2 and 3, a desirably large distance between the Arm istskomponenten and the center of gravity of the profile is given.
  • a reinforced Beschickfalz wall according to claim 4 stiffened the profile frame where he has to absorb additional forces by the installation of fittings.
  • a U-shaped cross section according to claim 5 gives the frame profile particular stability.
  • the U-shaped base contour may include the entire frame profile, so for example, extend over the inner wall, outer wall and fitting rebate wall.
  • the U-shaped base contour can also be embodied only in a section of a profile wall.
  • a reinforced inner wall, so the profile frame edge not limiting wall, according to claim 6 gives the frame profile there stability, where this is particularly necessary, for example, due to static calculations.
  • a reinforced mounting wall according to claim 7 allows a good absorption of fastening forces by the frame assembly.
  • a reinforced sealing receptacle according to claim 8 prevents unwanted deformation of a sealing receptacle.
  • a bent or angled shape of at least one reinforcing component according to claim 9 increases the stabilizing effect of the reinforcing component. Assuming a required absolute stability, can be used with a reduced cross-sectional content of fiber-containing plastic extrudate for the preparation of the reinforcing component.
  • Fiber lengths according to claim 10 have been found to be particularly suitable for providing a co-extrudable fiber reinforced plastic component which, after curing, results in a stable reinforcing component.
  • Fig. 1 to 5 are fiber-reinforced reinforcing components or reinforcing walls compared to the other, unreinforced profile sections highlighted with stronger hatching.
