Claims (20)
- Appareil frigorifique ménager (HK), en particulier appareil frigorifique ménager encastrable avec une porte (1) articulée par des charnières à articulations multiples, avec une carcasse dans laquelle un ou plusieurs espace(s) d'accueil (AR) pour les denrées à réfrigérer est/sont disposé(s), lequel/lesquels est/sont obturables au moins avec une porte (1) reliée de façon pivotante à la carcasse par des charnières, dans lequel la porte (1) présente une moulure de finition supérieure et/ou inférieure (2 ; 2a), dans lequel une structure de support (12) tridimensionnelle faisant saillie en direction d'un panneau de porte est formée sur la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a) pour la liaison avec le matériau isolant de la porte (1), dans lequel la structure de support (12) est formée en une seule pièce avec la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a) et dans lequel la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a) présente au moins une zone de retenue sur laquelle est maintenue à l'aide de moyens de fixation une ferrure maintenant la porte (1) sur un corps de l'appareil frigorifique ménager (HK), dans lequel la zone de retenue présente un épaulement de retenue en relief (4) ou plusieurs épaulements de retenue en relief (4), dans lequel l'épaulement de retenue (4) ou les épaulements de retenue (4) est/sont disposé(s) au moins essentiellement à la verticale de l'axe de pivotement de la porte (1) et est/sont accessible(s) par le côté arrière de la porte (1).
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone de retenue est formée en une seule pièce ou une seule matière sur la moulure de finition (2, 2a).
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la zone de retenue présente une structure nervurée.
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'épaulement de retenue (4) ou les épaulements de retenue (4) est ou sont exécuté(s) pour un maintien amovible des moyens de fixation.
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les épaulements de retenue (4) englobent des alésages (7), en particulier des alésages de traversée, pour l'accueil de moyens de fixation en forme de broche, en particulier des vis.
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les alésages (7) sont respectivement dotés d'un filet femelle.
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une zone de retenue présente un évidement libre (8) dans lequel font saillie au moins des zones partielles d'une charnière exécutée sous la forme d'une charnière à articulations multiples.
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une zone de retenue présente des aides au positionnement pour la charnière à articulations multiples.
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les aides au positionnement sont au moins largement constituées par l'épaulement de retenue (4) ou les épaulements de retenue (4).
- Appareil frigorifique ménager (HK) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a) présente respectivement une ou plusieurs ligne(s) d'étanchéité (11) formées intégralement pour la retenue du matériau isolant inséré à la porte (1).
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les lignes d'étanchéité (11) sont moulées par injection de plusieurs composants sur une ébauche de la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a).
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a) est exécutée symétriquement.
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a) est constituée au moins par zones, en particulier l'au moins une zone de retenue, par un plastique renforcé, en particulier aux fibres ou aux billes.
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les lignes d'étanchéité (11) sont constituées par un plastique différent d'un corps de la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a).
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure de support (12) comble en position montée l'écartement entre la surface intérieure (11) d'une tôle extérieure plane (6) de la porte (1) et une paroi intérieure (14) dirigée vers l'espace d'accueil.
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a) est dotée d'une bande de revêtement extérieure pour le débordement d'une tôle extérieure plane (6) de la porte (1).
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que la structure de support et la bande de revêtement pointent dans la même direction et une fente pour l'accueil de la tôle extérieure (6) de la porte (1) se constitue entre celles-ci.
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les alésages (7) des épaulements de retenue (4) se trouvent en position montée de la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a) alignés derrière les alésages (5) de profilés périphériques (RP) et les moyens de fixation maintiennent à la fois la porte (1) sur des charnières que la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a) sur ces profilés périphériques (RP).
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la moulure de finition (2 ; 2a) présente des flasques (3) faisant saillie en direction du plan d'extension des surfaces de porte, dans lesquels les épaulements de retenue (4) sont enchâssés.
- Appareil frigorifique ménager selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que les flasques (3) sont intégralement renforcés de nervures (13).
