The metal plate combined type toilet as claimed in claim 6, wherein the sanitary ware comprises a sitting type toilet bowl (7), a shower system (8) and a washbasin (9), wherein a sewage outlet of the sitting type toilet bowl (7) is communicated with a main pipeline of the drainage system (5) through a pipeline with the diameter of 110mm, the shower system (8), the washbasin (9) and the floor drain (10) are all communicated with a sub-pipeline with the diameter of 50mm of the drainage system (5), and the sub-pipeline is communicated with the main pipeline through a transition pipeline with the diameter of 50 mm.

The metal plate combined type toilet according to claim 3, wherein the B-section and the A-section are made of stainless steel pipes or aluminum alloy pipes or galvanized steel pipes; the decorative plate (2) is made of a stainless steel plate or an aluminum alloy plate, and the thickness of the decorative plate (2) is not less than 1.2 mm.

A manufacturing and installing method of a metal plate combined type toilet is characterized in that the metal plate combined type toilet is formed by assembling a bottom plate combination, a wall plate combination, a ceiling combination, sanitary ware and electrical equipment on site, and the manufacturing and installing steps of the metal plate combined type toilet are as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: making a bottom plate framework (1 a), a wallboard framework (1 b) and a ceiling framework (1 c), wherein the step of making the framework is as follows: 1: sleeving the B section and the A section into a mold according to requirements; 2: fixedly connecting all the nodes by welding or screws;
step two: fixedly connecting the decorative plates (2) to the corresponding frameworks by using bolts, and performing glue injection treatment on the contact positions of two adjacent decorative plates (2) to finish the manufacture of the bottom plate, the wall plate and the ceiling, wherein the bottom plate and the ceiling are provided with a pipeline for perforation;
step three: installing a pipeline of a water supply system (6) and a pipeline of a drainage system (5) on a bottom plate framework (1 a), injecting glue into the reserved holes to fix the pipelines on the framework to form a bottom plate combination, and communicating a floor drain (10) positioned on the bottom plate with the drainage system (5); installing the socket power supply system (11) and the exhaust system (4) on the wallboard to form a wallboard combination; installing a lighting system (12) on a ceiling to form a ceiling combination;
step four: fixedly mounting the bottom plate combination on the corresponding floor;
step five: sleeving the wallboard combination on the bottom plate combination and fixedly connecting the wallboard combination;
step six: buckling the ceiling combination on the top of the wallboard combination and fixedly connecting;
step seven: the socket power supply system (11) is connected with the lighting system (12) and an external power supply;
step eight: installing a door and window system (3);
step nine: all sanitary wares and electrical equipment are put in place, and after the sanitary wares are put in place, the sealing glue is used for sealing treatment, and then the sanitary wares are communicated with a water supply system (6) and a drainage system (5), so that the electrical equipment is communicated with a socket power supply system (11).

The manufacturing and installation method of the metal plate combined toilet according to claim 10, wherein the edge of the decorative plate (2) in the second step is bent at 90 degrees, the edge of the decorative plate (2) is pressed into the opening of the B-shaped material by using a mechanical flat pressing device, and after the two adjacent decorative plates (2) are installed, the decorative plate (2) is fixed by using a bolt penetrating through the B-shaped material.

The method for manufacturing and installing a metal plate combined type toilet according to claim 10, wherein the step three of installing the exhaust system (4) comprises the steps of: 1. fixedly mounting an exhaust pipe of an exhaust system (4) on a wallboard framework (1 b); 2. installing an exhaust fan of the exhaust system (4) in a reserved hole of the wallboard; 3. and (5) plugging a rubber strip between the exhaust fan and the preformed hole and then knotting to form rubber.

The method for manufacturing and installing a metal plate combined type toilet according to claim 10, wherein the step four of installing the bottom plate combination comprises the following steps: 1. firstly, sleeving a bottom plate framework (1 a) of a bottom plate combination on expansion bolts which are pre-arranged on a floor; 2. temporarily fixing after adjusting the elevation, the verticality and the position; 3. and (5) tightening the nut after checking the elevation and the verticality.

The method for manufacturing and installing a metal plate combined type toilet according to claim 10, wherein in the fifth step, the bottom plate skeleton (1 a) and the wall plate skeleton (1 b) are connected together by bolts or welding; and step six, connecting the ceiling framework (1 c) and the wallboard framework (1 b) together through bolts or welding.
15. The method for manufacturing and installing a metal plate combined type toilet according to claim 10, wherein in the eighth step, the door is directly installed on the wall plate by using a screw, and the sealing treatment is performed between the door and the wall plate by using a sealant.
