Claims (17)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une feuille pliée, la feuille (1) étant amenée, alignée et pliée, pendant l'amenage, la feuille (1) étant amenée dans une position oblique par rapport au sens de la marche (A),

  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alignement (2) est une unité modulaire séparée qui peut être associée à différents systèmes d'amenage et/ou systèmes de pliage (3).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'entrée dans le dispositif d'alignement (2), la feuille (1) reste en partie sur les courroies transporteuses (7, 8) et elle est soumise par ces dernières à une force d'avance.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la feuille (1) arrive vers des butées (9) du dispositif d'alignement (2) sur lesquelles les bords (5, 6) de la feuille (1) sont alignés.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'après malignement, une dépression est appliquée à la feuille (1) de sorte à fixer cette dernière dans l'alignement créé par les butées (9).

    le système de pliage (3) est une plieuse à poches, dont la première poche (11) est adaptée par sa conformation (11A) aux bords (5, 6) amenés en position oblique de la feuille (1).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval de la plieuse à poches sont montés un trajet de convoyage (14) et une plieuse à poches supplémentaire (15), la première poche (16) de la plieuse à poches (15) montée en aval étant adaptée par sa conformation (16A) aux bords (5, 6) amenés en position oblique de la feuille (1).

Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alignement (2) comporte des butées (9) qui sont adaptées aux bords (5, 6) amenés en position oblique de la feuille (1) et qui sont rotatives autour d'axes de rotation (C, D, E) dans le sens de la marche (A) de la feuille (1) alignée.
  14. Dispositif pour la fabrication d'une feuille pliée, notamment pour la réalisation du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, avec un système d'amenage (7, 8), un dispositif d'alignement (2) et un système de pliage (3), le dispositif d'alignement (3) comportant au moins une butée (9) pour amener la feuille en position oblique, laquelle est rotative autour d'un axe de rotation (C, D, E) dans le sens de la marche (A) de la feuille (1) alignée,
