Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zur Fertigung von einem oder mehreren Blättern (1) aus einem Tabak beinhaltenden Material, die mit einem Klebestreifen versehen sind, und das zumindest die nachstehenden Schritte umfasst:
    - ein Schritt mit Herstellung einer starren, zylinderförmigen Hülse (9), die aus der Verbindung zweier Röhrchen (2, 3) gebildet wird, die ineinander gesteckt werden können, wobei jedes Röhrchen (2, 3) durch Aufschneiden eines hohlen Kunststoffstabs aus wärmeschweißfähigem Material und Verschluss durch Heißversiegelung eines Endes (4, 5) des Röhrchens (2, 3) geformt wird, und wobei jedes Röhrchen (2, 3) auf eine Länge zwischen 75% und 95% der Länge des Blatts (1) zugeschnitten wird;
    - Aufwickeln von mindestens einem Blatt (1) ohne Zuhilfenahme eines zylinderförmigen Trägers;
    - Einführen des besagten aufgerollten Blatts (1) in die besagte starre, zylinderförmige Hülse (9), die aus der Verbindung zweier Röhrchen (2, 3) gebildet wird, die ineinander gesteckt werden können, wobei die besagten Röhrchen (2, 3) jeweils ein geschlossenes Ende umfassen, das sich an den entgegengesetzten Enden der Hülse (9) befindet, wenn die Röhrchen (2, 3) montiert sind;
    - ein Schritt mit Einbau von abnehmbaren Mitteln zur Befestigung der Röhrchen (2, 3) aneinander.
  2. Verfahren zur Fertigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Röhrchen (2, 3) aus Polypropylen oder aus Polyethylen realisiert sind.
  3. Verfahren zur Fertigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Haftetikett (6) überlappend auf die beiden Röhrchen (2, 3) aufgebracht wird, damit die abnehmbaren Mittel zur Befestigung geformt werden.
  4. Verfahren zur Fertigung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt umfasst, bei dem zumindest eine Hülse (9), die ein Blatt (1) enthält, in eine weiche Verpackung (7) gegeben wird.
  5. Verfahren zur Fertigung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt umfasst, bei dem eine Mehrzahl von Hülsen (9), die ein Blatt (1) enthalten, in eine weiche Verpackung (7) gegeben wird.
  6. Verfahren zur Fertigung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiche Verpackung (7) hermetisch ist, um die Frische des Blatts (1) zu garantieren.
  7. Verfahren zur Fertigung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiche Verpackung (7) aus einem Verbundmaterial realisiert ist, das eine Aluminiumfolie umfasst.
  8. Fertigung von zumindest einem Blatt (1) aus einem Tabak beinhaltenden Material, die umfasst:
    - Ein ohne Zuhilfenahme eines zylinderförmigen Trägers aufgewickeltes Blatt (1), das mit einem Klebestreifen versehen ist;
    - eine starre, zylinderförmige Hülse (9), die aus zwei Röhrchen (2, 3) gebildet wird, die ineinander gesteckt werden können, um das besagte Blatt zu umschließen, wobei die besagten Röhrchen (2, 3) jeweils ein dicht versiegeltes Ende aufweisen, das sich an den entgegengesetzten Enden der Hülse (9) befindet, wenn die Röhrchen (2, 3) ineinander gesteckt sind, wobei jedes Röhrchen (2, 3) durch Aufschneiden eines hohlen Kunststoffstabs aus wärmeschweißfähigem Material hergestellt ist, um ein Röhrchen (2, 3) zu bilden, und der Verschluss durch Heißversiegelung eines Endes (4, 5) des Röhrchens (2, 3), wobei jedes Röhrchen (2, 3) eine Länge zwischen 75% und 95% der Länge des Blatts (1) aufweist;
    - abnehmbare Mittel zur Befestigung der Röhrchen (2, 3) aneinander.
  9. Fertigung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine weiche hermetische Verpackung (7) umfasst, in der zumindest eine starre, zylinderförmige Hülse (9) angeordnet ist, die ein Blatt (1) beinhaltet.
