Claims (14)
- Dispositif de ponçage de surface, notamment dispositif de ponçage de béton,

avec une hotte d'aspiration (9) en forme de trémie, qui couvre le disque de ponçage béton (8) et vient en prise par-dessus les bords avec une bague de protection (14), dans lequel la hotte d'aspiration (9) est fixée au niveau d'une ouverture de passage centrale pour le prolongement de carter (5) au moyen d'un dispositif de retenue,
dans lequel le dispositif de retenue présente un dispositif de réglage de la hauteur (10) avec lequel la hotte d'aspiration (9) peut être fixée et réglée en hauteur de façon guidée par rapport au prolongement du carter (5), directement ou indirectement, dans le sens axial de l'arbre d'entraînement (6),
dans lequel un col de trémie de la hotte d'aspiration (9) comporte comme ouverture de passage centrale le prolongement du carter (5) et y est guidé de façon réglable en hauteur par des éléments de guidage (44, 46) respectivement associés, s'engrenant les uns dans les autres,
caractérisé en ce que
une bague de serrage (12) serrable entoure le col de trémie pour une fixation du réglage en hauteur. - Dispositif de ponçage de surface selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour réaliser le dispositif de réglage de la hauteur (10), le col de trémie de la hotte d'aspiration (9) se compose d'une douille intérieure (11) qui est maintenue de manière rotative au niveau du prolongement de carter (5) et qui vient en prise avec un ergot d'engagement (44) en tant qu'élément de guidage directement ou indirectement dans une rainure hélicoïdale (46) en forme d'hélice en tant que deuxième élément de guidage associé au niveau du prolongement de carter (5), de telle sorte qu'une rotation de la douille intérieure (11) entraîne un réglage de la hauteur par rapport au prolongement de carter (5), qui peut être fixée par la bague de serrage (12) contenant la douille intérieure (11).
- Dispositif de ponçage de surface selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot d'engagement est réalisé au niveau de la bague de serrage sous forme d'ergot de serrage dirigé radialement vers l'intérieur, qui vient en prise à travers un évidement associé en forme de fente de la douille intérieure dans la rainure hélicoïdale au niveau du prolongement de carter, la bague de serrage étant montée au-dessus d'une bague Seeger.
- Dispositif de ponçage de surface selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la douille intérieure (11) est reçue de manière rotative en tant que prolongement de carter dans l'ouverture de passage centrale d'une partie de hotte en forme de cloche (13) raccordée de la hotte d'aspiration (9), le bord de l'ouverture de passage de la partie de hotte en forme de cloche (13) étant maintenu entre une bride d'appui (31) inférieure en saillie radiale de la douille intérieure (11) et une rondelle ressort (34) espacée vers le haut à la manière d'une bague Seeger au niveau de la douille intérieure (11) de préférence avec une rondelle de protection (33) intermédiaire, et en ce que la partie de hotte en forme de cloche (13) et/ou un tube d'aspiration (24) qui s'y raccorde présente un prolongement dépassant vers le haut en tant qu' absorbeur de couple (47) qui vient en prise de manière réglable en hauteur dans un support de couple (48, 49) fixe par rapport au prolongement de carter (5) si bien que lors d'un vissage de la douille intérieure (11) et du réglage en hauteur de la hotte d'aspiration (9), la partie de hotte en forme de cloche (13) et le cas échéant le tube d'aspiration (24) est maintenu de manière non rotative.
- Dispositif de ponçage de surface selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un ergot d'entraînement (35, 36) dirigé radialement vers l'intérieur qui vient en prise dans une ouverture d'entraînement (37) associée au niveau de la douille intérieure (11) est monté au niveau de la bague de serrage (12), de préférence respectivement un ergot d'entraînement (35, 36) étant monté au niveau du bord de séparation de la bague de serrage (12) sous forme de nervure verticale et l'ouverture d'entraînement (37) est une fente verticale associée dans la douille intérieure (11).
- Dispositif de ponçage de surface selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une rainure d'engagement (42) horizontalement circulaire est placée sur le côté extérieur de la douille intérieure (11) et en ce qu'une nervure intérieure (43) associée de manière correspondante est formée sur la bague de serrage (12).
- Dispositif de ponçage de surface selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un bloc de serrage (38, 39) en saillie radiale est monté respectivement au niveau de la zone de bord de séparation de la bague de serrage (12) et en ce qu'une vis de serrage (41) tangentielle à commande manuelle par le biais d'une molette (40) est guidée par les blocs de serrage (38, 39).
- Dispositif de ponçage de surface selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de ponçage de béton est réalisé sous forme de dispositif de ponçage d'angle manuel, en particulier sous forme de dispositif de ponçage de dalle de béton, avec un carter-moteur (2) tubulaire utilisable comme poignée pour un moteur électrique et avec un renvoi d'angle (4) qui y est raccordé, lequel présente le prolongement de carter (5) et l'arbre d'entraînement central (6) avec une goupille filetée (7) côté extrémité pour emmancher le disque de ponçage béton (8) et pour le maintenir au moyen d'un écrou de serrage (20).
- Dispositif de ponçage de surface selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un tube d'aspiration (24) est relié à la hotte d'aspiration (9), en particulier à une partie de hotte en forme de cloche (13), qui s'étend en-dessous et parallèlement au carter-moteur (2) à une distance de prise en main, un support de couple sous forme d'étrier d'appui en U (49) fixé au carter, dirigé du carter-moteur (2) vers le bas et s'étendant transversalement est monté le cas échéant avec une ouverture d'insertion (48) pour l'absorbeur de couple (47).
- Dispositif de ponçage de surface selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le tube d'aspiration (24) est réalisé en deux parties, dans lequel une coquille inférieure (25) est moulée d'un seul tenant sur la hotte d'aspiration (9), en particulier sur une partie de hotte en forme de cloche (13), et une coquille supérieure (26) est montée dessus, en particulier clipsée, en tant qu'élément fabriqué séparément, dans lequel une bague de serrage de raccordement (27) est prévue côté extrémité au niveau du tube d'aspiration de préférence pour un raccordement de tuyau d'aspiration.
- Dispositif de ponçage de surface selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une poignée en forme d'étrier (28) s'étendant transversalement qui est disposée de façon à pouvoir être fixée et pivoter autour d'un axe transversal au-dessus du renvoi d'angle de telle sorte que l'élément de préhension (29) se trouve dans une position pivotée vers l'avant au-dessus d'un segment d'angle avant de la hotte d'aspiration (9) et est pivoté de cette zone vers l'arrière dans une position pivotée vers l'arrière et se trouve à peu près au-dessus du renvoi d'angle (4), est prévue en plus du carter-moteur (2) comme autre poignée.

- Dispositif de ponçage de surface selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de segment de hotte (16), dirigée vers l'avant, de la hotte d'aspiration (9), en particulier d'une partie de hotte en forme de cloche (13) est réalisée de manière pivotante et captive pour libérer un segment de disque de ponçage sous-jacent.
