Definitions
- the FR-A-2 767 464 which is considered as the closest prior art, discloses a kit for a sanitary cell having a floor pan, a ceiling member, etcx and profiles for connecting these wall panels.
- the wall panels must be connected to each other when mounting by means of the profiles, for example, glued.
- the DE-A-34 40 545 discloses a kit with a bottom tray made of plastic and designed as a frame construction.
- the bottom pan allows a different lining with, for example, ceramic material or cast and glued material.
- On the floor pan supporting profiles can be placed and fastened at the lower end in each case with a connecting element to the floor pan.
- the mounted support profiles form a substructure for the attachment of large-sized wall elements that can accommodate sanitary objects.
- the invention has for its object to provide a kit of the type mentioned, which allows easier prefabrication and easier installation on the site.
- Such a floor element can be made very easily and cheaply completely and in one piece from sheet metal. It then has particular strength when it is made in one piece from folded and welded metal sheet according to an embodiment of the invention. Such a floor element also allows a secure seal against the wall elements.
- a particularly rational prefabrication and simple assembly on the construction site results from the fact that according to the invention the floor element has a supporting edge and wall elements each have a substructure, which are prefabricated from profiled bars and which can be fastened to said supporting edge.
- a substructure made of profiled bars is on the one hand comparatively light and can be prefabricated rationally.
- the adaptation of the substructure to the mass of the bottom element can be achieved in a simple manner by appropriately cutting to length of the profile elements.
- these prefabricated substructures can then very easily and quickly placed on the supporting edge of the floor element and attached to this.
- Such substructures are also particularly suitable for attaching wall panels, such as those made of glass plates.
- the wall panels can be bolted to the profiles of the substructure, for example.
- the supporting edge of the bottom element is at least partially hollow or downwardly open. This results in a particularly high strength of the bottom element.
- the floor element has a bottom plate that forms substantially the entire floor surface of the sanitary cell. This surface is preferably a plane and inclined slightly towards a gutter.
- the molding of a shower tray is unnecessary in such a floor element.
- the gutter is formed.
- a pot for an odor trap is arranged on an underside of the gutter. Preferably, this pot is firmly connected to the device. Subsequent installation of the pot is not required in this case.
- the bottom element has an input side which is slightly lower than the remaining edge of the bottom element.
- the bottom element has a base plate and below and at a distance to this another wall side fixedly connected to the bottom plate metal sheet.
- a particularly strong and stable floor element can be produced.
- the floor element can be made very light, yet stable and insulating. In particular, this cavity is filled with foam.
- the invention also relates to a sanitary cell made from the inventive kit.
- FIG. 1 Kit 1 shown consists of a bottom element 2, four wall elements 3-6 and a ceiling element 7. These elements could be assembled on site, for example, in a renovation of old buildings in an existing room to a sanitary cell. All these elements can be prefabricated and thus need only be assembled.
- the bottom element 2 forms a prefabricated unit and is made of welded and geschten sheet metal, in particular made of stainless steel.
- the floor element 2 is placed on at least four support parts 8.
- These support members 8 form a kind of feet and each preferably consists of a spacer, not shown here, and a soundproofing pad.
- the bottom element has two lateral edges 23, each having a wall top 33, which are increased with respect to a bottom surface 20. On one side of the bottom element 2, these two edges 23 are connected to each other via a further edge 24. The upper side of the edge 24 is substantially flush with the edge upper sides 33.
- An input side 21 extends between the two edges 23 and extends parallel to the edge 24.
- An upper side 34 of the input side 21 is located lower than the edge upper sides 33.
- a slightly inclined and short step 30 leads to the bottom surface 20.
- the bottom surface 20 is slightly inclined to a gutter 22.
- This gutter 22 is formed in a bottom plate 27 by Abministern and extends between the two edges 23 parallel to the edge 24.
- a drain opening 31 is punched out.
- the gutter 22 is covered with a strip-shaped perforated plate 25.
- the pot has a lateral connection 35 for the connection of a disposal line, not shown here.
- the pot 32 is preferably preassembled on the bottom element 2.
- the bottom element 2 has a bottom floor panel 28 which, as can be seen, is corrugated and, for example, forms a so-called trapezoidal sheet. This is at the edges firmly connected to the upper floor panel 27, for example, bends. Between the two floor panels 27 and 28 there is a gap 29, which is filled with a reinforcing and / or insulating material, not shown here.
- the material is introduced in particular by foaming.
- the material is preferably heat-insulating and sound-absorbing. It also stiffens the floor element 2. At the same time, this floor element is comparatively light and can be transported and assembled as a unit.
- the wall element 3 has a substructure 9, which is made of vertical and horizontal profile bars 10. These profile bars 10 are also made of sheet metal and connected to each other via connecting elements, not shown here.
- a lower profile bar 40 has the length of an edge 23 and is connected to such, for example screwed to the pins 26.
- An upper horizontally extending profile bar 41 is connected to the ceiling element 7, for example screwed.
- a cistern 11 is arranged, which serves for flushing a sanitary article 12, for example, a toilet bowl.
- the substructure 9 can also accommodate other lines, components and the like, not shown here, which are needed to supply the sanitary cell.
- a wall panel 13 is attached on the inside, which consists for example of glass plates.
- the attachment is made with suitable fasteners, not shown here, for example, with mounting screws that are connected to the profile bars 10.
- the wall cladding 13 is also preferably prefabricated and is connected to the substructure 9 at the installation site.
- the wall panel 13 can be made of other elements, such as plasterboard.
- the wall element 4 is similar in construction to the wall element 9, but here serves for fastening a mirror cabinet 15 and a wash basin 16.
- the provided for the wall element 4 substructure 14 is designed accordingly to the attachment of the mirror cabinet 15 and the wash basin 16. It consists of accordingly cut to length profile bars.
- the substructure 14 is connected to the substructure 9 with the bottom element 2. It lies on the edge 24 accordingly.
- the wall element 5 is fastened parallel to the wall element 3 on a rim 23.
- the substructure 18 provided here has a similar construction to the substructures 9 and 14 and allows the attachment of a wall cladding 19, which may also be made of glass plates or the like.
- the wall element 5 may be provided, for example, for fastening a towel bar, not shown here, or for receiving a radiator.
- the towel rail and the radiator can be attached to the substructure 18.
- the wall element 6 forms the door, which allows access to the sanitary cell. It has a wall 38, for example, made of glass plates and which is secured with profiles 36 and 37 on the bottom element 2 and on the ceiling element 7. At these profiles 36 and 37, a sliding part 39 is slidably mounted.
- the door can also be designed differently, for example, it could also be designed as a conventional swing door.
- the ceiling element 7 is placed on the wall elements 3-6 and consists essentially of a flat plate 42 and the top side of this attached profiles 43, which are for example sheet metal profiles and stiffen the ceiling element 7.
- the plate 42 may for example consist of wood, glass, plasterboard or the like. With not shown fastening parts, such as screws, the ceiling element 7 is attached to the substructures 9, 14 and 18.
- the kit 1 can thus be made to a large extent from steel sheet as can be seen. The weight of the kit can thereby be kept relatively low, while still ensuring high stability.
- the substructures 9, 14 and 18 and the wall coverings 13, 17 and 19 are respectively mounted or supported on a rim 23 and 24 respectively.
- the wall panels 13, 17 and 19 are each sealed at a lower edge 44 opposite the edge 23 and 24 respectively.
- the seal can not shown here on sealing strips take place, which are adhered to these edges 44 and each rest on the edge 23 and 24 respectively. Accordingly, the profile 36 is sealed against the bottom element 2.
- the floor element 2 is first placed with the support parts 8 on the building floor, not shown here.
- the bottom element 2 is leveled accordingly.
- the substructures 9, 14 and 18 are fastened to the floor element 2.
- the wall panels 13, 17 and 19 and the sanitary elements 12, 15 and 16 are mounted on the substructures 9, 14 and 18.

The problem is solved according to
According to a development of the invention it is provided that the supporting edge of the bottom element is at least partially hollow or downwardly open. This results in a particularly high strength of the bottom element.
According to a development of the invention, it is provided that the floor element has a bottom plate that forms substantially the entire floor surface of the sanitary cell. This surface is preferably a plane and inclined slightly towards a gutter. The molding of a shower tray is unnecessary in such a floor element. Preferably, in this case, the gutter is formed. According to a development of the invention, a pot for an odor trap is arranged on an underside of the gutter. Preferably, this pot is firmly connected to the device. Subsequent installation of the pot is not required in this case.
According to a development of the invention it is provided that the bottom element has an input side which is slightly lower than the remaining edge of the bottom element.
According to a development of the invention it is provided that the bottom element has a base plate and below and at a distance to this another wall side fixedly connected to the bottom plate metal sheet. As a result, a particularly strong and stable floor element can be produced. Between the bottom plate and the lower plate there is a cavity, which is preferably filled with an insulating material. The floor element can be made very light, yet stable and insulating. In particular, this cavity is filled with foam.

The
The
The
The
The
