Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von dichten Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b), die jeweils ein Nahrungsmittelprodukt (8) insbesondere flüssiger bzw. pastöser Art beinhalten, wobei jede Verpackung einen das Nahrungsmittelprodukt aufnehmenden und seitlich umgebenden Mantel (5, 5a, 5b) und einen Deckel (6, 6a, 6b) aufweist, der letzteren überragt, wobei der Mantel und der Deckel beide auf Basis von metallischen Materialien bestehen, wobei das Verfahren im wesentlichen die nachfolgenden Schritte umfasst:a) Formen des Mantels, ausgehend von einem Zuschnitt (4, 4a, 4b) desselben, um diesem durch Umbiegen einen Boden (5") und Seitenwände (5"') zu verleihen, die eine dem Boden entgegengesetzte Öffnung eingrenzen und auf sich selbst umgebogene Abschnitte (P) aufweisen, wobei diese Wände dazu geeignet sind, obere Umschlagklappen (5') des Mantels zu bilden, um diese Öffnung teilweise zu verschließen,b) Einbringen des Nahrungsmittelprodukts in den so gebildeten Mantel durch diese Öffnung,c) Aufbringen des Deckels auf das Nahrungsmittelprodukt, derart, dass der Deckel im wesentlichen diese Öffnung verschließt, wobei die Umschlagklappen sich dabei außerhalb des Deckels erstrecken, undd) Heißsiegeln des Mantels an den Deckel,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt d) unter Umbiegen der Umschlagklappen auf die Außenseite des Deckels erfolgt, wonach diese Umschlagklappen auf diese Außenseite durch auf den Mantel ausgeübte Induktionserhitzung druckdicht versiegelt werden, wobei diese Versiegelung durch Heißaktivierung zumindest eines Haftmittels (6') erreicht wird, das an der Versiegelungsstelle zwischen der Innenseite des Mantels und der Außenseite des Deckels vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf das Umbiegen der Umschlagklappen (5') folgende Versiegelung mit einem Verdichten des unterliegenden Nahrungsmittelprodukts (8) einhergeht.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (5, 5a, 5b) an seiner Innenseite (2a) mit einem ersten heißaktivierbaren Haftmittel überzogen wird, wobei der Deckel (6, 6a, 6b) an seiner Außenseite (3a) mit einem zweiten heißaktivierbaren Haftmittel überzogen wird, das identisch zum ersten Haftmittel ist oder sich von diesem unterscheidet.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner in Schritt d) die beispielsweise in Form von Faltenbalgen umgebogenen, aneinandergrenzenden Abschnitte (P) des Mantels in dichter Weise durch Heißaktivierung des ersten Haftmittels versiegelt werden, indem sie bei dieser Induktionserhitzung aneinander gedrückt werden.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels Induktion auch der Mantelzuschnitt (4, 4a, 4b) in Schritt a) erhitzt wird, um den Erhalt der umgebogenen Abschnitte (P) der Umschlagklappen (5') zu erleichtern.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt a) im wesentlichen umfasst:a1) Ablängen einer von einer ersten Wickelrolle (10) abgewickelten ersten nachgiebigen Metallfolie (2) auf ein gewünschtes Format, um Mantelzuschnitte (4, 4a, 4b) bestimmter Geometrie und bestimmter Abmessungen zu erhalten,a2) Formen eines jeden Mantels (5, 5a, 5b) durch Umbiegen des entsprechenden Zuschnitts in einer Faltbuchse mit Hilfe eines Kolbens, danna3) Übergeben eines so gebildeten Mantels und Aufstellen am Boden (17a) einer Zelle (17), die von einer Induktionsheizvorrichtung (18) und von Verdichtungs- und Versiegelungsmitteln (19) überragt wird, die dazu bestimmt sind, das unterliegende Produkt (8) zu verdichten und die auf den Deckel (6, 6a, 6b) umgebogenen Umschlagklappen (5') und die auf sich selbst umgebogenen aneinandergrenzenden Abschnitte (P) unter Druck zu versiegeln.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt a) ferner vor dem Schritt a2) einen Schritt umfasst, um zumindest einen Heißklebestreifen (9, 9a, 9b) zum Öffnen einer jeden Verpackung an der Innenseite eines jeden Zuschnitts (4, 4a, 4b) zu versiegeln, welcher Heißklebestreifen dazu ausgelegt ist, die Verpackung durch Auftrennen beiderseits einer vorbestimmten Aufreißrichtung mittels einer Greifzunge (9)') zu öffnen, die am Ende dieses Streifens vorgesehen ist, die zuvor nach Abmessungen zugeschnitten wurde, die denen eines jeden Zuschnitts entsprechen.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b) nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. jeder Öffnungsstreifen (9, 9a, 9b) einer jeden Verpackung metallisiert wird und für die Heißsiegelung dieses Streifens an der Verpackung (5, 5a, 5b) mit einem dritten heißaktivierbaren Haftmittel (9A, 9D) überzogen wird, der mit dem einen und/oder anderen aus dem ersten und dem zweiten Haftmittel identisch ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt b) eine Kaltdosierung des Produkts (8) flüssiger bzw. pastöser Art innerhalb des Mantels (5, 5a, 5b) umfasst, wobei diese Dosierung vorteilhaft bei einer Temperatur von unter 30°C und beispielsweise zwischen 8° C und 12° C im Falle von Frischkäse durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt c) im wesentlichen umfasst:c1) Ablängen einer von einer zweiten Wickelrolle (20) abgewickelten zweiten nachgiebigen Metallfolie (3) auf das gewünschte Format, um Deckel (6, 6a, 6b) angepasster Geometrie und angepasster Abmessungen zu erhalten, um die Öffnung der Mäntel (5, 5a, 5b) bei Kontakt mit dem Produkt (8), das sie beinhalten, im wesentlichen zu verschließen, dannc2) Verdichten der oberen Fläche des in dem Mantel enthaltenen Produkts beim Einsetzen eines jeden Deckels, um diese Fläche unter dem Deckel auszugleichen.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Induktionserhitzung in Schritt d) unmittelbar über jeder Zelle (17), die den mit dem Deckel (6, 6a, 6b) versehenen Mantel (5, 5a, 5b) beinhaltet, und wahlweise seitlich auf beiden Seiten dieser Zelle durchgeführt wird.
- Dichte Verpackung (7, 7a, 7b), die ein Nahrungsmittelprodukt (8) flüssiger bzw. pastöser Art beinhaltet, wobei die Verpackung einen Mantel (5, 5a, 5b) aufweist, der das Produkt aufnimmt und seitlich umgibt, sowie einen das letztgenannte überragenden Deckel (6, 6a, 6b), wobei der Mantel und der Deckel beide auf Basis von metallischen Materialien, beispielweise auf Basis von Aluminium, bestehen, wobei die Verpackung mit einem Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche erhalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel durch Umbiegen einen Boden (5") und Seitenwände (5"') aufweist, die eine dem Boden entgegengesetzte Öffnung eingrenzen, die von dem Deckel im wesentlichen verschlossen wird, wobei diese Seitenwände auf sich selbst umgebogene aneinandergrenzende Abschnitte (P) aufweisen und mit Umschlagklappen (5') enden, die in dichter Weise auf der Außenseite (3a) des Deckels versiegelt sind, wobei zumindest ein heißaktivierbares Haftmittel (6'), wie etwa ein heißsiegelfähiger Lack oder ein heißschmelzender Klebstoff, an der Versiegelungsstelle zwischen der Innenseite (2a) des Mantels und dieser Außenseite des Deckels und an der Innenseite der umgebogenen Abschnitte vorgesehen ist, um letzte paarweise zu versiegeln.
- Dichte Verpackung (7, 7a, 7b) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner zumindest einen Heißklebestreifen (9, 9a, 9b) zum Öffnen der Verpackung aufweist, der dazu ausgelegt ist, sie durch Auftrennen beiderseits einer vorbestimmten Richtung mittels einer Greifzunge (9)') zu öffnen, die am Ende dieses Streifens vorgesehen ist, und der an der Innenseite (2a) des Mantels (5, 5a, 5b) heißversiegelt und teilweise metallisiert ist.
- Dichte Verpackung (7, 7a, 7b) nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt (8), das sie beinhaltet, aus einer Miniportion eines Milchprodukts, wie etwa Frisch- oder Schmelzkäse, besteht.
- Anlage (1) zum Herstellen von Verpackungen (7, 7a, 7b) zum Durchführen eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie im wesentlichen aufweist:- eine erste Wickelrolle (10), die dazu bestimmt ist, eine erste Folie (2) zu führen, die dazu geeignet ist, die Mantelzuschnitte (4, 4a, 4b) nach Ablängen dieses ersten Zuschnitts auf das adäquate Format zu bilden,- eine Einheit (14) zum Formen der Mäntel (5, 5a, 5b), welche dieser ersten Wickelrolle nachgelagert ist und eine Mehrzahl von Faltbuchsen aufweist, die jeweils von einem Kolben überragt werden,- eine zweite Wickelrolle (20), die dazu bestimmt ist, eine zweite Folie (3) zu führen, die dazu geeignet ist, nach dem Ablängen dieser zweiten Folie auf das Format gemäß der Öffnung eines jeden Mantels die Deckel (6, 6a, 6b) zu bilden,- Mittel zum Übergeben der Mäntel, die von der Formungseinheit geformt wurden, an eine Einheit (16) zum Befüllen, Bedeckeln und Versiegeln der Mäntel, die jeweils mit diesen Deckeln versehen sind,- wobei diese Befüll-, Bedeckel- und Versiegelungseinheit (16) eine Mehrzahl von Zellen (17) aufweist, die jeweils dazu ausgelegt sind, den Mantel aufzunehmen, und die von einer Induktionsheizvorrichtung (18), von Biegemitteln zum Umbiegen der Umschlagklappen (5') des Mantels auf den entsprechenden Deckel und von Verdichtungs- und Versiegelungsmitteln (19) überragt werden, um das unterliegende Produkt (8) zu verdichten und diese so umgebogenen Umschlagklappen an den Deckel anzudrücken, und- eine aus Förderern bestehende Einrichtung zum Führen der Folien, der Zuschnitte, der Mäntel und der befüllten, bedeckelten und versiegelten Verpackungen.
