Claims (3)

1. Fensterrahmen bestehend aus einem thermoplastischen Rahmen dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer oder mehrere Bereiche des thermo­ plastischen Rahmens aus kontinuierlich faserverstärkten Thermoplasten bestehen und dass der oder die Bereiche aus kontinuierlich faserverstärk­ tem Thermoplast einen Faservolumengehalt größer als 20% aufweisen und dass ein Anteil von über 25% der im Fensterrahmen befindlichen Fasern eine Länge von über 50 mm aufweisen und dass der oder die Bereiche aus kontinuierlich faserverstärktem Thermoplast an den Geh­ rungsstellen des Fensterrahmens verformt sind und dass die thermoplasti­ schen Profile an der Gehrungsstelle untereinander verschweißt sind.

Fensterrahmen bestehend aus einem thermoplastischen Rahmen gemäß Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Matrixwerkstoff in einem oder mehreren kontinuierlich faserverstärkten Bereichen vorzugs­ weise - jedoch nicht ausschließlich - aus Polyethylen (PE), Polypropylen (PP), Polyamid (PA), Polyketon (PK), Polyvinylchlorid (PVC), Poly-4- methylpenten-1 (PMP), Polyacetal (Polyoxymethylen) (POM), Polymethyl­ methacrylat (PMMA), Polystyrol (PS), Styrol/Acrylnitril-Copolymer (SAN), Polycarbonat (PC) und/oder Acrynitrilbutadienstyrol (ABS) besteht.

Fensterrahmen bestehend aus einem thermoplastischen Rahmen gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Faserwerk­ stoff in einem oder mehreren kontinuierlich faserverstärkten thermoplasti­ schen Bereichen vorzugsweise - jedoch nicht ausschließlich - aus Glas-, Kohlenstoff-, Aramid-, Metall- und/oder Kunststofffasern besteht.
