Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a furniture pullout guide for a furniture pullout part, such as a furniture pullout piece.
  • a drawer comprising a fixable on a side wall of a furniture body in a horizontally oriented position of use guide rail and coupled with a powderauszugsteil track, which is mounted and supported longitudinally displaceable on the guide rail, wherein a front end of the furniture drawer guide and thus the guide rail and the track associated with the front of the furniture body, while a rear end of the furniture drawer guide is associated with the back of the furniture body and the guide rail is overlapped by the running rail of the cover of a furniture body facing top of the guide rail ago and the running rail in the front end region of the guide rail via a stationary the guide rail fastened support device supported vertically and within the displacement region of the running rail relative to the guide rail via a arranged on the guide rail and hopefullyi ndest against this sliding guide device vertically supported and guided horizontally.
  • a furniture drawer guide of the generic type is for example from the DE 20 2007 011 533 U1 known.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a furniture drawer guide of the generic type, on the one hand cost-effectively and on the other hand is equipped with good leadership properties.
  • the guide rail in its cooperating with the guide device upper end portion has an approximately T-shaped or triangular cross section and that the guide rail consists of a T-shaped or triangular guide portion having profile web and in their end with each other identical fastening elements is provided, which are manufactured as separate components and fixedly connected to the guide rail, wherein the arranged in the front end region of the guide rail fastener receives and carries the support means.
  • the support means arranged in the front end region of the guide rail By the support means arranged in the front end region of the guide rail, a very stable support of a furniture extracting part is achieved, in particular in the extended state, because the high forces acting on the front end region of the guide rail, in particular when the furniture pull-out part is extended, can be intercepted particularly well by a solid support device.
  • This arranged on the guide rail and along this sliding guide means is an additional vertical support and beyond a vertical guide the track, the guide means can be stirred relatively short, which has a favorable effect on the material and manufacturing costs for a corresponding Mtibelauszugs Adjust.
  • a furniture drawer slide according to the present invention can also be seen from the synopsis of the above document and the DE 3 323 195 A1 without deriving inventive step, since the latter document has no two fasteners and also shows no support means which is taken up and carried by a front fastener.
  • the support means consists of one or more rollers.
  • the support of the running rail over one or more rollers results in a very low-friction and smooth-running guidance and thus also a quiet running of the entire furniture drawer guide.
  • the support means consists of one or more rigid sliders.
  • the support means with rollers or sliders forms a mounting unit which is preferably fixed detent on the guide rail or on a fastener connected to the guide rail.
  • support devices can be optimally prefabricated economically and fixed easily and without tools on a guide rail if necessary.
  • the guide rail has an approximately T-shaped cross-section in its upper end region cooperating with the guide device.
  • the guide means engage over the guide rail from above and have an approximately C-shaped cross section, wherein mutually facing and separated by a longitudinal slot webs of the guide means engage behind the crosspiece of the guide rail from below.
  • the rigidity of the guide rail can be further increased, that in the central longitudinal axis of the guide rail upwardly slightly projecting divider is formed, which merges on both sides via concave rounded in the crossbar.
  • the height of the separating web may be smaller than the radius of the two rounded portions, so that there is relatively little additional material requirement for the formation of the separating web, but at the same time an enormous stabilization of the guide rail is achieved.
  • the guide device is designed as a ball cage for receiving at least three rolling elements in the form of balls whose radius is slightly smaller than the radius of the rounded portions in the transition region between the divider and the crossbar guide rail.
  • the distance of the balls transversely to the separating web is smaller than the diameter of the balls.
  • the furniture drawer guide 1 essentially comprises a guide rail 2 which can be fixed to a side wall of a furniture body (not shown) and a running rail 3 which can be coupled to a furniture pull-out part (not shown).
  • the running rail 3 is mounted longitudinally displaceably on the guide rail 2 and supported.
  • a furniture drawer guide 1 is mounted within a furniture body in a horizontal orientation on a side wall, wherein a front end of the furniture drawer guide and thus the guide rail 2 and the running rail 3 of the front of the furniture body is assigned, while the rear end of the furniture drawer guide the back of Assign furniture body is.
  • the guide rail 2 is overlapped by the running rail 3 from the top of the guide rail 2 forth, wherein the term top is to be understood that this top is always facing the cover of a furniture body.
  • the running rail 3 is vertically supported in the front end region of the guide rail 2 by means of a supporting device 4 fastened fixedly to the guide rail 2.
  • a supporting device 4 fastened fixedly to the guide rail 2.
  • the support device 4 consists of a roller 4a, which is rotatable about an axis 4b and stored in a bearing housing 4c.
  • the bearing housing 4c with the roller 4a is pushed onto the guide rail 2 at the front end of the guide rail 2 and fixed relative to the guide rail 2, for example by latching.
  • the running rail 3 which in the embodiment of the FIGS. 1 to 19 has an approximately ⁇ -shaped cross section, supported with its upper end wall 3a resting.
  • the support device 4 consisting of the bearing housing 4c, the roller 4a and the axle 4b forms a mounting unit, which in its entirety is preferably lockable relative to the guide rail 2.
  • the support means 4 may alternatively have a plurality of such rollers 4a 4a to the roller 4a.
  • the support means 4 instead of one or more rollers 4a with one or more rigid sliders on which then the running rail 3 is slidably supported.
  • the support means 4 causes a stable vertical support of the running rail 3 in the front end region of the guide rail 2, which is so far of great importance, as here the largest vertical loads occur especially in a partially or fully extended furniture pullout.
  • the support means 4 can also be designed so that it can also have horizontal guiding properties.
  • the already mentioned above guide means 5 is provided.
  • the guide device 5 in particular the FIGS. 18a to 18c can be seen from a ball cage 5a, which engages over the guide rail 2 in its upper end region.
  • the guide device can - used without rolling elements, serve as a slider.
  • the guide rail 2 is in this upper end region, which FIG. 9 makes particularly clear, provided with an approximately T-shaped cross-section, wherein in the middle of the transverse web 2a an upwardly extending, extending in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 2 separating web 2b is formed.
  • the divider 2b goes over rounding 2c in said crosspiece 2a on.
  • the ball cage 5a which engages around the guide rail 2 from above, is provided with rolling bodies in the form of balls 5b in the region above the transverse web 2a. These balls 5b have a diameter which is slightly smaller than the diameter of the rounded portions 2c.
  • the seen in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 2 distance of the balls 5b to each other is chosen so that the balls 5b rest in the mounted state in the rounded portions 2c, which FIG. 16 as well as FIG. 17 make clear.
  • these two figures also show that the balls 5b seen in the running direction of the ball cage 5a have a distance from one another which is smaller than the diameter of the balls 5b. This is possible on the one hand in that the height of the separating web 2b is smaller than the radius of the balls 5b and in that the width of the separating web 2b is kept correspondingly small.
  • the balls 5b are in the upper corner regions of the running rail 3, which are advantageously rounded according to the radius of the balls 5b.
  • the above-mentioned arrangement makes it possible to choose despite relatively small width of the running rail 3 relatively large ball diameter for the balls 5b with the advantage that the surface pressure of the balls 5b on the running surfaces is relatively low and that also a relatively high smoothness when moving the Running rail 3 relative to the guide rail 2 results.
  • the ball cage 5a is equipped with a total of three balls 5b, which due to the overlap according to the FIGS. 16 and 17 must be arranged offset from one another in the longitudinal direction.
  • the same would apply if a ball cage 5a is equipped with more than three balls 5b, even then the balls would have to be 5b arranged offset on the different sides of the ball cage 5a in the longitudinal direction against each other.
  • FIGS. 16 to 18c moreover make clear that the ball cage 5a has an approximately C-shaped cross-section, wherein mutually facing and separated by a longitudinal slot 5c webs 5d engage behind the transverse web 2a of the guide rail 2 from below.
  • rollers 5e are arranged in the two webs, which bear against the lower surfaces of the transverse web 2a of the guide rail 2 and can run along these surfaces.
  • a slider made of a plastic which has a low coefficient of friction with respect to the preferably made of metal guide rails 2 and rails 3.
  • the FIGS. 8 to 12 make it particularly clear that the guide rail 2 is equipped in its end with fasteners 6, which are made as separate components and firmly connected to the actual guide rail 2, preferably welded to the guide rail 2.
  • fasteners 6 at the end portions of the guide rail 2 are formed identical to each other.
  • the fastening elements 6 are designed such that one of these fastening elements 6 can receive and support the support device 4 arranged in the front end region of the guide rail 2.
  • the fastening elements 6 furthermore have a mounting flange 6a, which makes it possible to fix the guide rail 2 permanently connected to the fastening elements 6 to a side wall of a furniture carcass, for example by means of screws.
  • the fasteners 6 are formed as one-piece stamped and bent parts and made of metal, which are very stable and stable by stiffening beads 6b despite comparatively low material usage. This also makes a contribution to reducing the material used for a furniture drawer slide 1 according to the invention.
  • stiffening beads 6b extend what FIG. 9 particularly clearly shows, from the respective mounting flange 6a to an oppositely angled web 6c, at the end then the guide rail 2 is attached.
  • a furniture drawer guide 1 according to the invention can be provided with a self-closing device 7, which is arranged in the rear end region of the furniture drawer guide 1. Structure and mode of action such a self-retracting device 7 are known per se and therefore need not be further explained at this point.
  • the Caribbeansvorraum 7 is equipped in a known manner with a driver 7a, which is first taken in pulling out of a closed position by an activator 3b of the track 3 in the opening direction until the driver 7a is swung out of the attack area of the activator 3b in a known manner , In this swung-out position, the driver 7a is fixed against displacement, in this position then a spring 7b of the self-retracting device 7 is tensioned.
  • the activator 3b If, after a partial or complete excerpt of the furniture extracting part, it moves back into the closing direction, the activator 3b returns to the area of the driver 7a and releases it from the fixed position. This allows a displacement of the driver 7a in the closing direction and the spring 7b ensures an automatic retraction of the furniture drawer part into its closed position.
  • the activator 3b is issued from the upper wall portion 3a of the running rail 3 by punching and bending. Additional components and assembly steps for attaching an activator are thus no longer possible, which in turn has a favorable effect on the total cost of the furniture drawer guide 1.
  • the activator 3b which is provided to control the driver 7a of the self-closing device 7, can also be used as an end stop for the open position.
  • the activator 3b lies in the cross-sectional area of the guide device 5, which strikes against the support device 4 in its fully extended state with its front end side. With a correspondingly wide excerpt then the activator 3b abuts the rear end wall of the guide device 5, so that so that the fully open position is limited.
  • the activator 3b fulfills two functions, namely as a control means for the driver 7a of the self-closing device 7 as an end stop for limiting the extension length of the pullout guide. 3
  • the guide device 5 may be provided in deviation from the previously illustrated and described embodiment, each with adjacent pairs of balls 5b.
  • the upper, approximately T-shaped portion of the guide rail 2 is offset from the center out.
  • FIG. 21 is the T-shaped guide portion of the guide rail 2 in turn arranged centrally, compared to the embodiment of the FIGS. 1 to 19 but in cross-section significantly larger.
  • FIG. 22 Another modification of the T-shaped guide region of the guide rail 2 results from FIG. 22 , in which the divider 2b in the T-shaped guide region of the guide rail 2 is once again made significantly wider than in the embodiment according to FIG. 21 ,
  • the embodiment of the invention according to FIG. 23 is the upper guide portion of the guide rail 2 instead of a divider provided with a groove 2 d, in which in a series successive balls 5 b of a guide device 5 are vertically supported.
  • the running rail 3 analogously has an upwardly bulging groove 3c, in which the balls 5b of the guide device 5 are guided. This also results in addition to the vertical support of the running rail 3 and a horizontal guide.
  • the guide-relevant upper region of the guide rail 2 has an approximately triangular cross-section.
  • a guide device 5 with a corresponding cross-sectional design rollers 5f out, on which on the other hand correspondingly shaped flanks of the upper wall 3a of the running rail 3 rest.
  • rollers 5f On the underside of the guide rail 2 also run from rollers 5f.
  • FIG. 25 results in an embodiment in which it should be emphasized as a special feature that the running rail 3 is guided horizontally in the front end region of the guide rail 2.
  • the roller 4a via which the running rail 3 is vertically supported in the front end region of the guide rail 2, equipped with a circumferential groove 4d, in which engages an integrally formed on the upper wall portion 3a of the running rail 3 guide web 3d.
  • FIG. 26 Another special feature of the embodiment according to FIG. 26 is that the guide-relevant area of the guide rail 2, although also triangular in shape as in the embodiments of the Figures 24 and 25 , but with his tip pointing down.
  • FIG. 27 is the triangular-shaped and pointing with its tip down guide-relevant web of the guide rail 2 as in the embodiment of the FIGS. 24 to 26 arranged asymmetrically, but has in contrast to the aforementioned embodiments in the direction of the mounting flange 6a of the fastening device. 6
  • FIG. 28 shows an embodiment of the invention, in which the running rail 3 is guided horizontally in the front support region relative to the guide rail 2.
  • the running rail 3 supporting roller 4a in the axis region of a guide groove 8 is provided, in which a guide web 3d of the running rail 3 engages, which shows particularly clearly FIG. 28i.
  • the running rail 3 is provided in its upper wall portion with an outwardly embossed track 3g, which is mounted both on a front end of the guide rail 2 mounted and a support forming roller 4a as well as on the rolling elements in the form of rollers 5f in this case Guide device 5 is supported. Due to the shape of the track 3g, a lateral overlap of the roller 4a and the rolling elements takes place in the form of rollers 5f, so that in a simple manner, a lateral or horizontal guidance of the running rail 3 results.
  • the guide means 5 which in this case has an approximately L-shaped cross-section, each provided in their corner regions with spherical rolling elements 5b, which in support corresponding rounded portions 2c of the guide rail 2. This is especially through the FIGS. 30e and 30f clearly.
