Claims (18)
- Herstellungsverfahren einer Abdichtstruktur (16) für eine Kartonverpackung, umfassend einen rohrförmigen Körper, gefertigt aus einer oder mehreren Schichten eines kartonierten Materials und einem mit dem rohrförmigen Körper dicht verbundenen Deckel, wobei die Abdichtstruktur einen Kartondeckel und eine Sicherheitsmembran umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren die flache Verbindung von drei Materialien in Form von Bögen oder Bändern umfasst, nämlich- eines Zellulosematerials (3a), das mit mindestens einem reaktivierbaren Barrierematerial (3b) auf seiner Seite beschichtet ist, die zu der Sicherheitsmembran zeigt, den Kartondeckel (3) bildend,- eines Walzteils (6), das zwischen dem Kartondeckel und der Sicherheitsmembran ausgebildet ist, mit einer Form, die an die Form der Öffnung des rohrförmigen Körpers angepasst ist, gebildet aus Papier oder aus Papier (6a), das auf seiner Seite, die zum Kartondeckel zeigt, mit einem Material (6b) beschichtet ist, das in Bezug auf den Kartondeckel Siegeleigenschaften hat, und- eines Materials, das die Sicherheitsmembran (8) bildet, gebildet aus einem Papier (8a), das mit mindestens einem reaktivierbaren und abziehbaren Barrierematerial (8c) auf seiner Seite ausgestattet ist, die nicht zum Walzteil zeigt.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Walzteil auf den Kartondeckel auf seiner gesamten Oberfläche mit Ausnahme einer sich über den gesamten Umfang des Walzteils erstreckenden Randzone gesiegelt ist.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material, welches die Sicherheitsmembran bildet, vorgeschnitten wird, wobei eine Zunge (9) entsteht, dass die Zunge auf die Seite der Sicherheitsmembran geklappt wird, die dem Walzteil vor der Verbindung mit den anderen Materialien gegenüberliegt, und dass das die Sicherheitsmembran bildende Material teilweise auf die Randzone des Kartondeckels gesiegelt wird, die sich zwischen dem Rand des Walzteils und dem Rand der Abdichtstruktur befindet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das reaktivierbaren Barrierematerial des Kartondeckels von einem Kalt- oder Warmkleber ersetzt wird, wobei das Walzteil mit dem Kalt- oder Warmkleber vollständig geklebt wird und der Umfang der Membran auf den Kartondeckel mit dem Kalt- oder Warmkleber geklebt wird, mit Ausnahmen des Sektors, wo die Öffnungszunge platziert ist, um einen Luftauslassdurchgang zu lassen.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus den drei verbundenen Materialien gebildete Einheit geschnitten wird, wodurch die Abdichtstruktur in Form eines Flachteils (16) entsteht, umfassend einen zentralen Teil, dessen Form an die Form der Öffnung des rohrförmigen Körpers angepasst ist, umgeben von einem klappbaren Umfangsteil, das ausreichend ist, um die Abdichtstruktur mit der inneren Seitenwand des rohrförmigen Körpers dicht zu verbinden.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, kontinuierlich oder schrittweise getaktet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die drei Materialien, welche die Verbindung bilden, Bandmaterialien sind, dass das Band (4), welches dazu bestimmt ist, die Walzteile zu bilden, punktuell gegenüber dem Band (1) kommt, das bestimmt ist, die Kartondeckel zu bilden und geschnitten wird, wobei jedes Mal ein Walzteil gebildet wird, das auf das Band gesiegelt oder geklebt wird, das bestimmt ist, die Kartondeckel zu bilden, dass das Band (7), das bestimmt ist, die Sicherheitsmembran zu bilden, gemäß der Taktung des Verfahren den Vorschnitten und Klappvorgängen der Zunge unterzogen wird, danach Band auf Band mit dem Band verbunden wird, das bestimmt ist, die Kartondeckel zu bilden, indem es teilweise und nur auf den Teilen der Oberfläche des Kartondeckels gesiegelt und geklebt wird, die sich zwischen den Walzteilen und den Umfängen der Abdichtstrukturen befinden.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (4), welches dazu bestimmt ist, die Walzteile zu bilden, das Band (1), das bestimmt ist die Kartondeckel zu bilden, im Bereich eines Schneide- und Ablagewerkzeugs (A) kreuzt, dass das Schneidewerkzeug bei jedem Schritt ein Walzteil in der Form der Öffnung des rohrförmigen Körpers schneidet und dann das Walzteil an das Band anlegt, das bestimmt ist, die Kartondeckel zu bilden, bei gleichzeitigem Erwärmen der Kontaktzone, um dort die Barrierematerialien zu reaktivieren und eine Vorversiegeln oder ein Vorkleben durchzuführen, und dass ein Siegelwerkzeug, das nach dem Schneide- und Ablagewerkzeug angeordnet ist, das vollständige Siegeln oder Kleben des Walzteils vollendet, mit Ausnahme der sich über den gesamten Umfang des Walzteils erstreckenden Randzone.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (7), das bestimmt ist, die Sicherheitsmembran zu bilden, nacheinander ein Vorschneidewerkzeug von Zungen (9), ein Werkzeug, das die Zungen anhebt und umklappt und einen Hammer, welcher das abschließende Falten der Zungen, die zum Zentrum der Flachteile zeigen, durchquert.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das durch die Verbindung der drei Bandmaterialien hergestellte Band nach Anspruch 5 in individuelle Flachteile geschnitten wird, welche die Abdichtstrukturen bilden.
- Herstellungsverfahren einer Kartonverpackung, umfassend einen rohrförmigen Körper (54), gefertigt aus einer oder mehreren Schichten eines kartonierten Materials und einem mit dem rohrförmigen Körper dicht verbundenen Deckel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst:- das Herstellen einer Abdichtstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 9,- das Einführen der Abdichtstruktur in ein Formgebungs-, Ablage- und Siegelwerkzeug (E), das Erwärmen und das schüsselartige Formen der Abdichtstruktur, das Einführen und das Siegeln der Schüssel in dem rohrförmigen Körper mittels des Formgebungs-, Ablage- und Siegelwerkzeugs,- das Vorschneiden der Seitenwand des rohrförmigen Körpers und der Membran gemäß einer Umfangslinie, die sich über der Zunge befindet.
- Herstellungsverfahren einer Kartonverpackung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende des rohrförmigen Körpers, welches die Abdichtstruktur aufnimmt, einer Endbearbeitung unterzogen wird, die umfasst:- ein Klappen über seinen gesamten Umfang mittels eines Saumwerkzeugs, das einen runden Saum bildet,- die Umwandlung des runden Saums in einen flachen Profilsaum (81) durch vertikales und seitliches Drücken,- das Ausbilden eines weiblichen Stapelprofils (82, 84, 87) in dem flachen Profilsaum mittels eines Werkzeugs mit Rolle, ausgewählt in Abhängigkeit vom männlichen Stapelprofil des Bodens der Dose, die bestimmt ist, auf der Kartonverpackung gestapelt zu werden.
- Trägerband von Abdichtstrukturen von rohrförmigen Verpackungskörpern, umfassend jeweils einen Kartonkörper und eine Sicherheitsmembran, hergestellt nach einem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, wobei das Band von einer flachen Verbindung von drei Materialien gebildet ist, nämlich:- eines bandförmigen Zellulosematerials (3a), das mit mindestens einem reaktivierbaren Barrierematerial (3b) auf seiner Seite beschichtet ist, die zu der Sicherheitsmembran zeigt, die Kartondeckel (3) bildend,- einer Vielzahl von Walzteilen (6), das zwischen dem Kartondeckel und der Sicherheitsmembran ausgebildet sind, mit einer Form, die an die Form der Öffnung des rohrförmigen Körpers angepasst ist, gebildet aus Papier oder aus Papier (6a), das auf seiner Seite, die zum Kartondeckel zeigt, mit einem Material (6b) beschichtet ist, das in Bezug auf den Kartondeckel Siegeleigenschaften hat, und- eines bandförmigen Materials, das die Sicherheitsmembran (8) bildet, gebildet aus einem Papier (8a), das mit mindestens einem reaktivierbaren und abziehbaren Barrierematerial (8c) auf seiner Seite ausgestattet ist, die nicht zum Walzteil zeigt,- wobei das Material, welches die Sicherheitsmembran bildet, einen Vorschnitt aufweist, bei dem eine Zunge (9) entsteht, wobei die Zunge auf die Seite der Sicherheitsmembran geklappt wird, die dem Walzteil gegenüberliegt, und das die Sicherheitsmembran bildende Material teilweise auf die Randzone des Kartondeckels gesiegelt wird, die sich zwischen dem Rand des Walzteils und dem Rand der Abdichtstruktur befindet.- wobei die Walzteile auf das Band gesiegelt oder geklebt werden, das bestimmt ist, die Kartondeckel zu bilden, wobei das Band (7), das bestimmt ist, die Sicherheitsmembran zu bilden, Band auf Band mit dem Band verbunden wird, das bestimmt ist, die Kartondeckel zu bilden, indem es teilweise und nur auf den Teilen der Oberfläche des Kartondeckels gesiegelt und geklebt wird, die sich zwischen den Walzteilen und den Umfängen der Abdichtstrukturen befinden.
- Abdichtstruktur in Form eines Flachteils (16) für eine Kartonverpackung, umfassend einen rohrförmigen Körper, gefertigt aus einer oder mehreren Schichten eines kartonierten Materials, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtstruktur einen Kartondeckel (3), eine Sicherheitsmembran (8) und ein Walzteil (6) umfasst,- wobei der Kartondeckel (3) aus einem Zellulosematerial (3a) gebildet ist, das mindestens auf seiner Seite, die zu der Sicherheitsmembran (8) zeigt, mit einem reaktivierbaren Barrierematerial (3b) beschichtet ist,- wobei das Walzteil (6), das zwischen dem Kartondeckel (3) und der Sicherheitsmembran (8) ausgebildet ist, von Papier oder Papier (6a) gebildet ist, das auf seiner Seite, die zum Kartondeckel zeigt, mit einem Material (6b) beschichtet ist, das im Bezug zu dem Kartondeckel Siegeleigenschaften hat, und- wobei die Sicherheitsmembran (8) von einem Papier (8a) gebildet ist, das mit mindestens einem reaktivierbaren und abziehbaren Barrierematerial (8c) auf seiner Seite ausgestattet ist, die nicht zum Walzteil (6) zeigt.
- Abdichtstruktur in Form eines Flachteils (16) nach Anspruch 13, hergestellt gemäß einem Schneideverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 9, umfassend einen zentralen Teil, dessen Form an die Form der Öffnung des rohrförmigen Körpers angepasst ist, umgeben von einem klappbaren Umfangsteil, das ausreichend ist, um die Abdichtstruktur mit der inneren Seitenwand des rohrförmigen Körpers dicht zu verbinden.
- Abdichtstruktur in Form eines Flachteils (16) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (9) ein distales Ende mit einer Breite, die ausreichend ist, um ein komfortables Ergreifen durch einen Verbraucher zu gestatten, einen verengten Abschnitt, der in der Nähe ihres proximalen Endes des gesiegelten Teils der Sicherheitsmembran einen Verbindungshals bildet, und eine Rundung zwischen dem Hals und dem gesiegelten Teil der Sicherheitsmembran aufweist.
- Abdichtstruktur nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das distale Ende eine etwa kreisrunde Form mit einem Durchmesser zwischen 10 und 14 mm inklusive aufweist, dass die Länge der Zunge zwischen 22 und 30 mm inklusive beträgt und dass die Breite des Verbindungshalses zwischen 4 und 6 mm inklusive beträgt.
- Kartonverpackung, umfassend einen rohrförmigen Körper (5), gefertigt aus einer oder mehreren Schichten eines kartonierten Materials und einem mit dem rohrförmigen Körper dicht verbundenen Deckel, hergestellt durch Verbinden des rohrförmigen Körpers mit einer Abdichtstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14 nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11.
- Kartonverpackung nach Anspruch 17, hergestellt durch Verbinden des rohrförmigen Körpers mit einer Abdichtstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16.
