Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种调节阀,该调节阀尤其可以被固定到液压闭门器的实施有内螺纹的孔中,该调节阀具有基体和位于基体上的螺纹,调节区段连到所述基体上,所述螺纹被旋入到液压闭门器的孔的内螺纹中,其中,基体具有带隆起部的容纳处,所述隆起部嵌接到已装配的嵌入件的表面中。
背景技术
在DE 10228872B4中公开一种用于闭门器的调节阀,该闭门器由基体和调节区段组成。为了调节该调节阀,螺纹位于基体上,该螺纹可以旋入闭门器的孔中。这里,调节区段实施为套状,并且通过球头铰链连接件与基体相连。为了阻止调节阀,尤其是调节区段无意的扭转,设置有布置在调节区段上的防扭转机构,将该防扭转机构构造为接长部或突起部。该接长部在闭门器壳体内的沟槽中可纵向运动地引导。
发明内容
本发明的任务是:完成开头描述类型的调节阀,该调节阀被简单地构造,其中,排除了运行期间,调节阀的无意的、自主的调整。
本发明的任务通过本发明提供的调节阀实现。
根据本发明提供的调节阀,所述调节阀能够固定到液压闭门器的实施有内螺纹的孔中,所述调节阀具有基体和位于所述基体上的螺纹,调节区段连到所述基体上,所述螺纹被旋入到液压闭门器的所述孔的所述内螺纹中,其特征在于,在嵌入件用的容纳处中存在至少一个隆起部,其中,所述隆起部在嵌接到所述嵌入件表面中的区段内呈槽状地构造。
为此,根据本发明设置为:在容纳处中设置有至少一个隆起部,嵌入件被装配在该容纳处中,其中,隆起部在嵌接到嵌入件表面中的区段内呈槽状地实施。因此,隆起的所述区段可以嵌接到嵌入件表面中,并且作为针对嵌入件的一种类型的卡子(Mitnehmer)起作用。
由此,即便在轴向转动时也实现夹紧作用和密封作用。此外,通过夹紧作用来避免调节阀意外的、自主的松脱或者扭转。
特别的优点是:嵌入件可弹性地变形。由此,隆起部能够以简单的方式嵌接到嵌入件表面中。同样,能够弥补公差域(Toleranzfelder)。
此外,优点是:嵌入件与闭门器的孔或者内螺纹密封地共同作用。由此,实现了必需的密封功能。
另外的改善方案通过如下方式来实现,即,该隆起部以如下方式嵌接到已装配的嵌入件的表面中,以便在调节阀轴向转动运动时使嵌入件在转动方向上运动,其中,嵌入件与闭门器的孔或者内螺纹夹紧地,以及设有摩擦力矩地共同作用。与闭门器的孔或者内螺纹相比,嵌入件的外直径具有更大的直径。由此,嵌入件在闭门器的孔上或者在内螺纹上的摩擦力矩得以提高。
当然在容纳处中可以存在多个隆起部。同样可设想:存在如下的隆起部,该隆起部在容纳处内布置在相对置的面上。

具体实施方式
图1示出调节阀1,该调节阀1设置用于液压闭门器。在这里,涉及不同的闭门器,所述闭门器例如根据DE 10361085A1可以借助于偏心凸轮盘操作或者根据DE 19901234C1可以借助于齿条操作。调节阀1由调节区段2以及基体2a组成。调节区段2位于调节阀1的其中一个端部上,并且操作区段7位于与调节区段2对置的端部上。螺纹3以及容纳处4位于这两个端部之间,该容纳处4具有隆起部6。

2.根据权利要求1所述的调节阀(1),其特征在于,所述嵌入件(8)能弹性地变形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的调节阀(1),其特征在于,所述嵌入件(8)与所述闭门器的所述孔或者所述内螺纹密封地共同作用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的调节阀(1),其特征在于,所述隆起部(6)通过如下方式嵌接到嵌入件(8)的表面中,即,在所述调节阀(1)轴向转动运动时,所述嵌入件(8)在转动方向上运动,其中,所述嵌入件(8)与所述闭门器的所述孔或者所述内螺纹夹紧地共同作用。
