Claims (9)
- Produit abrasif (1) pour le traitement de surfaces comprenant une feuille continue porteuse (2) et une couche abrasive (3) attachée à la feuille continue porteuse (2), le produit abrasif (1) présentant au moins une zone affaiblie (4) en forme de ligne, caractérisé en ce que la zone affaiblie (4) est une coupe (5) disposée sur au moins une surface (9 ; 10) de la couche abrasive (3), laquelle soit s'étend d'un premier bord libre (6) de la couche abrasive (3) vers un deuxième bord libre (6) de la couche abrasive (3), soit forme une forme fermée.
- Produit abrasif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la feuille continue porteuse (2) est une bande et la coupe (5) est disposée transversalement au sens longitudinal de la bande.
- Produit abrasif (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande présente plusieurs coupes (5) espacées les unes des autres dans le sens longitudinal et qui s'étendent dans le sens transversal.
- Produit abrasif (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'écart entre deux coupes (5) voisines est d'environ 14 cm et la bande a une largeur d'environ 11 cm.
- Produit abrasif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs coupes (5) sont disposées en croix.
- Produit abrasif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la coupe (5) est continue à travers la couche abrasive (3).
- Produit abrasif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la feuille continue porteuse (2) prévue est un produit alvéolaire, notamment en une mousse de polyuréthane, séparable le long de la coupe (5), de préférence manuellement.
- Produit abrasif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la feuille continue porteuse (2) présente une épaisseur de 1 à 10 mm, notamment de 4 à 6 mm.
- Produit abrasif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la feuille continue porteuse (2) possède dans la zone affaiblie (4) une résistance à la déchirure de 10-35 N/50 mm, de préférence de 16-27 N/50 mm.
