Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Regulierventil, das insbesondere in eine mit einem Innengewinde ausgeführte Bohrung eines hydraulischen Türschließers befestigbar ist, mit einem Grundkörper, an den sich ein Regulierabschnitt anschließt, und einem am Grundkörper befindliches Gewinde, welches in das Innengewinde der Bohrung eines hydraulischen Türschließers eingeschraubt wird, wobei der Grundkörper eine Aufnahme mit Erhebungen aufweist, welche in eine Oberfläche eines montierten Einlegeteils eingreifen.
In der DE 102 28 872 B4 ist ein Regulierventil für einen Türschließer of- fenbart, der aus einem Grundkörper und einem Regulierabschnitt besteht. Am Grundkörper befindet sich zur Regulierung des Regulierventils ein Gewinde, das in einer Bohrung des Türschließers eindrehbar ist. Der Regulierabschnitt ist hierbei hülsenartig ausgeführt und über eine Kugelgelenkverbindung mit dem Grundkörper verbunden. Um ein ungewolltes Verdre- hen des Regulierventils, insbesondere des Regulierabschnittes, zu verhindern, ist eine am Regulierabschnitt angeordnete Verdrehsicherung vorgesehen, die als Ansatz oder Vorsprung ausgebildet ist. Dieser Ansatz ist in einer Nut innerhalb des Gehäuses des Türschließers längsbeweglich geführt.
Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Regulierventil der eingangs beschriebenen Art zu schaffen, das einfach gestaltet ist, wobei ein ungewolltes, eigenständiges Verstellen des Regulierventils während des Betriebes ausgeschlossen ist. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird ein Regulierventil mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 vorgeschlagen. In den abhängigen Ansprüchen sind bevorzugte Weiterbildungen ausgeführt.
Dazu ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, in einer Aufnahme, in der ein Einlegeteil montiert wird, mindestens eine Erhebung vorzusehen, welche in eine Oberfläche eines montierten Einlegeteils derart eingreift, um bei einer axialen Drehbewegung des Regulierventils das Einlegeteil in Drehrichtung zu bewegen, wobei das Einlegeteil mit der Bohrung oder dem Innengewin- de des Türschließers klemmend, sowie mit einem Reibmoment versehen, zusammenwirkt. Der Außendurchmesser des Einlegeteils weist einen größeren Durchmesser auf als die Bohrung oder das Innengewinde des Türschließers. Hierdurch erhöht sich das Reibmoment des Einlegeteils an der Bohrung oder an dem Innengewinde des Türschließers.
Dadurch wird eine klemmende und dichtende Wirkung auch bei axialer Drehbewegung erzielt. Weiterhin wird durch die Klemmwirkung ein unbeabsichtigtes, eigenständiges Lösen oder Verdrehen des Regulierventils vermieden.
Eine weitere Verbesserung wird dadurch erzielt, dass die Erhebung in dem in eine Oberfläche eines Einlegeteils eingreifenden Abschnitt kerbförmig ausgeführt ist. Damit kann der erhabene Abschnitt in die Oberfläche eines Einlegeteils eingreifen und als eine Art Mitnehmer für das Einlegeteil fun- gieren.
Von besonderem Vorteil ist, dass das Einlegeteil elastisch verformbar ist. Hierdurch kann die Erhebung auf leichte Art in eine Oberfläche eines Einlegeteils eingreifen. Ebenso können Toleranzfelder überbrückt werden. Weiterhin von Vorteil ist, dass das Einlegeteil mit der Bohrung oder dem Innengewinde des Türschließers dichtend zusammenwirkt. Hierdurch wird die erforderliche Dichtfunktion umgesetzt.
Selbstverständlich können in der Aufnahme mehrere Erhebungen vorhanden sein. Es ist ebenfalls denkbar, dass Erhebungen vorhanden sind, die innerhalb der Aufnahme an gegenüberliegenden Flächen angeordnet sind.
Zur Veranschaulichung der Lösung sind nachfolgende Figuren beigefügt.

Figur 1 zeigt ein Regulierventil 1 , welches für einen hydraulischen Tür- Schließer vorgesehen ist. Hierbei kann es sich um diverse Türschließer handeln, die beispielsweise mit einer Kurvenexzenterscheibe gemäß DE 103 61 085 A1 oder mit einer Zahnstange gemäß DE 199 01 234 C1 betreibbar sind. Das Regulierventil 1 besteht aus einem Regulierabschnitt 2 sowie einem Grundkörper 2a. An einem Ende des Regulierventils 1 be- findet sich der Regulierabschnitt 2 und dem Regulierabschnitt 2 gegenüberliegendem Ende ein Betätigungsabschnitt 7. Zwischen diesen Enden befindet sich ein Gewinde 3 sowie eine Aufnahme 4, welche Erhebungen 6 aufweist.
Figur 2 zeigt das Regulierventil 1 in einer Seitenansicht. Im Abschnitt der Aufnahme 4 befinden sich Erhebungen 6 sowie auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Erhebungen 6 innerhalb der Aufnahme 4 eine Anlagefläche 5. An einem Ende des Regulierventils 1 (hier auf der linken Seite der Darstellung) weist das Regulierventil 1 einen Betätigungsabschnitt 7 auf.
Figur 3 zeigt eine Detailansicht aus Figur 1 , bei der innerhalb der Aufnahme 4 Erhebungen 6 dargestellt sind.
Figur 4 zeigt das Regulierventil 1 mit einem montierten Einlegeteil 8 in einer Seitenansicht. Die Erhebungen 6 wirken gegen eine Seite des Einlege- teils 8 und drücken das Einlegeteil 8 gegen die auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Erhebungen 6 befindliche Anlagefläche 5.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Regulierventil (1 ), das insbesondere in eine mit einem Innengewinde ausgeführte Bohrung eines hydraulischen Türschließers befestigbar ist, mit einem Grundkörper (2a), an den sich ein Regulierabschnitt (2) anschließt, und einem am Grundkörper (2a) befindliches Gewinde (3), welches in das Innengewinde der Bohrung eines hydraulischen Türschließers eingeschraubt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Aufnahme (4) für ein Einlegeteil (8) mindestens eine Erhebung (6) vorhanden ist, welche in eine Oberfläche eines Einlegeteils (8) derart eingreift, dass bei einer axialen Drehbewegung des Regulierventils (1) das Einlegeteil (8) in Drehrichtung bewegt wird, wobei das Einlegeteil (8) mit der Bohrung oder dem Innengewinde des Türschließers klemmend zusammenwirkt.
2. Regulierventil (1) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erhebung (6) in dem in die Oberfläche des Einlegeteils (8) eingreifenden Abschnitt kerbförmig ausgebildet ist.
3. Regulierventil (1) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einlegeteil (8) elastisch verformbar ist.
4. Regulierventil (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einlegeteil (8) mit der Bohrung oder dem Innengewinde des Tür- Schließers dichtend zusammenwirkt.
