VorsatzSystem für ein Warenpräsentationssystem
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Vorsatzsystem für ein Warenprasentationssystem nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
In Verbrauchermarkten werden Waren in Verpackungen in Regalen, Ablagen und/oder Lochhakenwanden präsentiert. Um die in den Verpackungen angebotenen Waren ausreichend zu präsentieren, ist aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster G 8804225.1 ein Vorsatz- element zur Warenprasentation an Verkaufsregalen bekannt, wobei das Vorsatzelement an einem ortsfest befestigten Rahmen verschiebbar gelagert ist und ein Plattenelement aus klarsichtigem Werkstoff zur Aufnahme von daran zu befestigenden Waren aufweist. Hierdurch ist es möglich, die in den Verpackungen hinter dem Vorsatzelement befindlichen Waren zu präsentieren. Damit der Kunde an die Verpackung gelangt, kann er das Vorsatzelement zur Seite schieben und die jeweils gewünschte Verpackung aus dem Regal herausnehmen. Nachteilig bei diesem System ist, dass das Vorsatzelement und dessen Rahmen in ihrer Herstellung kompliziert und insbesondere nicht an handelsübliche Regalsysteme ohne weiteres anzubringen sind.
Die GB 2220133 zeigt ebenfalls ein Warenprasentationssystem, bei dem verschiebliche Vorsatzelemente an einem Regal anordbar sind, wobei die Vorsatzelemente über Rollensysteme auf dem Fußboden bzw. untersten Brett des Regals verschiebbar angeordnet sind. Nachteilig ist hierbei die ungenügende Fuhrung des Vorsatzelementes .
Aus der DE 201 05 300 Ul ist ein Verkaufsregal mit Schiebeta- fei bekannt, bei dem im Abstand vor der Ruckwand eine untere und eine obere Laufschiene montiert sind, an denen mindestens eine vor der Ruckwand und den Warentragern verfahrbare Informationstafel gefuhrt ist. Bei diesem Verkaufsregal erstreckt sich jede Schiebetafel stets über die gesamte Hohe des Ver- kaufsregals, da die unter Laufschiene auf der zum Regal gehörenden Bodenwand befestigt ist und die obere Laufschiene an Auslegearmen befestigt ist, welche ihrerseits mit einem vertikalen Zapfen in das obere Ende der Säulen des Verkaufsregals eingesteckt sind. Dieses Verkaufsregal ist in seiner Ausges- taltung nicht veränderbar, d.h. es können nicht Schiebetafeln beliebiger Große und Hohe an dem Verkaufsregal verschiebbar angeordnet werden.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Vorsatzsystem für ein Warenprasentationssystem, z. B. in Form eines Regals oder einer Lochhakenwand bereitzustellen, welches universell und flexibel, insbesondere in verschiedenen Hohen an einem Warenprasentationssystem anordbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemaß mit einem Vorsatzsystem mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelost. Vorteilhafte Ausgestal- tungen der Erfindung ergeben sich durch die Merkmale der auf den Anspruch 1 ruckbezogenen Unteranspruche .
Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass mindestens eine Führungsschiene, an der das Warenprasentationselement ver- schieblich gelagert ist, mittels Tragern an Schienen bzw. Pfosten des Warenprasentationssystems, z. B. in Form eines Regals oder einer Lochhakenwand, befestigt ist. Dabei macht es sich die Erfindung zu Eigen, dass die Schienen bzw. Pfosten von herkömmlichen Regalsystemen oft Locher oder Schlitze über die gesamte Hohe der Schienen bzw. Pfosten in insbesondere aquidistanten Abstanden aufweisen, in denen die Trager in verschiedenen Hohen beliebig einsetzbar sind. Derartige Schienen sind u. a. auch direkt an einer Wand befestigbar. Es ist je- doch auch möglich, ein selbsttragendes Regalsystem mit derartigen Schienen bzw. Pfosten aufzubauen, wobei das Regalsystem entweder eine Lochhakenwand und/oder Regalboden aufweisen kann, an die bzw. auf die die zu präsentierenden Waren verpackt oder unverpackt angeordnet werden können.
Die Führungsschienen erstrecken sich vorteilhaft über die Breite eines Regalrahmens bzw. die Breite eines Regalbodens. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, dass sich die Führungsschiene über mehrere Regalrahmenbreiten erstreckt, wobei dann an den äußeren Schienen bzw. Pfosten die jeweiligen die Führungsschiene tragenden Trager eingehängt bzw. befestigt werden können.
Vorteilhaft weist das Warenprasentationselement mindestens ein Griffelement auf, damit der Kunde das Warenprasentationselement sicher greifen an der Führungsschiene entlang verschieben kann.
Vorteilhaft ist es möglich, die Führungsschienen horizontal anzuordnen. Es ist aber selbstverständlich ebenso möglich die Führungsschiene (n) vertikal anzuordnen. Ebenso ist es möglich, in Form eines Kreuz-Supports Führungsschienen horizontal und auch senkrecht an dem Warenprasentationssystem anzuordnen, wo- bei dann eine Führungsschiene mit ihren Enden verschieblich an zwei senkrecht dazu angeordneten Führungsschienen verfahrbar ist und das Warenprasentationselement tragt, welches seinerseits verschieblich an der Führungsschiene verschieblich gelagert ist. Hierdurch ist es möglich, dass das Warenprasentati- onselement sowohl in der Hohe als auch horizontal zu verschieben.
Sofern das Warenprasentationselement auch von oben nach unten verschiebbar mittels senkrechter Führungsschienen gelagert ist, sollte zumindest eine Feststellbremse und/oder ein Antrieb vorgesehen werden, welche (r) die Bewegung des Elementes bremst bzw. stoppt, sofern der Kunde das Griffelement des Wa- renprasentationselementes loslasst. Ein Antrieb kann zudem auf Befehl das Warenprasentationselement auf und ab oder aber auch seitwärts bewegen und kann optional die zum Bewegen des Waren- prasentationselementes benotigte Kraft für den Kunden reduzieren, in Form einer Servounterstutzung, wie sie z.B. von Fahrzeuglenkungen her bekannt ist.
Selbstverständlich ist es möglich, dass sich das Warenprasen- tationselement, welches horizontal verschiebbar an dem Waren- prasentationssystem angeordnet ist, nur über einen Teil der Hohe oder aber auch über die gesamte Hohe des Warenprasentati- onssystems erstreckt. Ebenso ist es möglich, dass mehrere Führungsschienen übereinander an dem Warenprasentationssystem an- geordnet sind und an jeder Führungsschiene mindestens ein Warenprasentationselement horizontal verschieblich angeordnet ist. Die Breite der Warenprasentationselemente und deren Ausgestaltung in der Hohe ist vorteilhaft frei wahlbar.
Das Warenprasentationselement kann eine einfach Lochplatte für das Einstecken von Haken sein. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, dass das Warenprasentationselement keine Platte sondern lediglich durch einen Fuhrungsschlitten gebildet ist, an dem einzelne oder mehrere Waren bzw. deren Verpackungen direkt anord- bar sind.
Die Warenprasentationselemente können mittels Gleitlager, aber auch mittels Rollenlager an den Führungsschienen gelagert sein. Nachfolgend wird eine mögliche Ausgestaltung eines erfindungs- gemaßen Vorsatzsystems und dessen Anbringung an einem Waren- prasentationssystem anhand von Zeichnungen naher erläutert.

Die Figur 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht eines erfin- dungsgemaßen Vorsatzsystems, bestehend aus den Tragern T, der dazwischen angeordneten Führungsschiene F sowie des an der Führungsschiene verschieblich gelagerten Warenprasentations- elementes E in Form einer Platte. Das Warenprasentationsele- ment E weist mehrere Locher L auf, in die Haken EH (s. Fig. Ia und 4) zur Befestigung von Verpackungen und Waren (W) einhang- bar sind. Es ist selbstverständlich auch möglich, dass an das Warenprasentationselement einhangbare Auflageflachen oder Wan¬ nen aufweisen kann. Ebenso ist es möglich, dass an der Platte des Warenprasentationselementes E Wannen oder Auflageplatten angeformt oder befestigt sind, wie es beispielhaft in Fig. 4 gezeigt ist. Zudem kann das Warenprasentationselement E Griffelemente G aufweisen, mit denen eine Person das Warenprasentationselement E entlang der Führungsschiene F verschieben kann.
Die Figur 2 zeigt eine Draufsicht und darunter eine Vorderansicht auf ein Warenprasentationssystem, bestehend aus senkrechten Schienen S und einer dazwischen angeordneten Lochhakenwand W. Vor der Vorderseite Wv der Lochhakenwand W ist die Führungsschiene F mittels der Trager T in einem Abstand zur Wand W angeordnet, so dass zwischen Wand W und Führungsschiene F im Raum R Waren an der Wand W angeordnet und präsentiert werden können. In die Schlitze S3 der Schienen S sind die Trager T mit ihren Haken TH (siehe Figur 1) eingehängt. Selbst- verstandlich ist es auch möglich, die Trager H an den Schienen S andersartig, z.B. mittels Schrauben zu befestigen. Gleitlager GL dienen zur Lagerung des Warenprasentationselementes E, welches hierdurch verschieblich an der Führungsschiene F gelagert ist. An dem Warenprasentationselement E können an dessen Vorderseite Ev zusätzliche Waren angeordnet werden, wie dies in Figur 4 dargestellt ist und spater eingehend beschrieben wird.
Die Figur 3 zeigt eine Seitenansicht des Warenprasentations- systems mit einem Ausschnitt der senkrechten Schiene S und einem daran befestigen Trager T, an dessen Vorderseite die Fuh- rungsschiene F mittels Schrauben Fs befestigt ist. Auf dem Trager T liegt eine Bodenplatte B eines Regalsystems auf, auf der Waren bzw. deren Verpackungen angeordnet werden können. An der Vorderseite Ev des Warenprasentationselementes E können zusatzliche Waren im Sinne der Erfindung befestigt bzw. pra- sentiert werden. Durch das erfindungsgemaße Vorsatzsystem kann die in einem Verkaufsraum zur Verfugung stehende Verkaufsflache zusatzlich deutlich erhöht werden, wobei gleichzeitig das Vorsatzsystem in beliebigen Positionen an einem bereits bestehenden Regal- system befestigbar bzw. anordbar ist.
Die Figur 4 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines Regalsystems, Schienen S aufweisend, an denen Trager T1, 2 befestigt, insbe¬ sondere eingehängt sind. Der obere Trager T1 ist langer als der unter Trager T2 ausgebildet, so dass die Führungsschiene F1 weiter im Raum R angeordnet ist, als die untere Führungsschiene F2. Das obere Warenprasentationselement E1 ist als reine Lochplatte ausgebildet, an der Haken EH befestigt sind, an denen Warenverpackungen W angehängt sind. Das untere Warenprasentationselement E2 ist als doppeltes Wannenelement mit Ruckwand ER und zwei Wannenelementen Ew ausgebildet, in denen Waren W einlegbar sind. Durch die Wannen Ew ragt letztendlich das untere Vorsatzsystem weiter in den Raum R hinein als das obere Vorsatzsystem. An der Wand W sind an dem Haken H zusatzliche Waren W aufgehängt, welche unabhängig von der Warenpra- sentationselemente E1/2 für eine Person stets erreichbar und sichtbar sind. Anders sieht es bei den Waren W' aus, welche an dem Haken H' hangen. Diese Waren W' sind nur dann sichtbar und erreichbar, wenn das untere Warenprasentationselement E2 zur Seite geschoben ist.
Auf den unteren Tragern T2 liegt eine Regalboden B auf, auf dem zusatzliche Waren W prasentierbar sind.
Die Figur 5 zeigt ein Regalsystem mit mehreren Regalen, in denen die hinteren Wände W oder Regalboden B (s. Fig. 4) sowie Waren nicht dargestellt sind. Das Regalssystem weist mehrere senkrechte und zueinander parallel angeordnete Schienen S1=1 bls 5 auf, an denen Trager T der Vorsatzsysteme angeordnet sind. An den Schienen S1 und S2 sind jeweils zwei Führungsschienen F1 und F2 über Trager T befestigt, welche übereinander angeordnet sind. Ein großes Warenprasentationselement El ist mittels nicht dargestellter Lager in horizontaler Richtung (s. Pfeil) verschieblich an beiden Führungsschienen Fi, 2 gelagert.
Den zwischen den Schienen S1, S2 und S3 befindlichen Regalrau- men R1 und R2 ist eine Führungsschiene F3 vorgesetzt, welche mittels der Trager T an den Schienen S2 und S4 befestigt ist. An der Führungsschiene F3 sind zwei Warenprasentationselemente E2 und E3 verschieblich gelagert (s. Pfeile) . Es ist selbstverständlich möglich, dass die Elemente E2, E3 jeweils unterschiedlich ausgebildet sind.
Die Figuren 6a bis 6c zeigen eine weitere mögliche Ausfuhrungsform der Erfindung, bei der die Führungsschiene F durch ein Profil gebildet ist, welches im Querschnitte zwei runde Abschnitte PR und einen dazwischenliegenden und die beiden Abschnitte miteinander verbindenden Verbindungssteg Pst auf- weist. Das Profil ist mittels Schrauben Seh an den Endbereichen der Trager T befestigt. Ein _Gleitkorper GL umfasst die Führungsschiene bzw. die beiden runden Abschnitte PR und ist somit verdrehfest und verwindungssteif an der Führungsschiene F gelagert. Selbstverständlich ist es auch möglich, Rollen- oder Kugellager zur Verminderung der Reibkrafte zwischen Profil und dem Gleitkorper bzw. dem Fuhrungsschlitten vorzusehen. Durch die parallele Fuhrung aufgrund der parallel angeordneten runden Abschnitte PR der profilierten Führungsschiene F ergibt sich eine stabile Halterung des Warenprasentationselements E.

Claims

P a t e n t a n s p r ü c h e
1. Vorsatzsystem für ein Warenprasentationssystem z. B. in Form eines Verkaufsregals oder einer Verkaufswand, wobei das Warenprasentationssystem senkrechte Schienen oder Pfosten (S) aufweist, zwischen denen Waren (W) an einer Flache und/oder auf Regalboden (B) zur Präsentation anordbar sind, wobei das Vorsatzsystem mindestens ein Wa- renprasentationselement (E) aufweist, welches zumindest vor einem Teil der Waren (W) des Warenprasentationssys- tems angeordnet ist, und an dem Warenprasentationssystem mittels mindestens einer Führungsschiene (F) verschiebbar gelagert ist und mindestens eine Halterung zur Befestigung oder mindestens eine Auflageflache zur Auflage einer Ware (W) aufweist, w o b e i die Führungsschiene (F) von Tragern (T) gehalten ist, welche ihrerseits an den senkrechten Schienen oder Pfosten (S) des Warenprasentations- systems befestigbar sind, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Trager (T) in die senkrechten Schienen bzw. Pfosten (S) in verschiedenen Hohen von der Regalvorderseite aus einhangbar sind.
2. Vorsatzsystem nach Anspruch 1, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Führungsschiene (F) sich über die Lange einer Regalrahmenbreite (RB) oder einer Lange, die einem Mehrfachen einer Regalrahmenbreite (RB) entspricht, erstreckt.
3. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Trager (T) sich im Bereich der senkrechten Schienen bzw. Pfosten (S) des Warenprasentationssystems jeweils von den senkrechten Schienen bzw. Pfosten (S) bis nach vorne zu einem Ende einer Führungsschiene (F) erstrecken.
4. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass ein Wa- renprasentationselement an mindestens einem Gleitelement (GL) oder Fuhrungsschlitten befestigt ist, welche gleitend oder mittels Gleit- oder Rollenlager an der Führungsschiene (F) gelagert ist bzw. sind.
5. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass mehrere Warenprasentationselemente (E2, E3) an einer Führungsschiene (F3) verschiebbar gelagert sind.

Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Führungsschiene (F) durch ein Profil gebildet ist, welches mindestens eine sich in Längsrichtung der Führungsschiene erstreckende Aussparung, insbesondere in Form einer Fuh- rungsnut, aufweist, in der ein Gleitkorper, welches dem Warenprasentationselement (E) zugeordnet ist, eingreift.
7. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Führungsschiene (F) durch ein Profil gebildet ist, welches aus zwei im Querschnitt runden, insbesondere kreisformi- gen, Abschnitten (PR) und einem schmaleren Verbindungssteg (Pst) gebildet ist, wobei der Gleitkorper (GL) oder der Fuhrungsschlitten zumindest die beiden runden Abschnitte teilweise oder ganz umfasst.
8. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass ein Warenprasentationselement (E) durch eine Platte gebildet ist, die insbesondere fensterartige Offnungen (L), z.B. in Form von Lochern oder Schlitzen, aufweist, in denen Halter (EH) für Waren (W) befestigbar sind.
9. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass ein Wa- renprasentationselement (Ei) an zwei Führungsschienen (Fi, F2) verschiebbar gelagert ist, wobei die Führungsschienen jeweils mittels zweier Trager (T) an den Schienen bzw. Pfosten (S) des Warenprasentationssystems befestigt bzw. befestigbar sind.
10. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass das Wa- renprasentationselement (E) mindestens ein Griffelement (G) aufweist.
11. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass ein Antrieb das Warenprasentationselement entlang der Führungsschiene verfahrt.
12. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Tra- ger (T) zusatzlich zur Führungsschiene (F) ein Regalbrett (B) als Auflageflache für Waren (W) tragen.
13. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Führungsschiene an einem Brett, welches als Auflageflache für Waren dient und von den Tragern gehalten ist, befestigt ist.
14. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Trager (T) an den hinteren oder vorderen Schienen bzw. Pfos- ten (S) des Warenprasentationssystems befestigt, insbesondere eingehängt sind.
15. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Trager (T) an ihren hinteren Enden mindestens einen Haken (Th) aufweisen, mit denen die Trager (T) in die Schienen bzw. Pfosten (S) des Warenprasentationssystems einhangbar sind.

Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass eine Führungsschiene von zwei übereinander an einer senkrech- ten Schiene bzw. einem Pfosten des Warenprasentationssystems angeordneten Tragern befestigt ist, wobei mindestens ein Warenprasentationselement an der Führungsschiene auf- und ab- verschieb- oder verfahrbar ist.
17. Vorsatzsystem nach Anspruch 16, d a d u r c h g e - k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass das Warenprasentationselement an zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Führungsschienen verschiebbar gelagert ist, wobei jede Führungsschiene mittels mindestens zwei übereinander an einer Schiene bzw. einem Pfosten angeordneten Tragern in Posi- tion gehalten ist.
18. Vorsatzsystem nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass ein Antrieb das Warenprasentationselement auf- und ab verfahrt.
19. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass ein Antrieb eine unterstutzende Kraft erzeugt, welche die von einer Person auf ein Griffelement zum Bewegen des Waren- prasentationselementes aufzubringende Kraft verringert.
20. Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass eine erste Führungsschiene mit jedem ihrer freien Enden jeweils an einer senkrecht zur ersten Führungsschiene angeordneten zweiten bzw. dritten Führungsschiene ver- schieblich gelagert ist, wobei an der ersten Führungsschiene mindestens ein Warenprasentationselement verschieblich gelagert ist.
21. Vorsatzsystem nach Anspruch 20, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die zweiten Führungsschienen an dem Warenprasentationssystem befestigt, insbesondere mittels Tragern (T) befestigt sind.
22. Regalsystem mit mindestens einem Vorsatzsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
