Claims (16)
- Appareil ménager, notamment appareil frigorifique ménager doté d'une porte isolée thermiquement qui comporte une paroi extérieure (1) et une paroi intérieure (34) qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre le long de bords longitudinaux et délimitent un interstice servant à une isolation thermique de la porte, et au moins un élément de fermeture (2, 3, 2') qui est relié respectivement à un bord transversal de la paroi extérieure (1) ou de la paroi intérieure (34) et qui comporte un orifice (20) pour recevoir une broche de charnière, et dans lequel une douille (31) est fixée à un côté intérieur de l'élément de fermeture (2, 3, 2'), un trou intérieur de cette douille étant situé en aval de l'orifice (20) vers l'interstice, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice (20) est l'entrée d'un manchon de palier de porte (21) en prise dans le trou de la douille (31), formée au niveau de l'élément de fermeture (2, 3, 2') et la paroi extérieure (1) porte le long d'au moins un des bords transversaux une barrette (8) repliée vers la paroi intérieure (34), et en ce que l'élément de fermeture (2, 2') comprend une rainure ouverte (13) vers le côté extérieur de la porte dans laquelle la barrette (8) se met en prise.
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de palier de porte (21) sert d'orifice d'injection pour injecter un matériau isolant dans un vide intérieur de la porte.
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un clapet d'aération destiné à aérer un vide intérieur de la porte est logé dans le manchon de palier de porte (21).
- Appareil ménager selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la douille (31) est une partie d'un élément de raidissement (22, 22') doté d'une plaque de base (24), la plaque de base (24) étant adjacente à l'élément de fermeture (2).
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de base (24) est délimitée par une paroi (25, 26, 27) adjacente à la paroi extérieure (1) et/ou la paroi intérieure (34).
- Appareil ménager selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la douille (31) est une partie d'un élément de raidissement (22, 22') comportant une base (23), la base (23) étant insérée dans un renfoncement de l'élément de fermeture.
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la base (23) est encliquetée dans le renfoncement.
- Appareil ménager selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (13) est plus large que la barrette (8) se mettant en prise dans celle-ci et en ce que la barrette (8) est serrée contre des nervures (14) faisant saillie d'une paroi latérale (12) de la rainure.
- Appareil ménager selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi extérieure (1) forme une plaque frontale (4) et deux flancs latéraux (5) de la porte adjacents à la plaque frontale (4).
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la paroi extérieure (1) comprend en outre deux barrettes de bordure (6) saisissant en arrière la plaque frontale (4) depuis les flancs latéraux (5).
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (2, 2') porte une paroi (16) soutenant la plaque frontale (4), dont la longueur est inférieure à l'espacement des barrettes de bordure (6) entre elles.
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 9, 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un bord avant (15) de l'élément de fermeture (2) est en retrait derrière la face avant de la porte.
- Appareil ménager selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (2, 2') porte deux languettes (17) adjacentes à l'extérieur des flancs latéraux (5).
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la douille (31) est une partie d'un élément de raidissement (22) et en ce que le flanc latéral (5) est fixé entre l'élément de raidissement (22) et la languette (17).
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 10 et la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de raidissement (22) forme une butée pour une des barrettes de bordure (6).
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 10 et la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la paroi extérieure (1) forme une nervure creuse (7) respectivement entre un flanc latéral (5) et une barrette de bordure (6) et en ce que l'élément de raidissement (22) comprend une saillie (30) se mettant en prise dans l'espace creux de la nervure (7).
